Awesome place needs to expand parkinglot super busy on sat

Good crew, good selection.prices are good for this region.

I just left this place of business and received the worst level of customer service I have ever experienced in retail. That is saying a lot due to the amount of travel I do and retailers I visit for work purposes on a day today basis for over the past 10 years.

My wife purchased a product from this store "The Stash Box"on Saturday. Upon making her purchase, she was advised that if the product did not work when she got home. She could simply come back and they would replace the product over the counter.

I entered the store this morning, with the product and receipt in hand looking simply exchange the product for one that was functioning properly.

I was advised that they not do exchanges. I explained that the person who had helped her that it would be no problem as long as she had the receipt. He told me he would never say that. I explained it was on Saturday and he said "well, that wasn't me and I can't do anything".

I explained that I have had experience with other shops like his in the city (his competition) and they made exchanges within the first two weeks of purchases. His response was, "well, we don't and it is apparently against the law." This information would have been beneficial to know prior to making the purchase. If she would have known that, she would have tested the product prior to leaving. At that point, I said, "well, this is the last purchase I'm making here and word of mouth travels quickly."

He then told me that I need to stop running my mouth and then proceeded to kick me out of his store. I said I was not running my mouth, I was just voicing my opinion as a customer.

His last words were. "Tell whoever I like, it doesn't matter. Now get out."

This treatment is absolutely unacceptable, not only as a customer, but as a person. I am posting this experience on this page, my personal Facebook page, Twitter and whatever median I can find to voice my disgust with this establishment. My wife will be doing the same.

I hope others that have had a poor experience with The Stash Box on main street in Dartmouth share their experience until there is some type of resolution.

Good little store. Some good prices for good quality product

Good place to get some high quality top shelf kush for cheap. That's what I love about this place but the reason why I gave a 3 star I bought one gram of blue dream about a month back got home opened my kush pack and saw that it was really denc but pulled out the scale came to be only 0.7 not even one gram never went bake after that.

You're lucky if you can find a parking spot.
The store is very cramped and not much room to look at their inventory. Also no separate line for online orders. Was there last week, and ended up with the worst merchandise I've ever tried in my life. Extremely dry flower, with 0 potency.

There are other places close by, who are far better than this hole in the wall.

Love this place. I'm not a smoker and these people are so nice and helpful.

Walked up to the front door, was told to order online and wait in the car while they filled the order. Made my order, waited in the car for 45 minutes... then they randomly decided to close early and not fill my order... wasted my time. Frustrating.

Ordered online and lemon haze 3.5 gram for 10 bucks and when I got there they have me 1 gram not happy...bottom line is i was supposed to get the 3.5 gram for 10 bucks...it was their mistake...I will not recommend anybody to Stashbox dispensary...I rather go to the dispensary in Fife by casino because they stand by their word mistake or not

Need a more streamlined system but other than that deals are great

Great assortment of items. Vape pens, edibles, joints, bud, concentrate, it's all here. Better prices than other I-502 collectives, several $10 grams available. mandatory state tax sucks, but they have amazing customer service and product to help counter that.

Been a regular for a while now it's a pretty dope place super cool stoner folk. Always willing to give advice on just some good what we all want. Shout out to Patrick your the chillest and always keep your customers satisfied.

Walked six miles to find out they where closed when there automated machine said they where open. Way over priced old dry weed with poor customer service with bad business ethic.

Best shop by far. Great store, selection, prices and customer service.

They don't offer discounts store wide. This is my last choice when buying green. Because certain strands are like by customers they won't put them on sale that's why I go to other dispensaries on discount days this is my last choice.

Well mostly I like them because they were one of the first in auburn but I dont really shop the stash box anymore because I get better prices at the JR's on most stuff and the selection is better but stash is always gonna be my first...

Im putting this for everyone who asks why we have everyone pull down masks for the camera. As a security guard here we do that simply so we can match ur face to the ID. I completely understand and apologize if its a inconvenience but mainly because of covid since everyone wears a mask we do that because people also wear sunglasses in the store so its hard to judge who the person is. We want to make sure the store stays open for everybody to come in and enjoy making purchases.So again if it is a inconvenience please bear with us and understand we are only doing it to make sure everyone stays safe and the store stays open

Greeted by armor clad weed Gestapo I entered. Prohibition era prices for average bud. Little to no deals. Extremely quaint gallery. Pretentious staff was your grungy hipster type.

Awesome place! I called ahead and they were able to point me in the right direction for my needs before walking in the door. Very friendly staff. Was worried this was going to be one of the many small shops with little to no inventory, or knowledge of the product they sell, but was blown away immediately. My first visit exceeded all expectations. I am definitely coming back and often.

Great deals on the wall. Good stuff in the case. Glass too. One stop shop. Very Small convenient shop. Great guys. In and out quick.

They had so many options to choose from! Very knowledgeable about the products. The prices are well worth it! Employees are nice, patient and helpful. They answered all of my questions and gave the best advice on which products suits any situation. It was cool just to go in and ask questions.

My 1st visit to this type of store. I went in to address chronic, debilitating pain. Although they're not allowed to say if any of their products can or will help, I felt I was listened to and I was supplied with a product that worked way better than I expected. The staff is courteous and efficient. I was also happy for a 20% discount. I'd recommend it to anyone that asks.

When this place first opened prices were stupid expensive, but recently they've gotten a lot better. Nice selection of edibles and concentrates. Some strains are hit or miss, though for the most part they have good quality bud.

The only thing I dislike is the staff tend to rush you out the door ASAP, it makes it kinda awkward when making large orders. Overall it's a great shop to buy cannabis products.

First time there and Jay made me feel like I was the only customer there... Great variety of products and prices.

Great prices, friendly staff! It's kinda small, so gets a little crowded some times but they're fast & efficient so it don't stay that way long.

In my experience, this is the best weed shop in Washington. I get all my Marijuana products here.

To be fair, it's the only shop I've been to in Washington. It's close to my house and the prices and selection are great. And since they got rid of that old, mustachioed assclown, it's been a wholly pleasant experience shopping here. Staff is always helpful.

Very intresting enjoyed my visit although i did not purchase anything YET ! there are various strains available and very affordable to enjoy a alternative smoking expierience im positive all will... be safe and enjoy ! >:)

Quick in and out type shop. Budtenders didnt really spent time listening to me needs and I felt rushed. Prices were about average. Location was hard to assess (for an out of towner, even with Google Map directions)

Always in and out here, staff is friendly and helpful! Yes you will pay more than what your friend charges you but it's convenient and fun to try different strains. Even on a bad day I had, the budtender gave me a discount! Definitely will be back :-)

Best shop in this area. Sometimes saves me from having to drive to Tacoma or Yelm to visit those dispensaries.
King County pot shops are way too expensive, with products that arent worth how much they are being sold for.
At least this place isnt as pricy. Especially with oil, great prices so far ive seen up here.

Quaint employees, clean and tidy shop. Paying attention to detail and they have done pretty bomb deals. I just wish they'd parking lot was bigger. It gets kind of crowded.

Great staff and okay to high prices for mostly good quality cannabis. They even give a discount for medical card holders.
