I lived at the Dennison and have only good things to say about Wood Co. My apartment was beautiful and spacious, I only moved because I was looking for a property with a fenced-in backyard for my dog. Wood Co. was always professional and responsive, and continued to be so after I moved out. If you are looking for a Short North or surrounding apartment, I highly recommend checking out Wood Co.

While The Wood Co's rent Short North apartments, we've been renting for our business for 8 years. Their prices are super reasonable, especially when compared to co-working spaces.And their response time to any minor issues that have come up is equal to that of Spiderman (meaning they take care of stuff right away!) They're a really great company with really attentive folks.

I just moved in last week; so far I have really enjoyed living here and working with the management team. The application process is online and streamlined. They were quick to respond and always helpful. I have mostly worked with Brittany and she has been professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I absolutely love the building and apartment so far. From what I can see, I d definitely recommend the Wood Company if you re looking for a new place.

I have lived in two different Wood Companies apartments. They are always very professional and polite. Maintenance Requests are always dealt with promptly without fuss. The new resident website and portal is very easy to navigate for payments and maintenance. Move-in and Check-out has always gone smoothly! The rent is reasonable relative to other properties in the area. I needed to extend my lease a week or two at the end based on my moving situation and they were very flexible with me. Highly recommend!

We've been renting commercial property with The Woods since 1998. Their family has always been easy and professional to work with and more than helpful and understanding during the rough Covid times.

Lived at 789 dennison for 2 years and loved it. Was on the pricey side but, at least in our case, the service and quality was always excellent. Maintenance was super friendly and accommodating and the move out process was very professional. I would recommend Wood Companies to anyone wanting an excellent Short North experience.

Wood Co. is my pick in the Short North for rental and commercial properties. With their top of the line finishes, thoughtful designs and quick response to any needs...they'll be my selection for years to come. I rented residential for 3 years and currently lease a commercial property from them currently. From the owners, the office staff and their incredible maintainance team, I'll never rent from another company in the Short North area.
