This is one of the best hotels that I've stayed in. Every member of staff is incredibly friendly & helpful. They did everything to make our stay as convenient as possible (very-late check-out was offered), including a butler that take care of all our needs.
While luxurious, the place is unpretentious and relaxed. Liked the size and style of our room. Beds are large and super comfortable. I recommend a seaview room.
A great asset is the hotel's beach club that can be used for free. Also includes a gym, pool and restaurant.
A highly recommend the St. Regis and consider this among the top places I was fortunate to stay at over the last 20 years of my international travels.
Wonderful new experience at Reviera beach club, inspiring, cleanness and staff kindness.
Great experience, clean, well run, polite and helpful staff
Just awesome! What an ambiance. Loved the Presidential suite. Spectacular views!
One of the most beautiful hotels in Abu Dhabi is very clean
I was impressed by the excellent service, the staff, and the luxury of the interior and exterior.
We stayed at the end of 2019 and at the beginning of 2020. First, the entrance lobby tree, grand piano, and castle-like staircase welcome you. I was entertained with Dates and Arabic coffee, passed through a chair at the reception, and I was very impressed with the caring of the hotel.
Room service, use of a private beach, and concierges can help you when you need help or arrange tickets.
New Year had an event on the beach, but gave up because of fatigue. .
Instead, I enjoyed countdown fireworks on the nearby beach.
Since the breakfast on the first day of the year has such an event, meals were served until 15:00, which was very helpful.
This is one of the hotels I would like to use again.
Amazing place to visit specially Terrace Restaurant it is yummy
The comfort, privacy and cleanliness are more than wonderful, but the food is not good
We stayed at the St Regis. Stunning sea view from 35th floor (we had room 3505) overlooking the new artificially constructed island where the Marina mall is located as well as a new big hotel.
Note that during this time of year there can be a fog or sand storm. We had fog one day. You could not see the island or other surroundings. Everything was covered up. Luckily around 11h it cleared up.
The room we had includes butler service.
The hotel has its own private beach section just in front, separated by the road. However there is a tunnel, which can be reached from the 3rd floor, so you do not need to cross the road. Although we were at the 35th floor you could still hear the construction cranes busy at renovating the beach. Even during the night ...
Speaking of noise, the weekend in Abu Dhabi starts on Friday through Saturday. During both evenings, until very late or I should rather say very early, a party on the beach is started with very load music. So don't forget to bring your earplugs. Sunday (is a normal working day) and the rest of the week is luckily much quieter.
After complaining, hotel management replied that they can do nothing about it as the beach property is "outsourced".
The hotel is ideally located at the start of the Corniche , the very long promenade walk (7.6 km).
You can easily walk to the Marina mall.
By the way, the Marina mall is much better than the ... mall. Bigger, cleaner, nicer shops and more atmosphere.
During our stay there was rather a cold wind, making sunbathing not enjoyable. Unless you cover yourselves using the beach towels. There are enough sunbeds and umbrella's.
There is a (bigger) pool in the beach area and one on the 3rd floor of the hotel. Both pools are heated. Towels are available and included.
We were on half board. So in our case, breakfast and dinner was buffet style.
Both had lots of choices although quality could be better.
With this I mean:
- Food plates are not warm (mostly very cold)
- Prepared food is lukewarm. Waffles and pancakes even cold. Meat or fish is kept warm under lamp and is dry-ish.
- Serving white wine at room temperature is not a good idea.
The dessert buffet was very good and well presented (like a painting) with beautiful colors, including a chocolate fountain.
Table service is also very good.
We visited the Heritage village (tourist trap), the louvre, Ferrari, the Etihad tower, the 7* palace hotel and the mosque.
The last one is a must see. Very beautiful architecture and surroundings.
Staying here while on a business trip to AbuDhabi, very good location, luxury hotel, will visit again and recommend this for family stay.
Great hotel. Cheaper than it's brother in saadiyad but the same service.
