Good conference hotel. Approach is difficult and congested. Plan to well ahead. May get stuck in traffic on the way near the hotel

Luxurious hotel with everything you could ask for. Great food at restaurants. Great butler service and well appointed rooms. Very accomodating staff, great WiFi and gym/pool. Loses a star for the terribly gaudy decor and a staff that errs on being too polite. I got tired of saying hello to every staff member I ran into (and it's impossible to get to your room without running into at least 2-3). Maybe they are overstaffed because of low season. Overall pretty good.

It's one of the topmost hotels in Mumbai not to mention 7 star. It's really elegant, the staircase and the interiors. Many celebrities also come here due to popular and grand events like fashion weeks, parties,etc. It's a stay hotel as well as it has high end restaurants. It's beside Palladium and has parking, obviously. It's one of the best places I've ever been in Mumbai considering the terrace balcony which has a spectacular view and the aesthetic and feel of the interiors.

This Hotel is Located in the pre location of lower parel .In lower parel also it's in the ever so buzzing phoenix Mills compound.Coming to the hotel, Amazingly built overlooking the mahalaxmi racecourse,it's a tribute the skyline of Mumbai.In terms of dining ,the hotel has various options for a foodlover .From Indian , Oriental,Continental ,European .It has everything to offer. Talking about the nightlife ,it has the two most electrifying clubs in the city viz. EXO N Luna Nudo. In terms of Service ,highly professional and friendly staff. The St. Regis Mumbai is epitome of luzury.Once in the hotel , everything possible is around you . From shopping,Movies, Entertainment ,Nightlife ,Food and you name it .That's why it's Rightly called the Best Address in Mumbai.

Awesome experience. The ambience, upkeep and hospitality is top class. True 5-star experience. Attended an Awards night function at the Astor Ballroom on the 9th floor. Dinner was served in the open terrace/ balcony with a splendid view of South Mumbai. Delicious food preparations and assorted drinks. It shares one of the entrances with Palladium, High Street Phoenix, Lower Prel

We nice hotel and excellent services only challenge is that you have to travel in two different type of lifts..first you have to travel to reception which is at 9 th floor but food stay and services all are excellent.

Classy and officious. The right place for an official shindig. Located midtown. It is great on service offers great multicusine options and is right next door to Phoenix Mills which houses Palladium too. Anyone popping in from out of the country could feel right at home if you didn't want to go to the Taj or the Oberoi

This hotel is fantastic and my stay was absolutely flawless. The butler service was exceptionally convenient and all staff were phenomenal. The breakfast had an excellent variety and was top quality and the service at breakfast was the best I ve had anywhere. Nice shopping mall located right next door with some great restaurants. This hotel had no flaws. I will happily stay here again. leasant and comfortable stay overall. Wowww I visited this place on 9th Oct. This is the very good place for party or big events. I like this place. Food is also testy i liked it. There is Luxury rooms or five star hotel.

We started our honeymoon in Mumbai at the St. Regis. We were quite jet lagged, coming from the USA. This was the most comfortable place to beat our jet lag. This hotel was quite lovely, though sometimes hard for our Uber drivers to find as it is attached to a shopping complex. The staff was wonderful and helpful. The high tea and happy hours were nice additions to our stay. The spa and fitness center were also wonderful. The Indian restaurant, The Sahib Room & Kipling Bar, was FANTASTIC! The chef was also wonderful and personable. He came and had a chat with us. Would highly recommend eating there at least once. Though the facilities were great, sometimes the elevators were quite busy and you would have to wait for the next one to get on. The only thing to note is the location. There is a lot right around the hotel, but if you're looking to do some touristy things like the Queen's Necklace and exploring the Fort area, you will be in an Uber/car for a bit to get there (~40-85 mins) due to traffic. Overall, all the comforts you'd except from a St. Regis. I would stay here again if I were in Mumbai in the future and would recommend to friends/family.

A very luxurious newly built hotel which beautiful views from the room and bar at roof top. It' hosts 3 multi cuisine restaurants with a nice collection of wine. Awesome interiors and very well maintained. It's simply beautiful place in Mumbai.

As soon as you enter the hotel you feel that you have stepped into something posh. The staff is courteous , rooms are gorgeous and the restaurant 'Seven Kitchens' serves amazing food .

Went to XXO for a club night; good crowd and music but a little crammed.
