Great apartments, great prices, and great staff! Easy to work with and quick to respond to any question.

I have lived at Fremont landing going on my second year here. I love the layout here . It's wonderful !!

I just want to say "thank you" to Wooten's management team at Quail Ridge. They keep this complex clean and beautiful. Every 3 months they're changing the filters, keeping my utility bill down. The yards are mowed usually 2 times a week and picked up daily. This winter, walkways, stairs, and parking lots were kept clean. This is a big plus for the disabled, elderly, and me, the clumsy.
2019 update:
Shoutout to Wooten, I have some paperwork I need at the beginning of the year around tax time, and management makes sure it's done promptly, and this year they even brought it to me. Thank you Wooten!
2020 update: Huge shoutout to Nancy from Wooten at Quail Ridge Townhomes. Thank you for always being efficient and very personable. You were very organized when we signed our new lease, it was a pleasure, and quick.

I will say that I always have someone to talk to when I have concerns. They are pretty fast with getting me information about new things and events occurring at Burrell

Although seeming to constantly expand, the Wooten Company has certainly earned a right to do so! The staffing that they hire are very well-experienced and professional. The policies that they keep in place are fair, and they keep their tenants safe, as well as the grounds well-kept.

I've had great experience with the Wooten Company. I've lived in their apartments and currently residing in their townhome. It's a very family friendly safe environment. I really enjoy living there. The staff is super, always friendly and eager to help if I ever have any issues. The maintenance staff are very efficient and professional. It's a clean and affordable place to live.

Rosewood has been my first home. When looking I had seen many places. These were the nicest. What made me want to live here wasnt any features, it was Brandi the property manager. There have been problems with unwanted people. Brandi has always addressed these issues in a professional manaer and worked on fixing what she could. Every problem that's happened in the apartment has always been addressed in a day.

Lease agreement was reasonable, move-in rates were not too prohibitive to secure apartment. Thank You!

They have lots of locations to choose from. The staff is always helpful and easy to deal with.

The Wooten Company definitely knows how to manage properties. They employ professional, friendly people, and are very concerned about quality and safety.

I have lived in two different Wooten company Apartments and they have both been great experiences. You can definitely tell that Wooten tries to take care of their Apartments and the residents. They hired great apartment managers and staff that work with you to get things taken care of. They have a lot of great property choices which makes it easy to find the perfect one to fit your own needs. If you were to ever decide to change properties your property manager can help you find another Wooten property. And each property offers great amenities for the whole family. I would recommend renting with Wooten.

When I was looking for a place about a year ago, wooten was very helpful. I just renewed my lease and will be staying 1 more year to save money before buying a house. Me and my 4 kids live at Lakewood village and love our amenities.

Properties consistently include on-site management, well kept outdoor spaces, special pricing and offers for leasing or renewing, are Section 8 Compliant (including some low income options) and being that they manage so many properties in Springfield, they are a great choice as you can build up good rental history with them that applies to many apartments in the area.

I live in one of the newly renovated apartments and I love it. The staff is always attentive.

Warning to any and all potential renters:

This is a company that doesn't care about you, at all. Only the lowest of the low would threaten to potentially evict folks and leave them homeless during an unprecedented health crisis that directly, and immediately, impacted the jobs and livelihood of millions without warning.

Do not rent from businesses that care more about taking money away from folks in a crisis ( wherein they still need to buy essentials like food, medication, household supplies -- all of which should be any persons or families PRIORITY above all else in a time of uncertainty ) than anything else.

It has been a nice experience to live here. The management is friendly and helpful. Maintenance is on the ball with anything that needs fixing. It's a quiet and well maintained apartment complex. I've noticed it's a dog and cat friendly complex. The apartment we live in is roomy and has a homey layout. It's a joy to live here Annie Laster.

This company manages my apartments at Eko the have done a great job. . They are quick to respond to questions and are very helpful. The on site management transition went very well for me. One great manager from what I heard got a promotion to another.

