The waffle factory was a wonderful experience! The waffle with triple fruits was great but they should have had fresh blueberries instead of frozen ones

Best waffles around. Depending on which you pick, you may be left hungry and the prices are very expensive but worth it on occasion

Ive never had a bad experience here. Waffles are amazing and customer service is great. A tad on the smaller side inside but I usually take my orders to go.

Waffles were good I wasn't too thrilled with the design of the eating area.

The variety and different flavors at the Waffle Factory sets it apart. I had the peanut butter cup and my friend had the Sundae.. we loved the combination of flavors. Next time I want to try out the bacon and savory options!

Excellent waffle place with a nice cozy interior. Loved that they have both sweet and savoury options (never thought I'd actually like smoked salmon on my waffle, but it worked out!).
They also have a range of fresh juices to make you feel healthy in case you feel guilty for eating all of those waffles.

Ambiance, Customer Service and the Bacon & Eggs get a 5 however the Waffle was very underwhelming. It was heavy and light and fluffy as traditional Belgian waffle as described. Due to my ride back home I requested for the whip cream and fruit be in seperate container I was assured it could be done however when getting home the fruit riddled the carton looking like crime scene and the whip cream was liquid. Now these were seperate but just in the open compartment of the box sweating and moving about not secured. Not sure if this was a budget thing or just lazy but I didnt enjoy the few bite I did eat so I paid extra for nothing. I think I would come back just never ask for take out.

This place. Wow. It's rare that I got to a breakfast place so often and leave wanting more. I have only tried the route 250 which is a waffle, eggs and cheese on top, bacon and a chipolte alioi , it is, amazing. I've also had the spin of a cinnabon waffle which was a delightful dessert. The place itself is tiny and often you will have to wait for a seat on the weekend but it is well worth the wait. Staff is super friendly. keeps the place clean. Highly recommended.

Consistently good. Love the options even though I do have my favorites. Generally, only 1 waffle is needed, but 2 can be done when really hungry. Nice texture, sightly thick, all delicious. Can't wait to go again!

These are true and authentic Belgian waffles. Nice crisp on the outside and thick/dense on the inside. Absolutely delicious. Best I've had since being in Europe. The owner and his employees are wonderful. Always pleasant, smiling and serve your food fast.

The Waffle Benedict on Sunday is worth 10 stars. Everything is unbelievably delicious.

The restaurant itself is very small, hot, and crowded. The service was not the most pleasant. It was slow and i waited for about 45 minutes for my waffle. Although the portions of the food were good, if you want to finish your waffle, you must maintain a rich palette because the taste can get old quick. Overall i would rate my experience here a 5/10, i was a bit disappointed.

It would be a 5 rating if the bathroom was clean and the tables weren t sticky. Still, I love going there.

Visited with my son and his family yesterday for a Mother's Day Brunch and it was great. Even though it was packed and we opted to place our order to go and go back to their house since seating is limited, the line moved rather quickly and it was well worth the wait - we each had different waffle plates (there must be about 20 different choices) and we all agreed they were delicious!

Best Waffles Ever! Go hungry dishes are big. Cool milkshake flavors too !

Rolled ice cream was great but call ahead to make sure that the machine is working.

The waffles were very good.if you like Belgin waffles you will love it. A lot of interesting flavors.

Service was very friendly but unfornate did not like food at all. Decaf coffee horrible and was fresh brewed. Sorry we'd never go back

This place is super tiny (that s why they only get 4 stars) but the food is just so damn good! I wouldn t come here with more then 1 person but they also do to go so if you aren t someone who likes crowds but still want to try one of the best waffles around town- take it to go!

The food is great if not overwhelming! Maybe 30 waffles to choose from! The waffles were delicious, and the dough form is so different from the batter form. The fresh squeezed OJ is pricey, but a must!

Had the turtle waffle and my wife had the baklawaf. Both waffles were delicious and we're looking forward to the Waffle Factory expanding.

Love this place!! I was looking for different places to eat online and this place randomly popped up. THANK YOU GOOGLE!!! I love this place. Its an hour and 20 mins away from me but that still doesnt stop me. I love the presentation of the waffles and the milkshakes!! I have recommended this place to all my friends and family. Definitely would recommend. Owner is fantastic and extreamly nice!! Truly has a passion for what he does and today, that is a miracle. There is so many restaurants that dont take pride in the food they produce. The waffle factory is that diamond in the ruff.

Food was absolutely phenomenal. Best waffle I have ever had and I could have sat for hours looking at the menu. Everything on it was amazing. Best breakfast in Rochester. I'm lucky to live so close to it.

These are perfect waffles. Fluffy inside and crisp out-- I always bring out of towners here for brunch. My favorite order is the egg skillets, which do still come with a waffle. It's a little space so I don't recommend going during peak hours, but it's definitely worth the wait if you do.

Waffles and ice cream! The waffles are amazing and so is the ice cream. There are so many waffle options to choose from that I try to have my selection picked out before I get there. Also, I had the ice cream for the first time recently and it was so good. It starts with a sweet cream base and they mix in the flavors you want then serve it to you rolled with even more toppings in a cute cup. Definitely a local gem that must be visited if you have a sweet tooth.

This place is a real gem, milkshakes that are incredible and waffles that are great! Atmosphere is great and service is great!

The Waffle Factory was suggested to me by a family member...I'm a foodie so family and friends are mindful of restaraunt pics for me...AWESOME!!! Hey Guy F this should be your next stop!!!!

Went for dessert on a Friday night, it was pleasantly comfortable, the food was excellent and the staff was courteous. The fresh squeezed orange juice is amazing, and they have plans to add more items, I can't wait for the home made ice cream. I would highly recommend them. We will be trying breakfast on Sunday Morning.

A hidden gem located in the village of Webster! The food and ambiance are outstanding. The small, quaint atmosphere is like a spot you would find in NYC! Love the energy. If you are looking for an experience and not a chain try this. And the food is excellent! Fresh squeezed oj is a treat as well.

It was my first time there and it was amazing. I'm definitely be going there again. I loved it!!

Great place for waffles but not if you are in a wheelchair

The food was great, the waiters/waitresses were very nice, and it was very warm and cozy. Also, the fresh-squeezed orange juice was delicious and the machine is very interesting and cool.

I don't know if they made us something different, everybody is saying how great their food was. Ours was mediocre at best and none of us finished our food. In addition there were flies buzzing around.

been here a dozen times...tipped the counter person 20 percent cuz I saw how busy it was..should have known the experience would be bad. 45 minutes later when we got our food, they forgot my coffee, got a dirty look when I asked for syrup, doughy, raw center of waffle, and yes I know Belgian are made from dough, they do sell these elsewhere so don't get snarky when I ask about it. I will never go back. Not one person offered ANYTHING to us when we handed back our plates with only about 1/4th of the food.

Tasty waffles. Plenty of options, with sides available. Large selection of milkshakes. Small location, but waits aren't excessive. Limited beverages. Friendly staff. I enjoyed this, and I don't really eat waffles with regularity.

Let me start by saying, it s hard to explain how AMAZING this place is without using swear words but I will try. The building is like a house, small but very cozy. The staff is friendly and very nice to new people, explaining how ording and everything works... and the food is amazing! My boyfriend and I got the Benedict and maple bacon, both we phenomenal! Highly recommend by us both!

The food was delicious! Only a single waffle serving, so it's more of a snack or dessert than a full meal. The service was upbeat and quick, and the atmosphere was fitting.