High class hotel, good customer service great location
Lovely quite , heritage/ classic hotel . An outstanding hospitality and a welcoming staff all are smiling from gate to valet ( Ali) through receptions & Arab coffee butler towards conceriage end with fast room service. An amazing stunning support by reception specially ( miss Yaryna Symotyuk) . Nevertheless, terrace restaurant team all are so lovely ( miss Rindiani) , fast service and they get you anything you want event if not in list.... eventually, I haven't seen such an outstanding hospitality in-spite I travel alot through the world.
Sure there are some minor negatives in room and facility ( medium size gym & swimming pool) but hospitality vanish any negatives .
Elegant and regal decor. The staff is amazing, friendly and always delivering more than expectations. Used to live in the residences above their hotel, Nation Towers. They treated us as if we were guests of their hotel, and always made us feel like it was our home. Beautiful Remede Spa, with very complete facilities and a very experienced team of expert massues from Bali, Indonesia!
Luxurious hotel at affordable price. Signature Butler service is a real treat. Exceptionally friendly and professional staff. The most enjoyable experience!
Dream hotel with an obsessive attention to detail. Ideal for families as for business. Many spaces all well furnished, excellent food, courteous staff. The head chef is Italian
A great and new hotel. Quiet. Excellent customer service. Great view on the Corniche of Abu Dhabi city.
Very friendly staff .. great food .. the best thing in my stay was the service and the staff attitude plus the great location.. other than that i would only recommend it if your looking for small rooms because the room was kind of small in comparison to other hotels in Abu Dhabi.
I stayed there for a night unit but a luxury hotel on an unexpected
The Gemail Hotel is suitable for small courses and celebrations
The prices were excellent and I ate his fairy figurine and unfortunately the room had a stinging insects
One of the most remarkable experiences I have had so far. Super professional team, including but not limited to : Sukaynah, Abe Shaig, Fenzar, Mary, and honestly all ..
They made our stay an exceptional one at the grand suit and at the Abu Dhabi suit ( the world highest suite with a square area of more than 1200m2. Thank you all very much for your wonderful hospitality.. Adel
The service and facilities are world class. No complaints there, friendly staff, attention to details. The view from our room is amazing.
The food was not quite up to international s standard yet, however the management and head of staff was very accommodating and listened to our feedback.
Still a great place to stay!!!
A rooftop spot with an amazing view of the corniche and Emirates palace. I went with some friends for a weekend sunset dinner and I was very pleased. It an experience worth doing at least once and its not a cheap dinner, good food at a prime price. If you got the coins go for it.
Amazing hotel!! Superb service, great breakfast and restaurants, very nice beach club!
Nice rooms and great housekeeping.
Good located at the Corniche. All in all a really great vacation and we will come back soon!!
Beautiful reception held by the Her Excellency the Australian Ambassador and a great hotel to host it
Had a dinner and a lunch at the terrace restaurant. Overall food was good so was the setup. There was good food verity and was served nicely too. Drinks were severed as part of buffet as well. There was a chocolate fountain which I loved :D
The meeting rooms, however, are not propose built. They are generic rooms, make shift tables are placed, not very convenient. Chairs are not comfortable at all; not suitable for sitting for extended period of time, like a full day workshop.
Excellent hotel 5 star hotel, wonderful staff mind
Blowing buffet breakfast.Must stay hotel in
Abu Dhabi
I visited The Terrace restaurant twice. The food and the staff are amazing. The Arabian night on Tuesday night is delicious, you feel the taste of homemade food.
Great hotel was here for extended stay... amazing breakfast , super friendly staff and clean luxurious rooms !
There are many 5 star hotel options in Abu Dhabi. What makes the St. Regis stand out is the staff are genuine. They truly enjoy delighting their customers and the St. Regis delights me daily.
Really love this place, room service beach area is wonderful
Loved our stay! Had the best staycation, we had the deluxe suite which overlooked the corniche. Had an amazing huge bath which we took advantage of and the room came with a butler service. A must stay place even if you're living in the UAE.
Pricy compared to what you get for pay.
For same price you can get better in AD
Pool is so bad less than 3 stars.. they don t even give you pool towels, but may be COVID19 thing.
