Western Hills Music Review

I recently purchased an electric guitar and amplifier here. My entire experience was great.
All my questions were answered fully. I'm going back soon to purchase other items that I need.
I believe in supporting our local businesses and this store has more than met my expectations.
The owner and everyone was very friendly, helpful and professional. I have been telling all my friends about it . I'm having a great time playing my beautiful new guitar ! Thank you, Pete and staff !

- used section is limited, but worth it to buy from a small business owner

They have a big sighn in the window.Thats a bold face lie.You ttake something in.Make you think they will buy it.10 to 25 minutes later they so "no we dont want it".My friends and i have taken 10 different like new guitars and it always the same.I heard 8 years ago the owner was a pompous ass.Yep thats him.

I brought in my flute in for a tune up and I was very pleased with them! My flute has never looked and sounded more lovely and all for a reasonable price!

Good music, good people, good prices! Over the past 15 years we've rented and purchased several instruments/equipment and had lessons from Western Hills Music for our two sons, and the owner currently is tracking down this year's Christmas list request. After reading Kathy's negative review about the store owner, I had to add my own because I strongly disagree. He is one of the most accommodating, knowledgeable and customer-minded people ever. He is an accomplished musician himself, well-loved in the Cincy music community and he freely shares his experience and connections with customers. His store provides solid music advice, instruction and instruments at very fair prices. Over the years he has gone out of his way to figure out my kids' needs and locate special requests. And he is extremely generous with his time, talent and store resources outside of his business, helping schools and other small businesses. I simply wouldn't buy instruments or audio equipment from anyone else.

We bought a bass two amp and a drum set they made me feel right at home with my minimal amount of knowledge

I ordered three things and it has taken three weeks to get them. They said it should've been in the week after I placed the order. So unimpressed.

The guys at Western HIlls Music are knowledgable and have helped me out with skill and generosity in a couple of different guitar "binds" I've found myself in. Plus they do excellent set up work. Great store, great service, kind people.

I was having problems with my guitar, and the owner identified and took care of the issue quickly. They have a good selection of instruments, excellent music teachers and friendly, knowledgeable staff. They also spent a good deal of time helping my friend purchase a keyboard.

Is this even a music store, they have like 3 products. Looks like a place going out of business when you go in.

Very friendly and helpful. Also worked on an old aND difficult electric guitar for me just cause they wanted too. Will be returning to shopen here from now on

The staff has great expertise with the set up, care, and maintenance of guitars. I also got a very good deal on a used tube amp head.

My husband took his 60 years stored trumpet for review and refurbishing and was impressed with the understanding and service he experienced. These folks are experienced and very friendly as well.

Today I stopped by and Nate helped me with my bass clarinet. I had tighten some of the screws inappropriately and couldn t barely get a tone. Nate spent a good hour tweaking it and got it so I could get the lower range back and some of the upper range. Being that I m leaving town in a couple of days, I couldn t leave the instrument with him.
Nonetheless, he helped me as best he could and was very accommodating.

Took guitar lessons here previously and always had a great time. Good store with knowledgable people
