Here for a conference. Solid business hotel. As Titanium, got an upgraded room facing the ocean. Nice view. Great sized balcony. Great bathroom. Didn't feel like anyone was going out of their way to provide great service, but no complaints, either. Oh.. good room-service burger and fries for a typical, high, room-service price.

We attended a fund-raising buffet at the Westin Dragonara. We had attended other functions elsewhere, all organized by the same team, but this one was by far the best. The staff were so wonderful. The food was abbundant, so varied and above all exquisite. Guests who love sweets were in heaven.

Beautifull hotel with a nice pool area. Really close to the night life, restaurants and sightseeings.

Brilliant service, food and good covid-19 precautions

Poorly maintained. Air Conditioning didn't work and wasn't fixed, didn't sleep for 3 nights. The food is expensive and second rate. The staff were friendly though. 7 an hour for Internet! I won't be returning here.

Currently staying at this hotel and before I write a full review after my stay, I wanted management know how amazing the executive lounge staff is. Dani and her colleague (I didn t catch her name) have been wonderful to us. Helping with our stroller and even remembering our coffee/tea likes. They had to work on Christmas and yet had the biggest smiles on their faces and were just the best.

I stayed here with my partner for a week on the 30th of august 2018.
We stayed bed and breakfast as we like to go it on the evening but there was a great variety of food probably the best I have had on any holiday.
As we stayed for a week end of august/September the pools were nice and quiet as the kids were going back to school. The pool area and hotel were always immaculate and staff couldn t have been friendlier.
We also booked a trip through our hotel to the blue lagoon Which was amazing especially if you like to snorkel.
If we ever returned to Malta I would stay at this hotel again.

I find the resort slightly dated and not refurbished to a top standard. That is evident in the rooms that have not seen a modern carpeting and bathroom fixtures in some time. Common areas are generally very nice and to a standard that is superior to the rooms themselves. Main bar excellent. Restaurants all quite solid. Gym very crowded and with average equipment. Business lounges well organised and functional. Best is having a drink on main terrace.

Great time there. To recommend..

Firstly the staff are very polite and helpful, no problems there. However for an establishment that calls itself the elite of Malta its a little far from it. The only elite thing is the price.
The rooms are rather large and well equipped however smell damp. No windows just a patio door. As they stay closed most times the air in the room just stagnates. No wet room and the bathroom gets filled with condensation.
They have a beauty spa no steam or sauna. Other hotels in Malta have much better facilties with a lot less budget. So guys shop well. Good luck for your stay at the Dragonara.

Great with many things including a casino, a beautiful view of the bays and a very nice place. Prices within the casino are accessible

I love the pool and the sea... The rooms are ok, a bit tired. The service is ok - lots of smiles from the reception and restaurant staff, not so much from the pool bar staff. Food was good except for the fruit which had seen better days! Drinks by the pool are all inclusive style, not high end, but ok too. I didn't go with kids but they had a great climbing play area and clear areas for children by the pool as well as cold free zones.

Friendly staff, they will make sure everything is the way YOU want it to be. Heavenly breakfast, fresh fruits, full english breakfast, freshly made omelettes by a chef, oatmeal, cornflakes, a lot of different types of bread, drinks and sweet treats. Beds are extremely comfortable and huge! The only thing they could improve is the cleaning, its not dirty at all its just the little details like the mirrors etc.

Spent the most amazing 2 days or relaxation, everything was perfect.

Super nice hotel, top room and personel very nice, a little expensive but very comfortable.

Beautiful property, we went just before the summer season started so unfortunately many things were closed! Unfortunately miscommunication with management led to several frustrating issues, which isn't typical of Westin properties.

Gym was 5 stars. Pool is great, service good. Would have 5 stars except they refuse any late checkout at all and we are gold Elite...

The Westin Dragonara Resort in San Giljan meets all expectations. As an oasis of peace in the middle of the lively town you have everything you want around you. Whether casino, sea, restaurants, romantic bays or water sports, no wish remains unfulfilled. The large-scale facility also offers families with children program and variety. All in all a successful holiday!

Nice venue for wedding but infested with mosquitoes at pavilion

Established 5star hotel. Among the top 3 hotels in Malta. Stunning views, spotlessly clean with friendly and helpful staff.

Luxurious and well-kept hotel in a truly stunning location overlooking the sea (rock and not sand). There is also a large swimming pool (with hot tubs), but I snubbed it. How do you immerse yourself in chlorine when there's such a beautiful, crystal-clear sea? Sun beds, umbrellas and beach towels are available to guests, a great convenience. The staff is really polite, helpful and always smiling. The breakfast buffet is a show: variety and goodness. The desserts are spectacular. I'll be back!

Cannot fault the Hotel in respect of cleanliness and food. Had a family room that wasn't quite as big as we've had elsewhere in Malta and the hotel seemed rather soul-less as it seemed largely occupied by an insurance/ fs conference.

Always deserves a 5 star review....Chefs go out of their way to serve gluten and dairy free food for me. A big Prosit!

This hotel is just magnificent! The place is clean, modern, shiny, spotless. The food is very nice, mouth watering and the staff are really kind and helpful. Accomodation is super and the outside is welcoming! It has a good location next to the beach and good shops are nearby as well! Overall it's just wonderful and I highly recommend visiting this hotel!
