Great selection, very good food. Only suggestion that was mentioned to me was that food should be served on plates so it would stay warmer and not pick up their tinny taste.

Unique, fun place. Expensive for breakfast, but worth it once in awhile.

3rd times the charm - we won t be back.
We tried calling to order - immediately went to a full voicemail. Decided to then use their advertised grub hub service. The order got cancelled after placing. We then ended up driving 20 minutes to their location.
Experience: Small overpriced portions, that took 45 minutes to make for 3 people , matches their small interiors. Would be nice to expand their space indoors or even offer outdoor table seating. Ordered to go (3 orders) and the lady who took our order gave us one maple syrup packet and 2 utensil packets between the 3 of us....
We love supporting local businesses but have been verrrry disappointed with this establishment!!!

A small house converted into a quaint and cozy (if not crowded) restaurant. They have indulgent, delicious and huge waffle dishes (including gluten-free waffles) and egg skillets. It's a fun place to go. If you need gluten-free, call and make sure they are ready for you. (I've never had a problem but they suggested this.)

A very unique little ice-cream place in the village of Webster - You walk in and the smell of warm waffles smacks you in the face and wakes you up. Hmmmm, smells GOOD !! - Waffles and ice-cream, what a great compliment. There are so many choices that you'll want to sit down in their nice dining area and try them all !

Hands down - this place is exceptional! The waffles are on the whole new level of deliciousness! I've been here a lot of times, both on busy days and on the not so much ones, and it always delivered the best experience. Of course you might need to wait sometimes,it's a small place,so no need to get all upset since the staff is working their hardest to keep everyone happy (and that is extremely hard!). The food will get you addicted right away;) So many delightful choices at such a pleasant price! Totally worth the wait every time! Thank you for delivering that genuine Belgian taste!

I ve been here 3x already and I love it! The food is great and filling. It s a long wait but it is well worth it. I recommend looking on google to see when the busiest times are and not go at that time. It s usually accurate.

This place has awesome food!!! Took my daughter here for a brunch date and we all LOVED IT ! She got Apple pie , I got the Elvis and my husband got the peanut butter cup and none of us were disappointed !

The only drawback if you go during a busy time is that take out orders have no precedence or different order than the ones that are dining in so it takes just as long to get your food. We got ours to go and probably waited about 25/30 min.

If you re like me and look at reviews before you go places, I hope you read this one before you go! The place is relatively small so you need to keep that in mind, it s like shopping in the grocery store - if you go on a day where everyone and their brother are doing their shopping, then yes, you will probably have to wait a while. With that being said, you shouldn t try and squeeze a trip in at 12 if you have somewhere to be at 12:15 (if you want fast, mediocre food, go to McDonald s). I went on a Thursday afternoon, a party of 4, and we had our food in a reasonable time. I was worried about to size of the waffles based off of the pictures, but they are dense so it s still very filling. The food was great - I got the Western skillet with the waffle and I think I may still be drooling over that waffle a couple days after eating it. Definitely worth a try, you ll certainly be pleased after eating here! The place has an option for everyone too - just look at the menu before you go!

If you re waffle fan, you can t miss this place.Small and really delicious. Try Benedict which is egg served on waffles. And Banella waffle. The people are good and kind. You ve to read the menu before you go there. Its amazing. Try it once.

It s a great place for good waffles and lots of toppings! They have a ton of toppings to go on your waffle and a really delicious chocolate shake called The Godfather. It s a little tight for a large group so that s the only bad.

Today I went to the waffle factory,and it was the best,most delicious waffles I could ever eat. I tried the pulled-pork waffle,and it was amazing. I truly recommend that one. The employees are very nice and respectful and the resturant itself feels just like home. I recommend everyone to go here and vist.

The wait was long- probably 45 minutes, but the waffles had incredible flavor and the toppings were great. Arrived hot and yummy- but I think perhaps it was rushed in cooking because the inside of my waffle was clearly partially raw. I was hoping for a lighter texture. I think perhaps there was just too many customers and so they were making them not quite fully cooked? I'm definitely going to give it another chance on an "off" day. :) super cute place but just too tiny for the volume of customers that come in.

Good prices, quick service, but most importantly, the waffles are incredible, even without the insane variety of toppings. I also typically get a Greek skillet with my waffle, and it completely satisfies my sweet/savory breakfast conundrum. Waffle Factory is in my heavy rotation. Mmm.

