We had purchase a set and paid 3500$ thinking this will be very good quality. Now after only 3 months the fabric start to discolor because of the sun. The fabric had stick on the inner cushion make it very difficult to remove the fabric. When you touch inside the fabric everything fall apart just like sand. Now we are in a process to get reimburse or replacement because the set is confortable but the feed back we heard so far from the company is they never seen that before and they think we had done something with the fabric to have the colour to change; Is it our fault if the product degraded after couple of month? we use it on a deck with sun exposure in Prince George BC (average summer temp is around 23c up there, ) Hopefully this will get resolve positively; its been over a month of waiting now. Now we paid a high price and we dont know what will be the outcome; as a customer its good to paid for a high quality product and have peace of mind, unfortunatly this is not the case now.

I purchased an outdoor patio set from this brand name. It was called the new roma. Was not cheap but looked great and the saleman promised me that the quality was like a Lexus - it will last forever. Not long after, the wicker started having issues and either separated or just loosened up. I brought it in for warranty and after a year, it has happened again. Also some of the wicker on my table edges broke!

I would say this stuff is ikea quality but priced extremely high

Never pay full price on there patio furniture. They make dealers post really high prices but then they also allow discount stores. You can find all there products in cheap discount stores. They price fix all there prices so find the there discount dealers they exist.

We have been selling Ratana outdoor furniture for years and personally own Ratana products. Their quality is excellent!

If you want to go for furnitures that will be destroyed after a few months in the sun or very poor customer service, choose Ratana. First, they speak engrish very poorly. The lady I talked too had me repeat what I said 5 times. And even then she didn't understand the full scope of my concern. I don't mind imported goods if it was a good product, which isn't the case, but have a least the minimum requirements; a.k.a speaking proper local language to best serve your customers!

They sell high quality products. Excellent in after sale service. Shipping is fast too. Prices are high than those patio furniture in Costco, Canadian Tire or Home Depot, but Ratana quality is much better with everything customized.