No good service on the pool
I asked for a bowel of chips, they say it will tale 30 m took longer
Sum up
Beach, pool ...etc
You can find better for same price or less
Excellent accommodation, sophisticated furnishings and a comfortable stay for the guest
One of my best ever stay in Abu Dhabi was in St. Regis. Amazing stay, wonderful and very cool location. Hotel Staff very professional, joyful and helpful. The Hotel is luxury. I don t know how to stay about this special stay . But it s amazing , wonderful and non forgettable.
Hotel is very spacious and luxurious, thank brother Suleiman Barmawi Nationality is very helpful as well as sister knife (I'm not sure name) Moroccan sexual reception staff on good cooperation and service.
The St. Regis in Abu Dhabi on the Corniche was our time-out destination for a week in August.
The location is just perfect to start your activities from here.
As befits such a hotel, we received a very friendly welcome. At 7:00 am we checked in and went straight to breakfast. Then we could move into our room straight away. On the 41st floor we had a great view of the Marina Mall and the Fairmont Hotel, which is soon to open.
Two room visits a day and a 24-hour butler service rounded off this great time here.
Breakfast and dinner were of excellent quality. The staff is always attentive, friendly and always has a smile ready for you.
The associated beach club was just as perfect.
I could go on longer, but that would be going too far.
Thanks to everyone who gave us a very nice time.
Super hotel and superb service
Strongly recommended
Good location, nice decorations, beach facilities although in the heart of AD, connected to nation mall (small mall) with cinema $ very close to Marina Mall
Very nice hotel specially the lobby cafe where u can smoke and drinking coffee
Awesome hotel with awesome breakfast
The food and beverage manager Anika is well dedicated and managing the breakfast very well with all fresh fruits and too much variety of food
Amazing hotel!! Superb service, great breakfast and restaurants, very nice beach club!
Nice rooms and great housekeeping.
Good located at the Corniche. All in all a really great vacation and we will come back soon!!
.
Simply it is the perfect hotel in services either for business or personal, facilities, Food, meeting rooms and atmosphere.
When you want to stay in Abu Dhabi, my recommendation is to make it as first option!
Set within a pair of linked skyscrapers containing a shopping mall, this ritzy hotel is 2 km from the landmark Qasr al-Hosn fort and 4 km from the restaurants and shops of Marina Mall. Opulent rooms feature crystal chandeliers and Bedouin textiles. All come with butler service, free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs, as well as iPod docks and views of the city or the gulf. Suites add living rooms; some include kitchenettes. There are 9 restaurants and bars. Other amenities include a luxurious spa with gulf views, an outdoor pool and private beach access. Valet parking is free.
Nothing could suffice explaining the beautiful experience of upgrading our stay to sea view room.
We booked half board so we had the set menu from Villa Toscana which was a food coma and we enjoyed every single bit of it and they provided a ton of extras that we were scared we wouldn t be able to eat breakfast the next day.
They provide ice called water during our stay on the beach to try and overcome the heat, and they gave out flavored iced popsicles which was a beautiful gesture.
The room was clean and the butler Henry was utmost polite.
Breakfast the next day was even better than we thought. An unlimited menu to order from and the choices and presentation of food was majestic.
This was one of the best experiences we ve had and will certainly come again and recommend to our family and friends
Our stay for my husband and I was perfect from start to finish.
A team that is at your service 24 hours a day, the really super pleasant staff polite and kind.
The food which is really very very good!
I put a 10/10!
The room which offers a view on the sea, a great bedding (to miss the alarm clock for breakfast )
Honestly I recommend this hotel with my eyes closed our vacation was perfect thanks to them!
Lazreg Abdellah
We will definitely be back!
At the moment my favourite hotel in Abu Dhabi. Very nice rooms at relatively good price. Be mindful of the amount of stars the hotel have. Very nice dining option in the Nation Tower mall.
excellent service stayed there for weeks connected to a mall with a cinema and restaurants. .I would definitely recommend staying there if you have business inside Abu Dhabi. .if not then stay in any hotel in AL sadeyat on the beach.