A 2bedrm2bath apartment here is reasonably priced with all electric. I like that these apartments are located in a nice neighborhood and only five minutes away from the freeway. The property manager is really sweet and maintenance is really swift. It's a pretty cool place to stay so I renewed my lease for another year.

Good amenities, they take care of the apartments. Good staff! Glad I m living at a Wooten property!

I have enjoyed my time at Southwinds Apartments. The amenities like the pool, and the location outside my door is great. I'm close to downtown to business and nightlife. I like the diverse community; students through elderly. Never had any issues with anything criminal. I will probably live out my life here.

The Wooten Company is in charge of the apartment complex I stay at. I really enjoy living at Polo Club Apartments. The reason why I like being here is because the Apartment complex is close to everything in Springfield. It s 10 minute drive to Missouri State University. It s a couple minutes from a gas station and Walmart. It is very convenient!!

There have been a few hiccups between my fiancee and I and the company, but I would say it was more the personnel and less the company as a whole. As of recent, I have seen a more positive and progressive atmosphere emerging.

Judging from Briarwood Village, it appears The Wooten Company does a good job maintaining their properties. Everyone in the office here is helpful and they get things done, which is a reflection on the parent company. I've signed four leases with them and have no complaints.

when me and my husband decided to move from the apartment we were in we were recommend the wooten company by my mother and they didn't let us down!! their website made it easy to find the best apartment for us. they keep up with the outside maintenance making sure it looks nice. all the people who work for the wooten company have been super nice and helpful. when we decide to move into a home you bet we will be using the wooten company to help us find what we need :).

Good company, accommodating and not trying to take advantage of anybody. Have had zero problems with them.

The Wooten company has got to be one of the best I've ever rented from. I've has some difficult times lately and they allowed me to go on a payment plan so I didn't get evicted. They also give you a great reference when you decide to move on from them. Highly recommend renting from them, they are great!

I've been living here for about 6 months as an individual (Oak Wood.) Everything has been great so far. Mercedes, the property manager, is consistent. Therefore, I always know what to expect going into the office, and that's a good feeling.

That being said, every once in a while there's a homeless man going through the trash outside my apartment. That's awkward. But, to be honest, I'd probably be an explorer if I was homeless too.

Anytime I throw away a pizza box, I be sure to leave the last slice in there; You never know - that kind of generosity could come back around to me one day, when I find myself in a hungry sort-a-way.

I'm not sure if this is enabling a bad habit though. I'm not a very educated person, you see?

Perhaps I should take the advice of that age old adage - "Give a man a slice, you feed him for a day. Teach a man to bake a great pie, and he'll have the skills to feed himself for a lifetime."

Does that mean I should take him to big slice and show him how the chefs make the pizza?

But then again, that's contradictory to another fundamental philosophy - "You can't teach an old dog new tricks."

I guess I'm just at loss with this problem.

I've rented through the Wooten Company for several years and have had a great experience! Maintenance is always done in a timely manner and the new Manager is great! I would recommend checking them out.

The Wooten Company has been a great company when it had come to college living for myself and my roommates the last 3 years. When we've had any unexpected issues, they answer and solve these issues in a prompt manner. Be sure to check out all of their options and you'll be sure to find the place for you!

Wooten helped me find the right apartment. Staff was friendly and helpful. They keep the grounds clean and well maintained. They have security co. That helps with noise problems and comes through every night to keep stealing down.i would recommend them to anyone. S.N

2020 will start my third year living at The Wooten Company, and I think it is excellent! I have never had any issue that they have not been able to resolve promptly, and professionally. I would recommend the Wooten Company to anyone looking for a place to live in Springfield!

The Wooten Company staff went up and beyond the standard assistance I have experienced at other Apartment complexes during the application process. The staff was informed and ready to help me with getting all the requirements that were needed in becoming a resident. With professional and friendly service I never felt that my request for assistance was and intrusion and management gave me unbiased attention in fulfilling the amenities I desired in a place to call home.
