Wonderful experience. Wonderful food. And the brioche batter waffles should be incentive enough for anyone to come check it out. They're great!

Yummy, but it's tiny inside and they took 25 minutes to get us out waffles last time we were there.

Absolutely delicious, and fresh squeezed orange juice. I had the banella (fresh banana and Nutella topped waffle), it was so damn tasty! Next time I plan on trying the strawbanella... You can guess what that is.

A quaint restaurant right before the main strip of town. To any patrons that are not logistically familiar with the area, seeing the building and parking can be a challenge - but worth the experience. Food was good - prices were moderate - but a very niche restaurant that is reminiscent of something you could find in Manhattan. Try it out!!

Love this place! Great menu options and waffles you can t get anywhere else. Place is tiny but worth the wait to sit.

I love this place. It makes me happy. Great selection of waffles that give you the ability to try sweet, savory, plain or wild toppings. Easy to eat. While small, they are dense and satisfying. I find it best to order one for myself and one to share.
Note: this is a small place so it fills up fast. That being said, it does turnover rather quickly.

The reasons for not having a 5 star review:
1. No kids menu to make it more affordable to bring my family.
2. Yoga pants and belly shirts take away from the atmosphere.

Definitely a small place visit. From the outside, it looks like a normal house. The inside doesn't fool you at all as it's very clearly a tight place to be. But, if you have the patience to wait and the appetite, you won't regret coming here. Great food, great freshly squeezed orange juice and the perfect place to recover from a hangover. As long as they aren't too busy. 5/5 for sure

The walffle factory is a tiny breakfast location in Webster NY. You order at the counter and your order is delivered to your table. The options is endless for what you can put on top your walffle. Walffles are sweet and don't need any syrup add to the top.
It's worth the visit, space is tight and there is no ADA accommodations available.

Been there several times, absolutely fantastic food. Fair prices for quality food just don't go expecting your normal cheap diner prices for breakfast. Well worth the extra dime for great tasting and fresh made local food. Dont go on a SAT morning or on the Google "busy" periods as there will be a rather long wait. But if you go right after open Mon-Thurs expect a bit quicker service and a quieter dining experience. Wish they'd offer some more savory offerings for brunch/lunch hours. Overall really good for a morning treat.

If you enjoy mindless consumerism, then this is your place!

The food was acceptable, however, upon arrival there is no way to know if there is any available seating but you are expected to order. Immediately after ordering you are prompted to tip - once again without any knowledge of the service or availability of it. We were given our coffee in styrofoam cups, which when looking at the sheer value of costumers leads to many pounds of non-biogradable material in the dumpster out back. None of the "runners" of the food were dressed as if they were at work. One runner wore leggings and a crop top as she brought people their plates. Honestly, I'm trying to have a waffle not have someone else's waffle in my face.

This is not a Belgium restaurant, just because you sell Belgium waffles doesn't mean you are a Belgium or Belgium influenced establishment. This restaurant makes its money off of sheer volume, not the enjoyment of the customer which is dumbfounding since restaurants are apart of the hospitality industry.

This little place, has the best waffles and lots of varieties. A must to try if you haven't. Wish there was one out my way. Can't wait to go back.

Two "older woman" came for brunch! Had heard so many good things. Both had Waffle eggs Benedict . DELIGHTFUL, DELISH, DOWN RIGHT SINFUL!!!!
THE SMALL,FRIENDLY,ESTABLISHMENT WAS WONDERFUL. We will be back. During the week is best. Wait for the kids to go back to school.

I have been here a few times and the food is usually great. However eating in the restuaraunt itself is a challenge because it is so small and cluttered. I had to get up from my seat a few times just so other customers could get out of their seats. There is also a very clear lack of management and lack of urgency in the kitchen staff. It is ovbious that they cannot handle the amount of business people want to give them. Some of the staff seemed as though they were standing around chatting while i was waiting for a waffle for which i was overcharged. The front of house staff was very nice and moved with a purpose however. We ended up waiting 45+ minutes for waffles that were overcooked, crumbly, and underwhelmingly topped. In hindsight i wouldve been better off buying breakfast food from mcdonalds that wasnt overcooked and is way cheaper. $34 dollars for two waffles and bacon... ridiculous.

Great service, awesome and fun selection of different types of waffles; everything from a plain to an ice cream sundae. Try the Apple pie variety, it's absolutely awesome. Definitely will go back again, we all loved it.

Note that the hours are broken up, and it got busy just after 6PM, so if you're time conscience get there when it opens for dinner.

The wait is TERRIBLE...no eye contact frpm servers, take your plate before you're finish, not FRIENDLY AT ALL.....WON'T BE BACK...FIRST TIME LAST TIME....

