Happy Christmas mood when I was there. All Christmas decor from different department shows Nike full of team spirit no matter which dept they in. Feels a lot of positive energy around, the power of employees. :)

Horrid Retailer with lousy customer services. Very poor design for online check outs. Procedures and requirements are unclear. Customer service calls and chat personnel s are extremely unsympathetic and have no cares and concerns for consumer s difficulties. A brand designed for consumers to serve them and not the other way round. Worse online retailer ever.
I recently bought a pair of Nike AirMax at the Factory Outlet located at Changi City Point. Wore it only twice and noticed some faulty in the product within 10days of purchase. I've been trying to contact the outlet for further advise on exchange policy but there is totally no response from the store. I've wrote in yet no reply as well. I'm trying to find out more details on the exchange policy before going down to the store. Its quite a sad outcome as I'm experiencing this issue for the first time despite using Nike products for over 10 years. I hope atleast after this review, someone would contact.
E-commerce team needs to reflect. For recent releases such as Shanghai air max 97 and Volt OW Af1 drops. Individual and accomplices bought the entire website down with botting. Nike.sg does nothing after giving feedback and feedback. E-commerce team doesn t investigate payment history and shipping history and ban and cancel orders to suspicious buyers. Is this fair for public? One per per person or?
Alright. Don't be misunderstanding guys, this store is not for normal customers, that means literally you cant buy nike shoes there, dont waste time coming here like me =))))
Yonder beyond horizon...this Panasonic camera of mine befits all wildness imagination. CHECK if you can use to zoom into the other side of Nike office.
