Karlka recruiting group is such and amazing company, making the job application process stress free and informative. Sang was my direct contact and has been wonderful! Always keeping me in the loop and helping me out with any questions I had. 2 weeks into my job and she's still supporting me and checking in on things. Couldn't reccomend enough!

As a candidate for the Karlka recruitment group I can not more highly recommend them. Their candidate and client care is world class and I am grateful to have found an agency that actually prides itself on candidates not just filling vacancies.

This has been my first foray into contracting and Karlka have made it easy to navigate. I've heard from some colleagues about the hands-off and sometimes impersonal approach of some employment agents, but this is the opposite to my experience. I've had 101+ questions and nothing was a bother for Sang who has looked after the process wonderfully. A great experience with a switched on company, highly recommend.

What an amazing recruitment experience with the Karlka group. At each stage of the recruitment process I was kept informed and up to date of how my application was proceeding. This company cares about it's client's and that's what sets them apart from the rest in the recruitment agency workspace. Applied for a casual position with the ATO. Somehow Karlka got my application and asked if they would represent me. It was strange how they got my application, but anyway I said yes.

Then got the email for the ATO that said my application was ineligible due to some no doubt government bureaucracy that I dont even want to attempt to understand.

If you ever get a call from the people at Karlka, evaluate the application process carefully. Because I have no doubt in my mind them putting me forward deemed by application ineligible.

I still want to know how they got my details when they applied directly to the ATO website.
