Came in from OH for a show at the expo center and ran out of brochures. Took a rough idea to the store and Pennie was able to take the information and put it into a usable format to get me on my way. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Pennie is a ROCKSTAR!! Thank you!

I've only gone here for Amazon returns but the service has always been excellent and prompt.

I went in to pick up a minor print job, just a few pages since I don't have a printer at home. When I asked about picking up my order which was confirmed online, the worker had no idea where it was. She handed me an overstuffed manila folder and told me I could look through it for my documents. I was fortunate to locate it, but there were clearly other sensitive documents in that folder that shouldn't be available for customers like myself to page through. In addition, the worker certainly lacked any professionalism and quickly moved onto another customer while I was left to shuffle through the stack of papers. I seldom post negative reviews, but felt the disappointing customer service warranted a warning to other would-be customers.