They really need to expand. Love this place, food and service is amazing but the building is way too small for a place this good. That being said, even though there's usually a line out the door, the wait for a table is never too bad. Try the chipotle aioli sauce!

The restaurant is small with only a few tables. It can be tough to get a seat when it's busy. They have a menu of pre selected combos for waffles and toppings or you can choose from a long list of toppings and make your own combination.

The waffle combos are over the top. I would suggest not going heavy on the toppings because the waffle itself is good. I got a combo with Nutella and bananas and it was way sweeter than I imagined. I had to scrape most of the nutella off.

They have a bunch of a la carte options that were bigger than expected to add to your meal. Things like eggs for a dollar or other side dishes. They give you a small pile of bacon when you order it.

They have a machine that freshly squeezes your orange juice for you. I haven't seen something like that before.

I've heard stories about the milkshakes being crazier than the waffles but it was 3 degrees when I went so nobody was about to order a milkshake.

Delicious waffles and fresh pressed juice! A little crowded at times, but great for a date or brunch with the girls! Friendly staff and plenty of parking in the rear.

The food is very good, but at the end of the day you'll be spending 15-20 dollars for a waffle. There are alot better options out there for that amount of money. Portions are small.

The food here was AMAZING I had these Cinnamon Bun Pancakes that, even 8-9 months later, I still dream about! They were THAT good !
I do wish they had a better location though. Even though, there is a certain charm to the current place, it s UNCOMFORTABLY small. My boyfriend is 6 4, a big big man. & he was quite uncomfortable & self conscious while we ate. Because he felt like he was constantly in the way of everyone.
But we sure did dismiss any negative feelings, once we got our food & just experienced how GREAT it was.!

Our first time trying this place out on a Sunday morning. The wait to order was excpected as it was busy, however we waited close to an hour to receive our food. The problem with this is we saw 6 tables (of customers who were in line to order behind us) get theirs before we did. Some were the same type of waffle. After speaking up we were told ours was on the way, we still waited another 10 minutes after that. Not even an offer for a discount or a refund. We re very disappointed. Would not recommend this place! The taste was not even worth the wait.

Smells heavenly. Great variety. Limited seating makes it kinda stressful. My waffle was gluey/not done in the middle, but the rest was terrific.

Terrific ice cream uniquely prepared and served. It was delicious.

Waffles had a great texture, toppings were many and varied, oj was fresh squeezed and delicious, kids loved it too. These people are doing things right.

The waffle factory in webster must not have people who are well motivated to go to work in the morning. Went there 15 mins after they were supposed to be open and there were employees sitting out in the parking lot on their phones with the door still locked and the restaurant not open. Absolutely despicable.

It's a little small inside, but the waffles are so good and decadent! The fresh squeezed OJ is really good too

Quaint tiny house, incredible long list of waffles with different toppings and creative names. The young man working the counter and serving the day we went was pleasant and patient as I perused the lengthy list of options. He delivered our food and some nice conversation and followed up to see how we were doing and how we enjoyed our food. He was by far the best part of my visit - great service is always a win in my book.

Seating is limited and tight. For anyone wondering, this place is not suitable for wheelchairs, strollers (leave it outside?), walkers, or those with limited mobility or sorry to say it anyone with a large girth - as I mentioned seating is limited and tight!

My friend was thrilled with her waffle and has been to this place probably 40 times since it opened, she also lives only about 10 minutes away.

I am not a big fan of the waffles here, I love the airy inside and crispy outside of a poured batter waffle. These waffles appear more dough-like, they are dense and chewy, mildly sweet on their own, super filling (which is good, you definitely won't leave hungry). Mine was topped with blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries which I could have done with a few more of because I love berries, but I'm not saying they were sparse. With or without whipped cream, and served with a squeeze bottle of syrup which I'm pretty sure wasn't real maple syrup, but I didn't have any.

This was delicious.. interesting combinations and fresh squeezed orange juice.

I love the food here and the waffles are to die for. I highly recommend you come and try this place out for yourself. And they have an awesome menu selection too.

The staff was incredible! So friendly and helpful. We called in advance and they reserved us a seat. (Parents with 3 kids) Food was incredible and reasonably priced. Waffles were flakey and flavorful. Restaurant was INCREDIBLY cramped. Getting to the bathroom was difficult and people are constantly trying to sneak by you while trying to eat. Bathroom was not clean and was out of paper towels so we left with wet hands. Even with those couple small negatives this place is 100% worth a visit!

This might of just been the best breakfast I have ever had. They even somehow made their eggs better than other restaurants.
