Very nice upscale mall. I have nothing like this near my home. Nordstrom's and other high end retailers.

I really like this tj max. Usually very clean, people are helpful. Over all I've had many more good visits than negative

One of the better malls in CT! The location is great. It has every kind of shop so you dont have to hop between malls. There are several department stores. All the department stores have good collection as well. There are good eateries as well!! Overall a good mall to be!

Great shopping experience.... I'm never disappointed.

Definitely the best place around to spend all of your money on things you really don't need.

Herds of people walking opposite of designated arrows...many without masks, no visible signage and absolutely no mall security to be seen.

Westfarms is not what it use to be. Need more sneaker stores. Just saying

Jcpenny nice place to shop. All the stores in west farms you dont get service. They act as if they dont see you.

This mall has a nice blend of large and small stores. The food choices are limited. It is hard to navigate if you are looking for a specific small store. I wish there were more small, independent stores but they probably charge too much in tent for small businesses. Due to that fact, you can find nice high end goods but very few unusual items.

Great property with some great stores. Always clean!

Well what can I say, it's been my place to go since 1992. And I was 6 years old then.

Pretty average mall; has a Starbucks, Apple store and J. Crew.

This mall is phenomenal!

I had the exciting opportunity to visit a Tiffany's store for my first time ever...I was waiting for Audrey Heburn to appear.
The store is amazing, lovely sales people and exquisite jewelry on display. I can't wait to visit the original one in NYC...and have breakfast there!
Vineyard vines is a super fun place, colorful, welcoming ...think of it as a beach in a store!!!
Shep and Ian really had a great idea in mind when they created their clothing and the shops! I guarantee you will love it there, a mini vacation spot!
All sales people were fantastic, esp. Whitney, who really took care of us and treated us like friends, as opposed to just customers.

I love this mall so much, but I feel like they need some air conditioning in the mall, because after a while they start BLASTING THE HEAT, but overall everything was clean in the mall and nothing was in the floor.

Better environment but don't have sales like Buckland Hills Mall

The west farms mall in west Hartford has many shops, including a JCPenny, two Macy's, a Microsoft store, Lego store, and more. There is no dedicated food court, but you can find little pockets of eateries in a few different spots. These More

Very nice as malls go. Lots of great stores, beautifully maintained, plenty of parking, high end public restrooms with seating areas and large mirrors. Some really good restaurant's like Brios. Plenty of free parking. I'm not a huge mall fan but this is a nice one.

Not a bad place to shop. But everything in there is upscale. If you have the money it's a great place to shop but if you are one of the great unwashed masses, not so much.

Way better than Holyoke mall . Good stores and good vibes .

A snooty mall full of pushy salespeople and annoying elevator music throughout the entire mall! Plus they can't keep any one particular store in the space longer for a few months

Nice mall. Their mocha coffee in the Carvel ice cream shop was great.

They didn't have the tapioca bubbles like in their signs and menus. I'm not sure they ever have them when I've been there. The drink was fine but a little bit of a stronger matcha taste would have been better. It is still worth trying even though. They have some cool looking drinks.

Good deals going on especially with the holidays coming up. Busy here and there , but not too crazy .

Nice dinner at Brios, a little shopping at Disney and Lord & Taylors. Lots to do and see. Wasn't crowded for a rainy Saturday night.

This mall has all the stores you may want to go to. It has the big department stores, but also the small shops.

I cannot stand malls, Westfarms in particular, too much superficiality and materialistic environment in there.

Went to Lord and Taylor. The sales clerk was very helpful. I found some merchandise to suit me. How ever what I really wanted was not in stock. We tried to order it but it was not in stock online either. I might have to order directly from the company.

This mall positively surprised me, I guess one of best in CT. A lot of good stores, the inside is nice with several places to take a break, easy and free parking. Please! install EV charging stations.

Near by, always clean, Familiar place were every body enjoy a different ages

A nice mall with a good mix of food, up scale and middle scale shops.

Place is out dated. Never have what your looking for. Even the stores are tiny and nothing much to do for the kids.

I went there with my mom and took photos of the exit signs, we haven't gone everywhere but it's still AWESOME!!! I am just surprised the mall is clean, but my mom asked where was the "baby" store, she might just thought it was buck lands for a second, but I never remember seeing a baby store there! Westfarms is the mall you should go to, it's the first mall you should go to!

Great place to go shopping many stores lots of places to eat just avoid Taco Bell their staff sucks

Mall is good but reduce 2 star for for 2 reasons,

1. Nonplay area for kids
2. No charging infrastructure for EV vehicles

Everything shouldn't be about profits.

Covid restrictions in place. Not too crowded but good to get back out for a minute.

Normal mall atomsphere,kind of small but clean and well maintained
