Excellent hotel and location. One of the best in the area. The Food needs to be a little better (not as good as it once was). Also I don t like to be rushed while checking out. I had received a notice under my door the night before, stating that I must be out by 11 or I would be charged a fee. This is not a good way to treat your regular guests. Especially given that I ve stayed at this hotel many times and spent tens of thousands of dollars. Why rush one of your regulars out? Other than that, this great place, I ll be back soon.
This hotel has gone down hill!!! Do not stay here. The carpets are filthy, towels were dirty, outdoor furniture was stained, air conditioner barely worked and I can go on. This is not a 5 star hotel! It used To be but it s gone downhill!! Manager doesn t even call back in regards to the issues we had. Not sure how he runs this property when he sees the reviews and doesn t do anything about it all he says is thank you for visiting and we will address it with the proper team. So if you address it why does it keep happening ??? He should be ashamed of himself for letting this property get like this!!For 1000$ A night save your money and go elsewhere. We checked out early, and checked into a better 5 star hotel a few steps away. People are paying top dollar and getting bad service and dirty rooms. Not a place I would ever come back to. Avoid at all costs
I m shocked and appalled at the quality of the hotel. As a frequent guest of this hotel for many years I ve noticed a downhill trend since the Marriott merger. However, on my most recent stay I decided not to stay there again. The mattresses are old and sunken in (to the point where it s impossible to sleep and had back pain for a week) which I brought up to the hotels attention and was offered a 150$ discount not to check out and go elsewhere. The rooms are dirty, furniture damaged, carpets stained, many things outdated and need replacement. Service in the building is non existent. I don t understand how they still have 5 stars. Will be staying at the ritz Carlton or four seasons from now on.
Perfect! My sister really likes to stay at this hotel since we were kids. She deeply loves the atmosphere and the great interior all over the place. Their food was incredibly great and terrific! I am very happy that there was still a great hotel that treasures its customers. A reputable and famous hotel to stay with. You will never be disappointed for sure. Thanks!
This hotel is absolutely beautiful and the rooms are as well. I only had 2 issues with my stay here at the St. Regis but I can honestly say the hotel front desk and staff made up for it in a nice way. Our phone wasn t working once we got there and we couldn t get into our room after a nice day out. Overall, our stay was here was pleasant.
The St.Regis Bal Harbour is truly worth a visit, the hotel is perfect. The interior design is by far the most luxury compare to the other location around. The service is very good and make people want to stay longer. The valet responded very quickly, the breakfast definitely a plus. Will come back.

You would expect the saint regis to have some standards when it comes to cleanliness.
I stayed at the park Hyatt and it was such a pleasant experience. So much better than the saint regis. Also the front desk staff is very unequipped to handle simple tasks.
We also received a letter stating we must be out by 11 or we will get charged. It felt very cheap you wouldn t expect this from a luxury hotel.
This time around only my wife and I spent our time here. We are coming back in October with my kids and parents. Will certainly not come back to this hotel.
I'm giving this hotel 5 stars because of the staff, beach access and hotel room quality. I was disappointed with the in-room amenities. For a 5 star hotel, I expected better in room amenities. The TV did not have Netflix or Youtube access which for me travelling with kids is a must. They did have a blue ray player but no blue ray selection to choose from. No one carries DVDs/Blue Rays around anymore, outdated technology.
This hotel is spectacular. The location does not get any better. It s DIRECTLY across the street from the Bal Harbour Shops. The beach is pristine, and the St. Regis associates attending the beach were exceptional.
It s located on Collins Avenue in the adjacent to the Trump International, Porsche Design, Ritz-Carlton Residences and Armani Casa buildings.
