First time I came to this place, I had high expect...

First time I came to this place, I had high expectations and heard good things. My experience was the complete opposite. Long delay for food waiting for approximately 60minutes. I was compensated with free items but even then this is still annoying. Second time I wanted to let them redeem themselves, however, I ordered a milkshake, and I did not receive this till I had finished all my food. Even then the milkshake was absolutely rubbish. Would not recommend at all. Go elsewhere.
