Solaris Bus & Coach S.A. Review

The bus looks very good, but you can't really talk about comfort here. You don't have any legroom and the seats are very uncomfortable, and the USB sockets are also very inconveniently placed. The seats in the back are also very strange, with one seat on the floor with the other on the ceiling. The lighting is nice and bright, but very blue and if you drive at night and you open the doors you almost go blind with the light
I prefer to drive a Mercedes-Benz

The trees are dirty, 0sterne actually the seats are small sneaks and Made in China

It's a pity that you can't give 0 stars .. paranoia with 4 (urgent pallets) I've been standing for 3 hours ...

Working at Solaris is a pleasure!
I recommend it to everyone.

Please improve the customer service in the spare parts department, the procedure for issuing a proforma for a silly insert of the lock lasted 4 hours after polite telephone reminder.

Regarding the technical department, I have no reservations, I got an instant answer to every question I was interested in.

Very poor quality buses made in bulk, MADE IN CHINA can do as well. Deliveries of goods for them are also hopeless because they do not have space and they have to wait all the time. They make car magazines.

In the summer when it's very hot, I'm happy when a Solaris bus arrives.
Best air., Air conditioning is so good and comfortable you don't want to get out of the car

Solaris buses have a very hard suspension especially the new ones are emergency I know because I drive SU18 III on a daily basis and I don't like them

the old ones are terribly smoky but the new ones are great

Long waiting for unloading, one can get the impression that people working in the warehouse have a driver in four letters. Poorly.

Working in this company is more like slavery. I do not recommend.

I do not recommend this company. People very nasty with a complete lack of culture. Nobody can speak normally, only the orders and prohibitions under blackmail of somehow, as if they were gods. The people at the gate are saucy and can't even say good morning. There is practically no place for unloading. The area around the hall looks like a construction site. This company, when it comes to people working there and order, is a real failure. I do not greet

Solaris buses are good for big cities like Hungary, Albania, Roumani, Turkey, Russia, Germany and it's good it's electric and it doesn't pollute it's really great buses

I have been on unloading several times a month for 3 years. No problems unless there is a lot of supplies and a large queue but it usually goes quickly. The cart is cool, the atmosphere is also ok.

The best bus manufacturer! It is a pity that you are no longer producing Vacanza because it was a very modern, practical and comfortable coach. I have Vacanza 13 myself and I am very happy with it.
