I was truly disappointed in our visit. We sat for a long time AFTER our waiter got our drink order. Then, I'm not sure if he went on break or left for the night but we were able to get a manager's attention. She was courteous and actually didn't charge us for the food but, not to be picky, was cold and the fries were stale. We weren't going to complain after she provided it for no charge. Then, our waiter had the audacity to come by as if nothing happened and asked how everything was... like he actually did something. He failed to provide refills, let alone failing to bring our food, which is probably one of the more important things to do as a waiter. I don't remember his name or I'd share it because you'd want to stay away from him. We're thankful you the manager but the waiter should work on improving his work ethic. We won't be back to visit though.

A good place to get some good food and sample a couple brews. The price for their beer sampler is quite good I got 7, 5oz samplesof the differend beers on tap. The food is also good, they have some unique burgers which are made well. The price of their menu items is also reasonable. The staff was friendly and able to recomend good items to try.

The cherry sour stout was loin quivering AMAZING!!! And if you're feeling a certain type of quirky ask the bartender for a shot of jalapeno vodka. It's meant for their bloody Mary's but its worth a taste straight up.

Maybe I just caught them on the wrong night. I know COVID has everything messed up. However, that doesn't mean service can't be friendly and such. No one was outright rude, it just felt like we were an inconvenience. Food took an exceptionally long time to arrive and when it did, it wasn't as good as times past.

Great atmosphere. The staff his very friendly and informative, everytime we go. The pot roast nachos are absolutely fabulous. Really good in-house pizza, as well. They have a nice beer selection, to compliment your food order.
Parking can be a challenge, some times. However, this gives you an excuse to check out some of the other small businesses after your meal.
I couldn't recommend this place enough.

Menu has not changed in 6-7 years & also appears they (menus) have not been cleaned since then. Beer was not cold & service was below average. Ordered an appetizer & it was OK. We left & went to eat @ Tremont Tavern. Much better choice.

I'm always a little suspect of brewpubs that don't offer guest drafts; it seems as if they're a little insecure of their beers. In this case, it's understandably so. Serviceable beers, but no stand-outs. Same goes for the food.

The Terminal is a MUST for experiences in Chattanooga. The food is amazing and the service is always spot on. I send my clients there every time there is a wait! They always come back with good reviews!

we came to chatt for the corgi parade so we had researched some dog friendly places to eat. Terminal was one of the top rated places listed, and rightfully so. my boyfriend got the Macho Man BBQ grilled chicken with sweet potato fries while I tried the mushroom soup and their sausage beer cheese soup.
we washed down our delicious food with homemade craft root beer and he got a flight of samples of the beers that they offer, all of which, our server informed us, are brewed in house.

Our server, Caden, was very polite, super knowledgeable and attentive to our needs and the needs of our puppy that we brought. He checked in on us occasionally and made himself available when needed.

I highly highly highly recommend the food, drinks, and atmosphere!

I took some soup to go ;-)

The food is pretty good. I don't have anything really bad to say. The drinks are all right. you can find places with better prices but it's the experience that counts.

Give him a try it's worth it and it's good food.

Bartender was friendly and attentive. Sweet potato fries were good but I got them plain and added salt instead of letting them add sugar which I'm sure has to be amazing that way too.

Love the atmosphere.

Aside from being a great bar with excellent food this is one of the best places in the area to have lunch meetings. It has a parking lot, upstairs at lunch time is reasonably quiet, the food is always excellent and so is the service. If you want a beer with lunch they have some of the best taps in town. Great place top to bottom, go once every week or two at least.

I got the peach chicken. Not too bad. Not amazing. Wife had the steak. It was also alright. Not bad. Beer was alright. Well except the stout... That stout was crazy good!

So pretty much all around this place was alright. The building tho is really cool on the inside. If nothing else it's worth going to just to grab a couple beers and look around.

The Philly cheese steak is absolutely marvelous. Good craft Brews. Debbie is always quick to serve you and friendly. Enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. My only complaint is that the booth was incredibly cramped. There was not much room between the table and the seat. I consider myself to be of average size and with my back against the booth my chest was basically sitting on top of the table. My mate loved it but me not so much.

This is one of my favorite places to eat because the atmosphere is amazing its busy but in a comfortable sort of way. It's great for eating out with family, friends, and even a great place to have a casual first date. And when my friends ask me where to eat I usually take them here. The menu is also fantastic because just about anyone can eat here because they have options for vegetarians and vegans. They also make an awesome homemade rootbeer that I recommend. The location is also another thing I like about this resturant. It close to a ice skating ring (called ice on the landing- only in the winter (dec through jan)), tea/coffee shops, bakery, and so much more. The sit down time is usually immediate unless its lunch time then it takes a few minutes and the food is brought relatively quickly. Price also isn't outrageous. Great place to eat completely recommend

The food is absolutely epic. The prices are very good and worth mentioning for food. We came in with a rather large party of 11 for the place and they accommodated us with a fuss. Get the carnivore if you're a meatatarian and the veggie lasagna if you're that other kind.

Great atmosphere, great food. Would recommend any of the pizza and the philosophers burger. I bet all the waiters and waitress's have legs of steel! You'll understand what I mean if you ever visit this place.

Waitress grabbed a napkin out of my one year old s hands because he was going to tear it up . They were also very rude to the people in front of us with a special needs child and service dog.

The two bartenders were both pretty rude, we did not feel welcomed at all, we ordered one drink each, they never asked if we needed anything or if we wanted another drink. I kept trying to get the girl bartender so we could order another one and she just flat out ignored me. The guy was too busy flirting with the married women, I asked him if we could get another drink since the girl just looked at me and asked the person next to me what they wanted even though I asked if I could order another drink. We just asked for the bill and left. We were visiting from out of state and thought it looked really cool but I guess if you're from out of state you get treated poorly.

The food is great and the atmosphere is relaxing. The beer is fresh and goes down smooth. Some of the beer flavors are extraordinarily unique and you will buy them more because of the wacky name and less because of the taste. Either way, they are worth trying just for the fun of it. It is close to the shuttle bus which connects you to the downtown area. The building is kind of cramped but I honestly would not want it any other way because the owners tried to keep originality of the renovated building. It adds character to the restaurant. The wait times aren't too bad if crowded and they have a way of notifying you that your table is ready via text. The one thing I would suggest is more benches outside of the building to sit on while waiting on a table. I will definitely eat here again.

What a cool place, loved the building! Staff was super friendly and TJ knew her stuff about the brews. We went with the beer sampler (try it!) food was pretty good, although both of our fries were a bit on the cold side.

It was very good. I had a burger and sweet potato fries and a few of their beers. Malachi and West Coast ipa.

My only gripe is that I walk with a cane and they made me go upstairs to eat even though a booth was open. Plus I had to pay $5 to park, which made for a very expensive meal.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING Our server was very knowledgeable and new every brew in the house (I really wish I could remember her name! She was covered in rainbow and her birthday was in a few days ) The food was delicious and very well portioned. They have vegetarian options as well! My kids had a great view of the city from our table. We were there about 2 in the afternoon and it was nice and calm. Everyone was super nice and helpful . I can't wait to go back for more food!! And local brews!!

Great local brewery and food establishment. Located in a historic downtown building you can get great local craft beer and amazing food. The food uses local ingredients like bread from Neidlov's Bakery. One warning is be prepared for steps as the majority of their seating is up some fairly steep flights of stairs. That said I can't recommend this place highly enough.
