My husband and I love the Terminal. One of our favorite restaurants in Chattanooga.

Unique location, great food, and their own tasty craft brews.

Cool building, good food and craft beer. Great upstairs deck allows dogs.

Good place for microbrews. Food is a step up from just your typical bar food options.

Not the best experience at all. We saw our server maybe 5 times. It took them 45 minutes to bring us our food, and they wasn't that busy. My mother in law order a medium well burger that ended up being well done with cold sweet potatoe fries. Both of the burgers were dry. Our server filled our drinks one time. We've been here before and it was great but not this time!

The food is always good and the service is excellent

I came here specifically for the lamb burger. It took a long time to get the food as it was busy and when it came out it was completely cold along with the fries which were stale also. The waitress had the kitchen make another one and it was warm not hot but overcooked and clearly the french fries had been microwaved. Seriously?

I will say although I would never go there again for the food. The service was good. They made the situation right by giving me another meal.

Decent pub for an easy bite to eat and a drink. Service and food were good, but they forgot to put sauce on my pizza that I took to go.

Food not hot. Service slow. Forgot parts of our order. Wouldn't go back.

Love the bartenders here! Lorna, Justin, and Jeremy are great at making you feel welcome and can make a mean Grateful Dead. Menu and food is unique and always delicious. One of my favorite places!!

This is the must stop local restaurant in Chattanooga. Best beer and food in town.

Good food options and excellent craft beer selection

I had a calzone (they have a different name for it but is is a calzone) it was delicious. The slaw was a bit odd in that it is in large pieces more like a heavily dressed salad but it was quite tasty. They brew a good variety of beers and sell funny t-shirts based on the beer varieties. It is open late which is very convenient after a day of sight seeing. We had trouble getting waited on or I would have rated it higher. I will go back, maybe it was an off night for the waitstaff. There is full bar service as well as beer.

I had a great bison burger on the terrace. Great food and nice atmosphere. Parking at the back (5$ reimbursed on your bill). Local. Try the beer sampling!

Food was great. Im a bud light beer person. So did not enjoy their brew beer. This is the secound time to Chattanooga and this restaurant each time we visit we will stop in for the food.

Our waiter Brice was great. I ordered the summer solstices salad and wild mushroom soup. Both phenomenal. I will never come to Chattanooga without stopping at the terminal brewhouse!

It was the first time at the Terminal and we were impressed. Justin was our bartender and he was knowledgeable and attentive. We ordered a flight to try different brews and some pizza as well as a vegetarian mushroom soup. The food was fresh and the beer was excellent. Awesome place to relax and get nourished. 100% recommend for food, beer and atmosphere.

Our server- whose name i unfortunately did not catch.. seriously, that guy deserves a promotion- was very knowledgeable and attentive and gave great advice on the menu and what to order. The GM thanked us for coming on our way out. We will be back--and we live 2 hours away!

Great prices on both food and beer. Beer is OK for Tennessee. I ordered my burger medium, but it was burnt and dry (not just charred, which is good). It's not awful, but there's better places in town fit a burger and beer.

Love the chill atmosphere and the large windows to the street

The food and beer were great! The building is really cool. It was pretty empty when we were so the atmosphere was calm and the staff were friendly. I'm sure it can be lively when its busy.

Utterly great food. Wonderful atmosphere. Love the festo bread, "the soup" and the salmon cakes. You can't go wrong here.

Pretty surprisingly decent beer selection. The food was good, but not as good as I was expecting. I had the philosophers burger, and while the lamb was tasty, the burger was kind of "meh" and not super exciting. Tasted good, and yet I was still unimpressed with it. There's just some sort of showmanship missing.

My wife and I eat here quite often. They have some great burgers and sandwiches. The in house brewed beers are always great. I don't think I've had one I didn't like. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to eat (or drink) at a Chattanooga local place.

Favorite spot in Chattanooga. Reasonable prices, convenient parking, quick service, everything on the menu is delicious.

Such a cool building. We loved their pizza eggs rolls.

Took some out of town guests and The Terminal did not disappoint. Had their Christmas beer was available and it was very good. You can always count on The Terminal to impress.

