I recently got my Tissot watch repaired at this place and I'm very much impressed by the exceptional service they have provided throughout the query, quote and repair process. In a little over 2 weeks time, I received my timepiece back and repaired, while high-street repairers/chains were giving a 4-6 weeks estimate. Price was also fair and even if it was tad higher, the long life you get with a reliable service and peace of mind that your timepiece is worked upon by company's experts and as per company's standard far outweighs the small savings. Had initial reluctance to send the watch but it was well addressed by the competent staff and customer-friendly policies.

I originally reviewed stating how disappointed I was with the service received and that my watch wasn't covered under warranty when I thought it should have been.

I have since been contacted by The Swatch Group who have rectified the issue and refunded me the repair costs. I have amended my original review to reflect this.

*** AVOID HAVING YOUR OMEGA OR ANY SWATCH OWNED BRAND SERVICED AND OR REPAIRED HERE BASED ON MY POOR EXPERIENCES ** THIS IS BASED ON EXCEPTIONALLY SLOW AND UNCOMMUNICATIVE GUTTER LEVEL SERVICE REGARDING MY OMEGA CONSTELLATION VIA ESURE AND THEIR THIRD PARTY. ULTIMATELY, OMEGA ARE WAY TOO SLOW AND TAKES UNACCEPTABLY LONG TIMES O RETURN ANY COMMS

WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN WHAT I WAS ORIGINALLY QUOTED AS 4-6 WEEKS, TURNED INTO 18 WEEKS. I DEAL WITH LOADS OF LARGE ORGANISATIONS IN MY BUSINESS, AND THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.

I'M SO DISPLEASED WITH SWATCH, I'M NOW GOING TO SELL MY OMEGA, AND INSTEAD OF REPLACING IT WITH A RADO (owned by Swatch), I WILL GO ELSEWHERE. CARTIER LOOKS GOOD TO ME.

SAD, BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN FAITHFUL TO OMEGA SINCE THE 1980's. LOYALTY HAS TO WORK BOTH WAYS. REGRETTABLY, SWATCH / OMEGA HAVE A COULDN'T CARE LESS ATTITUDE, SO I'M VOTING WITH MY FEET AWAY FROM OMEGA.

OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS WITH SWATCH BRANDED WATCHES HAVE HEARD ABOUT THIS AND AREN'T IMPRESSED, LEADING TO LESS LOYALTY ELSEWHERE.