Great local place. You order and pay right at the counter then they bring it right to the table. It is a tiny place inside so if you have a large party you may have to sit at a separate table. The food is very fresh and they even have REAL fresh squeezed orange juice. There is also a large variety of delicious ice cream. If you want to to do a pickup order they do that as well. I would recommend this unique and fresh waffle house to anyone.

Good place for brunch. You can get almost anything you want on waffle. The orange juice is freshly served. The seats are first come first serve. So be prepared to wait during weekends.

It's always a fantastic experience when I go. I've stop in every weekend since they've opened in Webster. Each time I go in the service is amazing, love the music that plays it adds to the positive cozy vibes. Each waffle I've had the pleasure to try has been delicious. Loved everyone of them. Nick (the owner) and Dom, the waffles plus the new additions to the menu they gradually introduce is what will keep me coming back for more. Stop on in if you haven't already I truly recommend it.

My waffle was UNDER COOKED and got sick after I ate at this place VERY UNHAPPY all children atmosphere not ment for grown adults or the elderly and NO room to move around.

A friend and I went there for ice cream and it took so long to receive it. The person was doodling on the cups which took so much longer. The ice cream was not even good and very expensive!! The tables were all stainless steel and I thought it looked very institutional! Not a pleasant experience at all.

Amazing milkshakes, yummy waffles and creamy ice cream. Great stop when in Webster. Need to change hours bc everytime I want to go while out in Webster its always during the afternoon closed time. So disappointing.

What a cute little (tiny!) place! We came here as a group of 6 after visiting the local bridal dress shop, and were pleasantly surprised. I wouldn't say waffles are my FAVORITE thing in the world, but these were definitely delicious! And so many options of how to top them and/or what to eat them with. Different type of setup with how you order and then seat yourself, and I don't think I've ever been inside such a small restaurant, but it was delicious (all 6 were super pleased) and reasonable for how full we left! I had the Sundae Waffle with chocolate ice cream and hot fudge and mmmmm! Free help yourself water in a cooler, also. Was a great experience overall.

I would say that we had all average sized people with us, and those on the outside of the table where we sat were constantly trying to scoot in and suck in so people could walk by. At least where we sat the seating and tables were VERy close. I didn't notice if there were some areas that offered a bit more space or not, but if not, it might be difficult for anyone "above average" size to find good seating. Just something to consider.

If we're ever back in the area, I'll be hoping to stop back in and eat here again! :)

First time here and amazed at how good the waffle's are! They have nearly 40 different waffle and topping combinations. I'll need to come back at least 39 more times to try them all!!

I've been here so many times and it's always amazing. The service is great and the employees are always so nice. I love how many different toppings they offer and their homemade ice cream is the BEST. Do yourself a favor and order the Cinny. Can't beat it.

I'm doing this review while I am waiting for my to go order. I have been here for more than an hour waiting for a take out order. Went up to ask this people how much longer and he said I dont know. He couldn't tell me how long. Like seriously an hour for take out. There were about 3 people that ordered ahead of me. Really disappointed in this service

I'm happy to say I'm working on being a regular here! So thrilled this place has opened here in Webster - delicious food and always something new to try. The service is excellent, friendly and always welcoming. I recommend trying the entire menu!

The place is small, so there is not a lot of places to sit. That is the only bad thing about this place. The food is great, the prices are very reasonable and the service is fast and friendly. I drove a half hour to get here and it was well worth the drive. Definitely would come again.

Awesome food! Took my grandson to breakfast and he gives it 2 thumbs up! We got there right when they opened so were one of first to order so our food came quickly. My suggestion is to get there early and to read the menu online before you go - saves time. Suggestion for the restaurant - include a spoon in your silverware bundle - hard to eat ice cream with a fork and when I asked for one, they had to go to kitchen to find it - but the workers are super friendly. Will definitely go back.

What a fun yummy place! Check out the menu online before you go. It gets crowded in there and my daughter got overwhelmed and did not pick what she would have if she had had time.

I had the best breakfast of my life here! This place is a one of a kind and will definitely be enjoyed by many. I had the eggs Benedict waffle and it was simply the best combination of flavors! I will be making this my #1 place for breakfast.

The waffle was amazing. Light and fluffy with some amazing toppings. My only complaint is that the staff lacked maturity and acted as if they didn't care you were there. Also, the building is tiny. Seating for only about 20. We went on a holiday and it was swamped which may explain why the staff was the way they were. I'm going to give it another try.

Really good waffles but they used Frozen mixed berries on them... The blueberries raspberries and blackberries were definitely frozen but the strawberries were fresh.

The waffles are delicious and make the trip worth it. Service was pleasant and quick. More cramped inside than cozy. Pricier and smaller portions than I'd hoped.
