This Dental's office really messed up . Run don't walk away from him

For the first time in my life I enjoy going to the dentist! From the moment entering the practice to the moment I leave treated with the greatest respect. It shows in my smile of which you created.

I m taken back by this 1 star review that I just read, stating that the staff and Dr. was rude. I can t disagree more! Dr. Apa did my veneers back in 2014 and I cannot give him enough praise! The office staff bends over backwards to accommodate their patients, assuring that all of your needs are met. I ve been seeing Dr. Andi and Dr. Apa for all of my dental needs and couldn t be happier! If you want to best, this is the practice for you.

I have been going to APA Dental Group for years now. Me and my family love the doctors here and drive almost 45 minutes every time to see them. We would not change them for anyone else! Great job

If I could give him a 0 i would him and his staff are complete douche bags. I went there for consultation but was treated very badly just $500 went to waste stay away from this office way better nice dentist in nyc with good manners

My wife visited this practice after having had work done years ago at a prominent Chicago practice. After several years she was experiencing pain in several teeth. Dr Rosenthal reworked her entire mouth and corrected all the problems. It was expensive... she has the equivalent of a new BMW in her mouth now... but well worth the expense. She is completely pain free and the quality of the work is absolutely outstanding. The staff is very professional and helpful. Setting up a consultation with one of the best atheistic dentists in the world during COVID...seems daunting, unless you are working with Dr. Apa. Less than a week later I had my virtual consultation and instantaneously I knew that I had chosen the right Aesthetic Dentist to help me fix my biggest insecurity since middle school. Moments after the consultation Jackie (also a rockstar) called me to set up both of my appointments.

I imagined that on the day of my first of two appointments I would have been extremely nervous, however the confidence Dr. Apa had in his ability to fix my smile after the consultation put me at ease.

As I walked into the office I was immediately greeted warmly by three patient coordinators. Due to the global pandemic they followed every protocol to ensure my safety. Before I knew it I was laid back in an extremely comfortable chair with a cozy blanket. I then met Kathy and Michelle both of whom were fun, easy to talk to, and even better at prepping me for Dr. Apa.

Dr. Apa s professionalism is the perfect combination of perfectionist and easy going. I was prepared for the procedure to come with a reasonable amount of pain but when you are as experienced as doctor Apa nothing is impossible. As I stepped back out into the upper east side with temporaries I could feel an immediate shift in my confidence. A follow up appointment the next day to review his work only further underlines Dr. Apa s thoroughness.

Fast forward two weeks I found myself back in the comfortable chair and surrounded by wonderful company. Murilo, a master ceramist, whose work should be in the louvre, and Dr. Apa replaced my temporaries with my permanent veneers. I did not think I could have been more satisfied but once my new porcelain restorations were inserted I found myself even happier. Despite slight discomfort I could not keep from smiling until my head hit the pillow.

My transformation came full circle when Dr. Apa showed me my before and after pictures. While I wish I had gotten this procedure years ago I do not think I would have appreciated the collective passion, familial treatment, and pure artistry that happens on a daily basis under Dr. Apa s careful eye.

At the end of every day I find my cheeks tired from smiling more than I ever have. If you are still reading and have ever had the slightest insecurity about your own smile Dr. Apa s gifted team will be able to give you the confidence you have been looking for!

I've had both Zoom whitening and a deep cleaning procedure at Rosenthal Apa Group. My teeth have honestly never looked better. Ask for Dr. Alex Rubinov for an experience fit for a star. Visiting the dentist has always been a miserable experience for me, until Dr. Alex. I'll never go elsewhere. He only works from UES office as few days a week and books up fast so I suggest booking asap.