Food was 5 stars but the service knocks it down a couple of notches. Took nearly 30 minutes for our server to take our drink order even though they had made multiple visits to the table next to us. Our appitizer beat all of our drinks and 45 minutes after seating I had seen our waiter twice. Drink ran out two times due to zero check ins by the server. Nice fella but dropped the ball on this visit. Those damn medallions are so good though I'd wait that long on them again.

Get the pizza rolls, and if it's nice outside, sit on the deck.

Great beer! The pot roast nachos are to die for and the bison burger is amazing! We had a great time sitting on the rooftop patio, we eat here at least a couple times a month!

Good beer, best table in the restaurant on the second floor in the front corner overlooking the street.

I ate pizza here and it was really good, I do not live here but I definitely recommend. This is way better than the choo choo restaurant and the stir restaurant, because it had a better quality and better food the waitress was very nice that we had and really nice view. They also have a lot of choices of draft beer for adults.

Over priced for the quality of food.. food was just ok. A couple of our family members felt sick after the meal. Beer was good.

Prices were great for the amount of food you got.

Service was surprisingly fast for how many people were there. And they were very polite and attentive.

The food was probably 4 of 5 and very fresh tasting. Lots of options for everyone. I had salmon cakes, my date had chicken salad, and we had the the sampler app. It was all very tasty!

Oh and the Belgian wit beer was dang good.

Big crowd on weekend staff friendly and if you go upstairs is place to sit bottom dinning just a little crowded. Food nothing special but not bad either. All in all burger would be my suggestion.

Nice place. Didnt feel.too good after a salad there. Next time I will just order cooked food. Pizzas were great.

There a great choice of food. We had the Buffoloaf and the stuffed sandwiches. They were both delicious! The range of beer was excellent and I'd recommend having the taster flight!

POOR MANAGEMENT AND NO PROFESSIONALISM!! NEVER ever going back and spreading the word about the lack of business like attitude of the manager named JARROD.

What I recently experienced at this restaurant with one of the managers is certainly something that should never happen in any business. I simply did not think the beer tasted as it had the last time, as I addressed the waiter (Micah)he brought the manager (Jarrod); how the manager spoke to me
was very unprofessional and disrespectful. No employee should speak to any customer in this manner especially a manager. He told me with a grin on his face that no one else complained yet and that the beer tastes fine. I told him I'm sorry but I have had this beer here before and it tastes very different tonight. He just laughed and said the beer is fine, and that he thinks it tastes good, and regardless of what I think he will not take it off my bill.

Despite this disrespectful conversation we still ordered and ate our food, which was great, as always. Before we left I asked our waiter for the name of the manager who he asked to come talk to me about the beer. The waiter had a quick laugh and said James Davis. It struck me odd that he laughed while saying this, therefore, I asked another waiter and also called when I got home to ask for the name of the managers. Come to find out there is not one manager working there with the name, James Davis.

Now, on top of being disrespected and very disappointed of my experience with the manager, I now had the waiter lie and give me a fake name. This was very shocking to me because I have never faced this kind of management in any restaurant I have been in any part if the country. I was shocked to know that unlike in any restaurant, at the Terminal you have to pay for something you do not like or something is wrong with. However, what shocked me the most is just the way this manager handled it and spoke to me and on top of that, that the waiter lied to me!
I tried contacting the owner about this to speak to him but he never even acknowledged my e mail. POOR MANAGEMENT AND NO PROFESSIONALISM

Great beers on tap and made in house, the menu has a lot of variety but also some great burgers and good quality sides! Love the ambience especially on mild days on the outdoor patio. Thus far, I've never had any issues with the service...beer glasses are rarely left empty and our food has been served in a timely manner. If you have out of town guests or just want a great Chattanooga experience, this place is great!

The beer flight was great, highly recommend trying their stout. Great appetizers too. Staff was friendly and fun.

Philly cheese steak is good and the Philly soup is also delicious. Cozy environment

I'm only giving this three stars because of the pot roast nachos. They were great. The rest of the meal was okay - but not really what you'd expect from this sort of establishment. Real kicker was the service, though. Horrible. Would have enjoyed a few more beers, but our waitress was nowhere to be found.

This is a must for visitors to Chattanooga. A unique menu with fabulous food and excellent beer. The atmosphere in the staff are excellent too.
