We had a great experience with The Basement Guys who completed waterproofing/foundation repair earlier this month. Alex promptly came out to our home to provide an honest and informative assessment of what was needed to correct our foundation/water problems. He was laid back, honest, and didn't use any scare tactics to try and "sell us" on anything unnecessary. After we decided to move forward, Megan from the office called to give us a start date that worked with our schedule and again clarified expectations from us to prepare our basement. When the work began, the foreman Kyle did a great job again explaining in detail what to expect throughout the three days he and his crew were working on our basement. They were tidy, kind, hardworking and efficient. Kyle kept in close contact with us throughout the entire job to explain what was done, what still needed to be done, and to also let me know when he and his crew would be arriving each morning. I highly recommend The Basement Guys to anyone seeking peace of mind for their basement problems.

Tyler was very knowledgeable on the topic, the old clay basement walls, their product, and appropriate means to solve the water intrusion I was having.
The crew showed up on a Monday morning and were cleaned up and finished by Tuesday afternoon! They were efficient, clean, and explained every step of the way, thoroughly. I would definitely use them again and Will recommend them to friends and family.

He was looking at better ways to help me with my crawl space with water, moisture etc. and wrote and explained everything to me step by step with a reasonable quote and showed me what his equipment looked like that they will install and went over warranties with me and broke things down for me on what i didn't know he was very patient, nice and very polite as soon as i open my door until he left, thank you

The Basement Guys did a phenomenal job! We had a large area of the basement that was entirely unfinished and very little knowledge or idea what to do with it. Michele was incredibly patient and supportive as we worked through multiple different plans of what the final version would look like. She shared her knowledge and responded promptly with new plans and quotes. We ended up with a fairly large project that was completed quickly and efficiently, and the result was top notch. Everybody was kind, friendly, and an absolute pleasure to work with. We love our new basement and feel confident that we can trust the quality of the work done. Highly recommend!

We hired The Basement Guys to install steel beams in our house to repair a bowed basement wall. The only positive I can say from the whole experience is that the sales and office staff are friendly and courteous. Everything else was a train wreck.

We had our basement remodeled and couldn t be happier with the results. Once the project started our dedicated team was at the house everyday working until it was finished. One of the biggest selling points for us was the mold resistance walls and the invest really paid off. About two weeks after our remodel was finished we had a sump pump malfunction causing the basement to flood and sit in standing water for almost a week while we were out of town. The basement guys sent someone out to our house right away and we had zero water damage, mold or repairs needed on ours walls after the flood. Choosing this company to do our remodel saved us thousands of dollars in the long run and we are so happy we did!

I m not typically one to write reviews but I was so impressed with the work of the Basement Guys I wanted to share! They were so easy to work with and they completed waterproofing our basement quickly and efficiently. Being a first time home owner they took the time to answer all of my questions and that meant a lot! I would highly recommend them to all of my friends!!

Overall very well done. Have been very receptive to after completion questions. Immediate response to questions and concerns.
