I've stayed at Hilton properties all over the world. This was my worst experience in customer service. Exact quote: "My manager tells me to tell you there is absolutely no way we will help you" In response to my request for help With my reservation. Fascinating.

Update- a week later when my assistant called the front desk outright lied and said I checked in, used the room, when I had done no such thing. I had canceled my reservation. Of course they also charged my card.

It was DW fitnesd & now fitness first so has now been the best & I have been with them over 2 years now. They also have the best customer service & great to cheer you up . The most thing I love about this fitness first is the colleague staff & the equipment. Great swimming pool & running machine .

Most rooms smell of smoke...asked to be moved, and they moved us next to a smoking room, with a smoker in it... complained about it, hotel manager never got back to us.... Will never stay at this establishment again...

Excellent stay, they provided cake and card in our room knowing it was our anniversary. Reception staff friendly and efficient, room lovely, spacious, clean and bed was so comfortable. Location of hotel excellent, wish we had stayed longer, will recommend and certainly be back when next in London.

Afternoon tea was superb and the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in.

I was treated to a stay here with my aunt and nan for a trip to the Lycium theatre which is no more than a two minute walk away. From the outside the hotel is lovely to look at. Inside a standard hotel check in but with extremely polite and helpful staff. Bags are taken to the room for you by the luggage staff. We had a room with a double and a sofa bed. I had the sofa bed and it was large and robust just like a standard double. Good quality linen and pillows provided. I can not tell you how comfy the bed was. If I could have brought it home with me I could have but I'm not Ross from Friends!
Room was as standard which is what loses a star as from what I can see the cost of a night's stay is VERY expensive.
We had access to the executive suit which was really good. Comfortable chairs, complimentary magazines and access to unlimited complimentary top quality branded tea/coffee/coke glass bottles/orange juice and more. This was where we had breakfast the next morning and there was a full selection of unlimited cooked breakfast/continental,cereals and fruit. Top marks for the brekkie.

We also had the afternoon tea which was really lovely. Excellent choice of teas, fab sandwiches and gorgeous sweets

Should be better for a hotel of this tier. Lots of little small things don't work as you'd expect. The WiFi has a bad checkin system. Cleaners take your soap bars each day, one day not leaving replacements. Food is quite average. The lifts can leave you waiting for so long I started just walking the 5 stories during peak times. And the pillows are really soft/flat. Definitly need to start looking at the small things a bit better here.

Terrific staff, impeccable service, small yet perfect rooms with little to no noise (6th floor). While there wasn't any temperature control, it simply wasn't needed. Bed was very comfortable, and when I asked for hypoallergenic pillows, on the off chance that they might have them, a staff member arrived at my door with two in hand.

Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in central London.

A bit of a disappointment considering this is the Waldorf. I expected more pomp and circumstance. The executive lounge was also a disappointment. The mauve couch is dirty and worn. My comparison is to the Conrad Hilton in Singapore, which is outstanding. Thought about leaving here for other Hilton options but this is about location and that works.

The rooms are really small and the elevators and slow and very small. 4 grown adults would be a tight fit in the elevator. They located on a busy strip and is just minutes walk away from tons of entertainment and dining. Would I stay here again?... Prob not

Close to most theaters. Updated classic English style hotel. Most services are well done. Don't expect your rrom to be made up by noon even if you turn on make room light. TV service is low def rubbish. Why put in HD TVs and limit signal to low def? Lounge is so so. Seem to cut on some food and drink options as compared to other Hilton properties. Check in and check out can be unnecessarily long.

A few of us (3) stayed at the Waldorf Hilton in October 2015 for the.NFL series at Wembley.

We had a Hilton executive room which gave us access to the Executive Lounge where complimentary canapes and drinks were served throughout the day. After 6pm, beer wines and spirits were also offered at no extra charge. We visited the executive lounge on several occasions and feel paying extra for an executive room is well worth the.additional spend.

Our room was for the three so was spacious and due to demand that weekend d we were given and accessible room, no real difference to other rooms if anything did have a little more space.

Hotel is in an excellent location, close by to many theatres, shops and cafes. London is accessible by foot, bus or tube from this hotel.

Lovely hotel, staff were helpful, would recommend.

You can't visit or live in London without experiencing an English Afternoon Tea. My friend invited me to join her sister's and aunt's on a sunny afternoon at the Homage in the Waldorf Hilton Hotel close to the cute streets of Covent Garden. The hotel itself has a nice and classic fit out including big glass chandeliers and marbled floors. The Homage itself (where we were served) was also very nice, however there was a distinct lack of sunshine beaming into the restaurant, instead the walls were covered in mirrors. This was a bit of a downside in terms of the atmosphere given the sunshine was so nice outside, and also because I've seen that other afternoon tea places have lovely high windows that open on to quaint gardens.

Overall, I would say that although it wasn't a completely bad experience, but I would say it was mostly made good by the fact I had my friend there and it's the company that really counts. Not worth the money we paid but it's an experience that I'm glad to say I've done but probably won't do again unless I'm guaranteed the experience will be exceptional.
