The hotel is beautiful and the service is exceptional. Everyone in the hotel does everything possible to ensure a flawless stay. Ganesh and Sachin did an extraordinary job keeping our room in the 24th floor super clean. Brandon Neilson was extremely welcoming at the beginning of our stay and Yash was very charming at the time of our departure.

It's a great hotel, with a great location and have rooms with awesome view of the Arabian Sea. Their rooftop bar is really good. Even the gym offers splendid views of Mumbai skyline with a backdrop of Arabian Sea. Nice courteous staff and overall a great hotel.

Great hotel with awesome food and excellent service. Very well maintained. Management ensures you are comfortable ( not like the JW Marriot) Best hotel in Mumbai. Will be returning on the 1/01:2019.

I have been to the st regis for two consecutive days duringy recent stay in Mumbai. Went to the southeast asian restaurant on day one and to the seven kitchens on day two.

The food at the southeast asian restaurant was below par. I am only surprised that they charge one bomb for that level of food. Of course, it is st regis. So one expects to to pay top dollars. But then one expects quality food in return.

The biggest disappointment was when we ordered ice cream at the end. Exotic sounding lemon grass and mango was what I got and my guest ordered coconut and basil.

In the name of ice cream, we got large chunks of ice. I am not exaggerating when I say this. And the flavors of the ice cream were atrocious. I spoke with the sous chef later and explained how bad it was and to my surprise he acknowledged the same stating then need to change the vendor who provided them this product. What???

Seven kitchens is supposed to be the best buffet in town. And I would just leave it at that. Supposed to be... You get the point.

If I have tons of money to send on good food in Mumbai, I would certainly look for other options for sure. And so should you.

Thank you to Nick and the team at St Regis, Mumbai for welcoming us so warmly to our new India experience. We could not have asked for better service and friendly attention from your staff, in particular, Prashant Shirke H-K, Yusuf, Akram, Lavina and the gym staff. Whether it was the room service, dining service, gym attendants, porte cochiere team and butler staff, we were always treated with great respect and no request was too difficult. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel, simply outstanding thank you!

St Regis has become a marquee hotel in the city and a celebrity hub. All the amenities are top of the class with fabulous restaurants and night spots. Its bang next to the premium mall and in the vicinity of the business district to Lower Parel. Unfortunately getting there can be a nightmare because access is via a single access road which is mostly choc-a-bloc.

Have money and time then I suggest you enjoy lunch buffet here. Seven Kitchens is the name of restaurant. They have a buffet spread which perhaps is the most elaborate at any of Mumbai hotels. The staff, one of the most professional I have come across. The grooming is apparent in their conduct and approach. Food quality - I would give five out of five. It is window side sitting which is likely to enliven up further your experience. Being at 9th floor, the place offers panoramic view of Mahalaxmi race course, South Mumbai areas. Enjoy the time and a little idling. Suggest a coffee after that sumptuous buffet.

Nice hotel at good location. Shopping malls nearby and good eating options to choose from. The staff is friendly. This hotel can be easily accessible by taxi from Dadar station or Byculla station. The closest railway stations are Lower Parel on western line and Currey road on central line.

They have an amazing spread especially the deserts that they have are super yumm. Ice cream station should not be missed. Try and get a room with a pool view.

It was an amazing experience, since it has a shopping mall having the best of brands available at once place. It has many restaurants in the hotel at the floor 9M. The one I visited was Seven Kitchens, and had a buffet. The food was excellent and services above the expections. Great ambience
