They tried to sell me gnarly outdoor grown weed and pass it off as "good". It was back around Jan-April 2017, when I first started buying weed legally, in an actual store, and not from a dealer. And I fell it... Twice. When I asked for their good stuff.

Yeah, imagine how ticked off I was that 2nd time when I got home. I think it was called Orange Sherbet by Sunshine Farms. Now thanks to that, I have an unnatural aversion to any strains with the word Orange in it. It's horrible...

I hadn't set foot in there for like 6 months, but they seem to have improved... Therefore the improved rating, although the stain of their sins will remain a while longer in the form of this review...

I'll continue to update all of my ratings and reviews, including this one. Maybe one day, I will no longer feel it necessary to include the 2 very unpleasant experiences. For now, i raised the number of stars and added more positivity to the review.

Pro-Tip: The $10 grams by "Boggy Boon" and "StashHouse" brands, are actually just as good, if you ask me, as some of their more expensive $14 grams.

terrible customer service and the prices are to match. no selection and their website it out of date and has mislabeled products on it. overall i always get a unprofessional vibe and i have not once left this place happy. i wouldn't recommend this place to anybody who like decent prices or even good customer service

Great shop!! These guys have really made a lot of advancements to the whole store since they opened up. When I moved to Washington a year and a half ago, The Stash Box was the first recreational store I had ever been to in my life, and have never been disappointed. Huge selection and friendly and helpful staff.

A lot of information, great strains of bud. I have tried pretty much everything here. Wish they had a lot more edibles. Loved the customer service too.

Don't use but have friends that do that love this store.

They always always have what I need/ want. The staff are very educated and very nice. They're always down to help n' get you in n' out quick. It gets pretty busy especially on Shatterday (Sat) but it's also a very small shop. (But their expanding!!) Regardless it's still a great shop

Pretty decent prices with friendly people to talk to who are willing to help. There's security there and usually the security guards I meet there have always been super nice and chill.

This place is AMAZING. The people are very friendly and honest about what they think of the products. If you're a flower smoker like us, I suggest you get a gram of Crumble, put a tiny bit on ur bowl or in ur blunt and it takes it to the next level. Definitely will continue to shop here as long as they let me!

Good flower prices, but edibles are over priced here by almost twice the norm. Other than that place is great.

Nice knowledgeable people willing to help. Clean and reasonably priced. Only issue is that maybe they need a bigger shop and more parking for the amount of business they do... I will keep coming back

Prices and edible variety are MUCH better than Evergreen Market. Also the woman helping me actually wanted to get me the right product and not just out the door. 10/10 would recommend.

Need to do a better job of keeping product that repeatedly sells out. Other than that the staff is helpful and they keep alot of product on the shelves.

I thought id check this place out i usually go somewhere else. And now i wish i had.... Over priced and terrible customer service. I came in this location today and I was completely ignored. I was in the shop for about 10mins never approached while new customers came in they were greeted and helped but I was ignored. customer service is terrible along with their prices. I will not be coming back

The only good thing about this store is that they sell weed. Dry, old weed.

In all my years, I just had the worst experience in a dispensary that I ever had. This place is horrible. I hope management reads this... First off, the location/parking is horrible. You walk in to a dark unmaintained shop, that fits the bill of hood shop. Second the budrenders have zero product knowledge, as well as zero cannabis knowledge. Both times I have tried this place out was just horrible service. I would not shop here if it wasn't the only place in auburn atm that carries polar icextracts ice wax and rosin. As well as feeling completely insulted after provoding valid military identification. I'm sorry I will not risk my benefits so you can have a copy of my dd214. No shop ever has harassed me or has given me more trouble with my military discount than this shop. As a veteran of 2 tours, I of all people should not have to fight for my cannabis, I did enough of that already. Unless management reads this or attempts to resolve this issue I will never go back, and of all people I been in this industry longer than most of these companies and products and will make sure I spread the word about my experience today.

Horrible horrible horrible experience, if I could give a lower rating I would. I would rather drive all the way to Clear Choice Cannabis or just use Evergreen Market for my cannabis needs and avoid this lack luster of knowledge, terrible customer service, and rude employees any day...
