Great - Reception area has a lot mirrorred walls, corners & pillars, Ballroom is rather dimmed & cold, but very pretty chandelier lights, pillar-less, wide (length wise) & high ballroom ceiling.

Within walking distance from Orchard MRT, but no sheltered walkway. Plenty of restaurants and barsbin the vicinity, but can be rather pricey. Do note that the residence is behind the hotel, so make sure your taxi driver goes to the right lobby.

The luxury posh hotel along Tanglin Road.

The luxury posh hotel along Tanglin Road.
Everything from the carpark lobby to the Suites. Everything is posh and well designed.
Bathroom space is luxury big for me and my Wife. The pillow and bed is good. Everything is fantastic. Complimentary Tea and Coffee are supplied.
Only thing is the TV is kind of old type. The resolution is poor.

I am in Singapore almost monthly and I often stay at the Marina Bay Sands until I received SPG Platinum status and felt enticed to stay at an SPG property.

I managed to book this hotel with a corporate discount from my work and was astonished with the value for money.

I found the hotel dining fantastic and I thought the room was elegant and classy.

I would highly recommend this hotel to those of you looking for an upmarket stay in Singapore. That said, if you want views don't come here, go to the Marina Bay Sands.

Went to the spa for a massage and use of their facilities. It was actually a very good experience until we tried to exit the car park with the complementary car park coupon the spa gave us. As the timing was over by 20 minutes, I had to go back up and get another coupon. Talk about inflexibility with a touch of stupidity

Stayed with St Regis in July, the same week when they reopened for staycations (upon getting Singapore Tourism Board's approval). I had a grand deluxe room (the one overlooking Botanic Gardens) Butler service for the coffee was great. They will really bring your specified requests to you (e.g. a straw for a drink). The breakfast was extreme. I had caviar lobster omelette as breakfast. A pleasant surprise for such a menu in the morning. Pancakes / waffles were pretty awesome. And because you are a guest of the hotel, the Chinese fine dining restaurant (Yan Ting) will allow you in even without booking. The only shortcoming of the stay was that some of the electrical stuff in my room wasn't working (most of the 3 pin plugs strangely, couldn't be plugged in, the in room BOSE speakers wasn't working). The St Regis engineering team helped installed a power extension for me during the stay so that I can plug in my electrical devices.

Recently, i visited the hotel to have a meal at one of their restaurant, Brasserie Les Saveurs. I have to say that i noticed that the utensils there were probably not washed properly as i noticed an odd odor of dirty dishes from the utensil i used. the plates were not really that clean either. It is a miracle no one had gotten food poisoning from the dirty utensils and dishes. The food itself was not even very tasty. The food tasted not fresh at all as if it was kept for a really long time. The hotel"s management should do something about this before any problems occur. Personally I would never want to dine there again until they do something about it!

Fantastic hotel for staycation. Despite the shortage of staff, the service were still very good. The butler service (Butler Jasper and the team) is still the feature of the hotel and they served us well with a smile (I could feel it even behind the masks). We ordered tea and even asked to draw the bath!

The location of this hotel is great, walkable to all the nice shopping features of Orchard road; but not right smack in the middle so the area surrounding the hotel is not loud or too crowded. The shopping malls around the area cater for the expats living in the area; we found some shops which we have not been a regular to and quite a good shopping experience.

The room is admittedly not as new as other hotels; for example; there is no built-in HDMI cable for us to watch Netflix from our tablet/ comp. We had to call the technician who helped us lift the tv for us to plug in the HDMI cable. However the Bose surround sound (we got upgraded to the suite) was a feature which we wanted to have when we upgrade our own place.

Definitely recommended. Kudos for the team for maintaining the service standard even with shortage of staff.

Service has gone from bad to worse. Even a platinium member like me don't get good service. They said upon checking, guess this is your first time here. Not been here many times and only 3 months ago. Checked in at 4pm and went for meeting. Back at 5.20pm. butler can't get me a reservation at the restaurants in the hotel. Restaurant took am hour or so to call back. Finally had to go out to eat & the GRO Noryin further insulted me when I complained that is difficult to get reservation. She said I should call ahead...duh.... My guess she didn't think I was a hotel guest. Waiting for bath wash was 30 mins. Not worth the money. I seldom give 1 Star

Intimate and wonderfully opulent 6-star hotel in Singapore. The standard suite rooms are a pleasure to stay in, with on demand butler and concierge services. Perfect for a staycation with your loved ones.

