Out for Mother's 90th Birthday lunch. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, they went out of their way to make your day perfect. The food was delicious and filling. Small playground for the children was great to keep them happy and busy.

Going back years ago, I remember when the bistro used to be upstairs and it was an exposed kitchen that looked more like a home kitchenette rather than a commercial one. The food they produced was sublime, like real homestyle Italian cooking. The service was really personalised. Now the bistro has moved downstairs and modernised. Yes it's pretty, yes it is larger and able to cater for groups. But it is also rather loud, the menu is cookie cutter pokies bistro and service is a bit perfunctory. The food is competent but the love is gone. Service at the bar hasn't always been friendly either. Both my partner and I have encountered frosty demeanours. We're not too sure why as we are polite and well presented. On our last visit one of the staff ridiculed me for getting the name of a beer wrong. She and another customer laughed heartily at my expense. I can laugh at myself but it was done in a nasty and demeaning way that really upset me. I'm done, I won't be back.

We went there new years eve very disappointing the entertainment shocking couldn't sing the food also stale bread rolls no salad with main meal which was horrible steak in pastry dessert was okay champagne bought to table in glasses 11.30 sugar put on table but no coffee you had to go to bar and get $150.00 a head won't be going back

A luxurious sports and leisure club, a lot of fun games, a lot of delicious Italian cuisine, and a small leisure area in the children's play area. Parking is very convenient, suitable for the three generations of old, middle and young.

Unlike the bistro, the buffet served on Sunday nights is of poor quality and the staff are not pleasant.
The manager is rude and 'customer service' is a foreign concept to her.
They always make mistakes with my order, and when told blame you and dont care.
Fantastic Venue, excellent car parking, just off the freeway, nice surrounding, polite staff and nice meals, with the Alfa Romeo club, hopefully will be back.
Good food and huge clean venue with friendly staff. Playground is a little disappointing for kids, especially if it's raining, as it's the only part outside not under cover.

The good selection is great. But think modern RSL with an Italian twist. Big association with sports. Wasn't cheap, but good value for money.
This Italian venue is everything that you would expect from a truely Italian style pub. The food is of Devine quality and the range of drinks are broad with rare Italian imports available upon demand.
The entertainment is also a standout with the venue hosting hundreds of sport matches and gatherings, professional, amateur and beginning each week.
Awards night, 80+ people, food was great, service was sensitive to the presentations. Well done.

I had my 50th birthday celebrations in the Gondola Room at The Veneto Club on the weekend. It was great! The staff is very professional, the food was amazing and plentiful and the room was great. Would definitely recommend this venue and will also consider it again for future events.

Massive Carpark which helps because it's always busy
I went there for Lunch this afternoon with Rose and my parents. I had a Parmigiana Di Vitello O Pollo and heaps of Chips with a glass of Lemonade with Raspberry Coridal, Rose had Risotto Al Gamberi with a glass of water, My Dad had the Gnocchi Di Ricotta Con Gamberi with a glass of water and my Mum had Calamari Sale E Pepe with a glass of water. The staff were kind to us and the service was amazing.
This is a nice place to gather with friends attend conventions and seminars. The staff is really cooperative and helpful the coffee especially is very nice and the environment is clean. the people are very helpful and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to have a good time with friends.
When there for a 21st the company was great but the venue is dated and could do with a renovation. The food was like being back to the 70tes party pies & sausage rolls.

Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff, good Italian food and beverages. You can also get supplies of authentic pasta, sauces and small goods to take home. Enjoy watching a game of soccer on Sundays.

This place hasn't changed in years. Still the same ol Club. Regardless, staff are very friendly and the service is pretty good. The food isn't the greatest but at least you wont starve to death as the portions are of a good size.
But it does need a little bit of renovations, toilets looked very old and uninviting. Some new blinds perharps with a new paint job and some new morden decor would go a long way.

Disappointed we were unable to get any dessert after our meal because we were not aware there is a 9.30pm cut off time to order dessert. We tried to order dessert at 9.40pm and were after panacotta which I expect was sitting in the fridge as its not likely they prepare it to order. You would have thought someone would ensure diners are advised of a cut off time to order dessert and perhaps given it was only 10 minutes late they would have served us the panacotta, but no, this was obviously too much to ask. The only option was to order something from the display cabinet which we did which was tasteless and accompanied by a coffee which tasted like dirty water. Thank you for ruining the night.

Our local Italian Club. When you go on a Saturday night to a function you feel like you have gotten into a time machine and gone back to the 1980s. But, in a good way! Homely and comfortable with reasonable prices. Solid but unremarkable food.

I attended the restaurant many years ago when it was the meeting place for Italians in Australia. Unfortunately there is no more that atmosphere is just a place where they make Italian food. The food wasn't bad but we waited over an hour for the dishes, I would say too much.
Restaurant food is lovely! We had our engagement party here. There was some issues with one staff member when I asked her to remove some chairs she scoffed at me which was a bit rude. Overall the function coordinator and supervisor on the night were lovely to deal with. Would recommend to friends.
