The waffle factory has been one of the WORST experiences in my life for one the wait was over 1hour long. I understand that this is a small business ran. Not to mention the people that paid before me and after me had been served and when I went to ask how much more longer on my order one of the staff "stated that there was six other orders before mines ".How? when the family of 6 behind me had all of there meals not to mention i had placed an order for my son and self. So I politely asked for my money back and removed my children and self. Stay Woke this restaurant I believe strongly in my heart is PREJUDICE seeing that my children and self were the only Black family in this restaurant. So for any of my Families of color that lives in Webster or anywhere in Rochester I would highly recommend not coming here.