Beautiful, high end hotel. For a more casual setting - eg with kids - La Brezza by the pool is a great option. It becomes a fine dining restaurant after 7pm, before that, it's a relaxed option to sit by the pool. Very good high quality kids meals - the fish "fingers" were made of fresh fish and nice bread crumbles.

This is the most elegant restaurant ambience in Singapore. If you love to indulge in a beautifully romantic dining experience, we will strongly urge you to try Brasserie Les Saveurs At St Regis Hotel Singapore!

1st time attending a wedding ceremony at St Regis. The John Jacob ballroom is spacious and feels luxurious. Food served was of great quality but it's weird that the food was not served at the same time eg : Table of 10 guest, 8 was served and the other 2 had to wait for 5 minutes before the food arrived. Definitely need improvement in the consistency of serving.

Great room, great service, amazing weekend in Singapore spent at the St. Regis Singapore. Renovated areas look amazing and ballroom was well fitting for grand occasions. Would have been perfect if there was a metro station nearby, though the staff have told me one is already being built.

As much as the St. Regis Singapore touts it's qual...

As much as the St. Regis Singapore touts it's quality, it sorely lacks in customer service and care for it's guests. My stay was during the Donald Trump/Kim Jong-Un summit, of which Kim Jong-Un was staying at the St. Regis. What the hotel failed to do was mention this during checkin or at anytime during the process.

Needless to say, we were quite surprised when the hotel had airport-level security at the front entrance, was surrounded by Singapore Police armed with assault rifles and snipers from the rooftops. The lobby wasn't much better, as it was swarmed with North Korean officials, hustling us up packed elevators and constantly shouting. Effectively, what was supposed to be a place of relaxation for an Eastern Asian vacation became riddled with stress and we actively avoided the hotel as much as possible.

I raised the concerns above to management, and to say they met my concerns with tone-deafness and apathy would be an understatement. The response I got from them is as follows:

"Greetings from the St. Regis Singapore!

My name is Shahryl, the Duty Manager of the hotel. I truly appreciate the feedback about your recent stay at the St. Regis Singapore. It is our goal to provide superior service to all our guests and consistent accommodations. Your comments are very important to us for future improvements. Mr Ewing, please accept my sincerest apologies for a stay that did not meet your expectations. I would also like to thank you for taking the time to explain your experience in detail for us to move forward into places we can improve in similar situations. Please do let me know when you are planning to come back to The St. Regis Singapore and I will ensure seamless service during your stay or contact me if there is anything else I may assist you with, I am at your entire discretion. Have a great day ahead!

Respectfully,
Shahryl Kamaruddin
Duty Manager"

I was taken aback by how little care the St. Regis had for an issue that dramatically affected guest experience. I'm definitely not staying at this hotel again, and based on the feedback I received I think I will also actively avoid Starwood Hotels in the future.

Have stayed here a few times (suites and normal room). It's luxurious, but in an old school way. They have a nice pillow menu, but they also explained that not all pillow are readily available. Toiletries are from their own spa which i found to be very nice.
Breakfast has been on multiple occasions underwhelming as compared to other luxury hotels I've been to.
The ballroom is one of the nicest in Singapore. There's ample place for guests to lounge around before they enter the large, nice pillorless ballroom.

Attended an event here. The service was immaculate and the ballroom was really grand. The buffet spread provided by the hotel was amazing. Meats which are normally overcooked by other buffet providers (e.g. beef and salmon) were just right. Would definitely recommend this hotel for any corporate or private event.

Excellently located at the end of ochard road, near to lots of malls and good restaurants. Unfortunately there's no metro within easy walking distance, but there are decent bus services within a 10 minute walk. The ballrooms are classically decorated, and the staff service is excellent. Food at the banquet halls was fresh and fabulously prepared.

Spacious and luxurious room, attentive and helpful service staff. Only issue was the inconvenience caused by preparations for the Trump-Kim summit which made arriving / parking much more of a hassle.

Had lunch at the French restaurant and service was excellent. Food wise is okay, except for the pork set which the meat was a bit dry and tough. Drinks at the bar was AWESOME with wide selection of whisky and other drinks. Bartender could recommend and provide tastings for the whisky. Price a little steep but overall experience was good!
