The place that put Lancing on the map Good coffee, lovely cakes, and great food served in the restaurant. Always busy with a good atmosphere, and great views of the sea in all weathers.

Gordon Ramsay would be proud. I had the fish and chips on a cold and windy day and the fish was the best I've ever had. The chips were curved in an unusual way but stil delicious and it also comes with mushy peas. There was a 40 minute wait but they text us so we were able to wander on the beach not that we wanted to for long on such a windy day.

If you want to come here for breakfast make sure you come before 11am as that s when breakfast closes not at 11:30am as stated on the website. We ordered some drinks to find out it would take 15 mins to make 2 hot chocolates. All the tables were dirty so there was no where to sit once we had ordered. Definitely won t be returning.

A really busy and popular place. It seemed a bit frantic with the staff rushing back and forth. There seemed to be enough of them and we didn't have to wait long to be seated or for our meals so I don't know why they seemed so rushed. Food was great, especially the luxury hot chocolate. Lovely views out to sea and the staff were very helpful. Would go again.

A friendly place to eat on the edge of the beach. We hadn't booked but managed to get a table. The food is fresh and tastes great. The Buddha Bowls are perfect and just the right size. We will be looking forward to trying more of the me menu another day.

Enjoyable family breakfast with a new menu. Good portions, well presented and friendly helpful staff. It would be nice to see children's portions offered though - e.g pancakes and fruit, option of how many rather than 3 and full price when a 4 year old can't get through that many?!!

Nice coffee. Can't comment on the food because we couldn't have any, went for breakfast and was told we had to book.
Website says they only take bookings for 8 or more during the day and as there was only 2 of us we didn't meet that criteria, make your minds up please.

Looked for the breakfast menu online couldn't find it so called them up with was an automated service! Had to dial an extension number to only not get an answer. Tried a second time got through asked how much breakfast was with was quite pricey but my partner and I decided to go. Walked a mile and a half got there walked in and it stank of grease! Made us feel sick so refused to stay and order!

The noisiest place I ve ever been! Crazy expensive & after a long wait the fish and chip came in a burger box (the bottom part) and it s the first time I ve eaten air and left hungry. The L chips meant no actual potatoe was left just air More

had the standard breakfast and it was better than ever. I think its the attention to detail - nicer bacon and one of the best views along the coast. Not dearer than others - parking and facilities are good. Brilliant !

I enjoyed a lovely lunch today with family. I ordered the asian salmon salad. Glazed salmon fillet, avocado, kale, baby spinach, spiralised carrot, edame bean and sugar snap peas. Generous portions! This is the first time I have had lunch here and I will be returning.

Just visited for coffee, but not that impressive. Lots of staff chatting. We had to wait while watching them chat over our half made drinks. Then they brought cold milk instead of the hot milk we'd requested. Seeing as I'm sticking the knife in, it was also so noisy that my slightly deaf father couldn't hear anything and our table was right under an air con unit that took an age to get warm on one of the coldest days of the year so far. They'd been open an hour by then. The coffee was quite nice and its a great view, but I don't think I'll be going back.

If you like Bill's you'll also like the Perch, very similar format with the addition of a beach right in front of you. At low tide you can walk quite far out onto the sand. If you just want a drink that's fine, plenty of outdoor seating to watch the world go by, plus the menu is pretty extensive with food choices to suit most tastes. Give it a try.

Good location. But over priced. Been to a couple of their special evening and was very disappointed. Lunch option are more like meals so if you are walking carry onto Shoreham where there is quite a few lunch options

Good location - good food. Been twice now.

Good location - good food. Been twice now.

Had a coffee first week it opened, it was pretty poor but probably just bedding in, hot chocolate was excellent and service very good.

The area needs a good cafe and this is a excellent addition.
