Nothing too special about it! and the waffle are small for the price you pay

New favorite place to go! Friendly people and a cozy place. Highly recommended

Super yummy food, waffles with crazy topping options including icecream, and a few breakfast basic like eggs and bacon. Definitely not vegan friendly but as a vegetarian I had plenty of options.
Small place, I try to plan for not the most popular times but even on the weekend it's not that bad if you know what you are getting into!
Get your sweet tooth cured!

The food was really good. We enjoyed every bit of it.

Have loved this place since the 1st day I ever came here, always attempting to try a different waffle everytime. And so far I'm succeeding. Staff is always amazing and happy, orange juice is always on point. Perfect little place for breakfast alone or with friends.

They food was great. I loved it. I ordered the waffles with fresh strawberries, bananas and nutella.

This was my first time and when i entered there was 30mins wait and after having the waffle I decided it is worth the wait. Friendly staff and their Waffles are the best. I had the Banella waffle and it was the best I had in a long time.

The food was so good! The portions were fairly small though. Prices were very reasonable. It's easy to find and see from the road. There is more than enough parking, too.

Delicious!!! I loved my waffle and the bacon was great. The space is so so so tiny so it made it alittle less enjoyable because we were smushed right next to people. However the food does make up for that, it was delicious!

The Waffle Factory has the absolute best waffles in all of Rochester. Highly recommend the cannoli waffle as it blends the rich sweet taste of cannoli with the softer flavor of the waffle. There's a whole wall of flavors and styles, so there's a flavor for anyone!

Honestly a great little place. Had a to wait quite a bit just to order though. Friendly staff good experience. We had a vegan in our party that they accommodated for.

The waffle factory has been one of the WORST experiences in my life for one the wait was over 1hour long. I understand that this is a small business ran. Not to mention the people that paid before me and after me had been served and when I went to ask how much more longer on my order one of the staff "stated that there was six other orders before mines ".How? when the family of 6 behind me had all of there meals not to mention i had placed an order for my son and self. So I politely asked for my money back and removed my children and self. Stay Woke this restaurant I believe strongly in my heart is PREJUDICE seeing that my children and self were the only Black family in this restaurant. So for any of my Families of color that lives in Webster or anywhere in Rochester I would highly recommend not coming here.

If you want to know what a "real" Belgian waffle tastes like, this is the place! They taste just like the authentic gaufres Belgiques!! The Waffle Factory has cracked the code. You'll never look at diner or hotel breakfast buffet "Belgian waffles" the same again.

The only reason I'm giving a 4 star is because I wish this place was bigger for larger parties. It's quite adorable though.

The waffles were delicious, and the service was wonderful! Our large family group was seated on the enclosed "porch", and our waffles and beverages were delivered to us warm and ready to be enjoyed.

This little gem is my new favorite, treat myself place. Another mommy friend and I meet almost weekly for breakfast/lunch without the spouses or kids(although we've brought the family too). The place is Small and quaint and I feel super cute. The music, no matter what time of day is always so great. Now for the food......I love it. I have tried about 5 different kinds of waffles from the menu and I've special ordered to my taste of the day mood swings I get. The owner and his cousin(I believe) are always kind and make whatever crazy combo I ask for. They are always adding new amazing things to their menu. I can't say enough great things about this place, it's great food and the staff. I love love love it. I've died and gone to waffle heaven every time I walk in the door

Must try. This place is amazing. Moved here from Eastern PA. where waffles and ice cream sandwiches are a thing at fairs and carnivals. I stumbled upon the website by accident. My daughter had a really rough week at work so I decided to treat her.
I had waffles with maple syrup and bacon with vanilla cream. My daughter had the Fav Waffle. AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!!! These kids are doing a great job. Wish them much success. We will definitely be back.

We used to visit often because the food really is amazing, but the location is just so unbelievably small. Any person of a larger size or that may have an accessibility difference will definitely find themselves anxious in the tight spaces. The food can also take a long time to be served.

Amazing Waffle creations. Quaint location. Definitely helps to go closer to when they open to avoid a long wait but the wait is worth it. The Italiano waffle topped with cannoil cream filling and Nutella was outstanding. Sausage patties rounded out the sweet with a bit of savory.

Great service and food! We went for breakfast, sausage and eggs were great and we got the Italian dreamin waffle! So good!

The HOUSE is tiny, seating limited eggs and bacon were great but the waffle was disgusting. Tasted like raw dough. Meaning not done at all in inside but outside done. Than it was a half of waffle. Not even a whole.

Wonderful food, but get there early. Inside is micro and it gets busy and fills up fast.

Amazing all around breakfast, not just the waffles. Obviously 30+ options of decadent waffles is there showcase, but the eggs sausage and bacon is right up there with any diner breakfast. That whipped iced coffee was a decadent treat all on it's own!

I took my friend here for her b-day, and we loved it! The waffles were crisp on the outside, and ooey-gooey on the inside! Perfect texture. The toppings sort of melted into the waffle. I also had the chai, and that was delicious. I will say the first sip, there was a lot of cardamom, but getting past that part, the rest of the cup was divine! I'm definitely going back.

Best breakfast place around without a doubt. The food is one of a kind and there s an unbelievable variety of choices to pick from. Service went above and beyond as they went out of their way to make sure we were accommodated and satisfied by any means. The wait was decent but that is expected as there are lines consistently stretched out the door. Yes, the food is THAT good. What truly sets this place apart from its competitors is it s homegrown authenticuty, unique variety, and genuine service, as they go out of their way on a regular basis to ensure all of your requests are fulfilled in the most efficient ways possible. Great atmosphere, great service, great food. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.

Waffles...sooo many toppings.
When you walk in you order at counter first. Then can get a seat...if one is available.
The options for sweet toppings are amazing. While options for savory toppings are good as well, I wish they had chicken for the waffles. Also wish they had different actual waffle flavors. But that shouldn't take away from the fact what they have IS amazing as far as waffles go.
Also...cookie butter...it's a thing...a glorious thing!

No words can truly explain the experience. When you walk in you are engulfed in the warm sweet aromas of the waffles. Ordering from the menu is exciting, as you make plans for what you'll have to get next time. While waiting for your waffle there is a modern intimate dining area. The staff is friendly and excited to be there. THEN when you get your artfully created waffle all you'll want to do is dive in. The toppings and garnishes area fresh and amazing. The waffle below is golden brown on the outside and the inside it's soft and fluffy. The total experience is perfection in each bite. I strongly suggest going with friends so you can try as many as possible in one visit, but they are reasonably priced so it's a great spot to make a weekly ritual and work your way through the menu. I am particularly hard to please, I can't wait to go back!!!!

Amazingly delicious waffles with all sorts of delicious toppings. It would get 5 starts if it weren't for the size. It's small, really small, but well worth the hastle in the end.

Got some takeout from Waffle Factory on a busy Sunday morning. It was exceptional. I'm looking forward to going back to try more of their delicious selections.

It's a little expensive for Waffles but my god are they good. If you're on the fence about this place, don't be. At least try it once. A heads up (I didnt know this) it fast casual-ish. You walk in order your food first thing, then sit and wait for it to come to you. The menu has a lot of options and they are quite busy so there was some pressure to order quickly.

Waffle was amazing but it was very sweet. So if super sweet things are not your thing be careful when ordering.

Staff is very friendly, eggs benedict are delicious, however the waffle taste like raw dough.

Eggs Benedict was fabulous! owner Nick and order person Anson are hands on the entire time. The food came quickly and taste was superb. Coffee was top notch!

Very good! Nice atmosphere and great menu! The service was quick, and the price is not too bad. I ordered the Elvis, which was peanut butter, bacon, bananas, and honey. It was very good, though I would love to taste more of the peanut butter. The waffle itself would be excellent plain as well, and the toppings only raised the dishes level. Definitely coming back! Only sad it's not in range of GrubHub delivery for me :(

I fell in love with this place. Not your typical waffle from a diner. An actual Belgian waffle. Sooo many kinds to choose from. I've been there 3 times now since discovering the place. Love the food. Oh and the owner cooks ! You know he is a believer in the waffles !!

Omg! We were in heaven! Lower left Eggs Benedict with Crab Meat! Amazing! , Lower right waffle with Peanut butter and bacon! To die for!,, upper left Eggs Benedict omg! And last but not least, Upper right waffle Chessecake! We order this because it was our first time we thought it would be dessert,,, we took it home And it was so light out of this world! We were in Heaven

Good food, but extremely poor management. Small, crowded space, and extremely long wait times (I should NOT be waiting 45+ minutes for a waffle, not to mention that it was overcooked, dry, and crumbly).

Our group of four young ladies and an adult were excited to come here for the first time this morning. It s a Saturday and it was busy when we arrived. As we were waiting in line to place our order, we noticed there was only one table left in the very small dining area. There were not enough tables to accommodate the people in line. There were no signs that we could see indicating that you can t have someone from your party go and hold a table, so my two girls sat at the table to hold it for our group who was just about to order. All of a sudden, some rude worker came bolting towards my girls telling them to get up. I don t think she saw me in line as the adult who was with them because she was so rude to them - they are polite, well mannered, respectful 11 and 14 year olds - no need to be so nasty to them. They got right up when she so rudely barked at them. It was then our turn to order and the same nasty girl told us that for a group of our size (five people!) that it would take 20-30 minutes, maybe longer and that we would be better off getting take out because they will seat parties with less than 5 people before us - even though we were there first.....what???? This was the worst customer service ever. We decided to take our business to a restaurant that has workers who smile and who are polite and respectful to their guests and has enough tables to accommodate everyone. My family and the families of the girls who were with me will never step foot in this place again and be subjected to such rudeness. I don t even want to give this one star, but I can t post a review with no stars.
