While i was passing through the tunnel towards the hotel, a big piece of a hanging ceramic almost fell on my head. These wall ceramics are not fixed properly and might fall any time , just be careful of your head while passing beneath them.

Everytime I've stayed here, it's been simply a great experience - it's the rooms and the staff that makes the experience for me. The rooms are very nice and the staff very warm, polite and accommodating. One other highlight is the breakfast spread in the morning, one of the better ones I've had anywhere. Great ambassador to the culture of hospitality of Abu Dhabi
I ve tried two of these hotels the st Regis saddiyat and this one,the st Regis saddiyat was more fun for kids than the Abu Dhabi one which was closed and didn t have activities as play areas, however I still love this place
First class hotel in a very nice location near the government district. Mixed guests from all over the world. Several restaurants available and the breakfast buffet is really very big and leaves nothing to be desired. The service provided by the butlers is phenomenal and you quickly feel at home here. The pool and beach area is also perfect and very attentive staff take care of all requests.
A lovely luxurious 5 star hotel .. A must stay if you want to be in downtown Abu Dhabi .. connected to the mall .. great for conferences and meetings too thumbs up
Doctors are very bad and responsible for the form of a failed one in his life but in the management and control of the clinic. Tip do not go to this hell, which is not Vaida.
After 14 nights at the St. Regis Abu Dhabi Corniche last August, here is my personal opinion on this hotel. The hotel is not at the level of positive reviews that I read ... This is an average, older hotel with signs of age. The room was pretty isolated, but rather small, I doubt that it had the m2 indicated on the site St Regis, the strong point was the panoramic view of the sea, especially on the small island where is the marina Mall. The food, really classic, nothing special, the main restaurant is really average, for breakfast, you have to go before 9:00 to avoid a long queue, or an unbearable noise. Only the Italian restaurant was not bad, but the service too long ...
Note that there is a pool on the 5th floor of memory, and a pool at the Beach Club, to go to the Beach Club it will be long, time to get out of his room to get to the Beach Club, count well a good ten minutes. The Beach Club has nothing special, if you want a place at the pool, get up early ... The pool is in very bad shape, it lacks tiles everywhere, it is not uncommon for people to stay hooked and hurt themselves in this pool (I at least heard that it will be renovated). The Beach Club's restaurant is also medium ...
The service is quite chaotic too, I call 3 see 4 times the reception during my stay to reserve a table at the Italian restaurant, every time I was reminded to tell me it's complete. I still managed to have a place every time, and the restaurant was never complete to have no table available ...
When I realized that the hotel did not suit us, I made a request at the reception to try the St. Regis Saadiyat, I am told that it is not possible, that they are 2 independent hotels which have nothing to do (While they are hotels of the same group, you really try to take me for a pigeon!). I am offered to go to Beach Access, but must pay the normal price, never seen ... In the end I am offered an upgrade, supposedly in a suite, a housekeeper shows me one of these rooms, ultimately a room a little larger, but with views of the city, telling me that this is the best proposal ...
The concierge service that is so much put forward is totally false, you must pay each service of this service apart, which is not mentioned anywhere on the reservation ...
The highlight of this hotel is its location, and its direct access to NationTowers Mall, I would never stay there again.
My wife and I have stayed at this hotel for the second time. This time my wife's aunt and uncle had flown down from Melbourne, Australia as it was their 40th Anniversary. We recommended them to stay at St. Regis Abu Dhabi and we drove down from Dubai to spend 2 nights with them. Trust me, they were not disappointed.
As usual we were greeted by all the friendly and ever so helpful staff with smiling faces at the entrance. We made our way to the check-in area where we were checked in by Mr. Abhishek. He was extremely helpful in every regards and he knows how to handle guests. We had a few requests which were fullfilled by him with a smile. We even had asked for a late check out and it was sorted in a flash. Great service.
We had the most amazing 2 nights with our family and hotel staff. Our Butler services were also on point and there was not a request they would not cater too. Apart from the 5 stars for the hotel and ambience, the staff really make this hotel warm and inviting.
Highly recommend this hotel to anyone who would want to unwind over the weekend as there is a private beach and 2 swimming pools to relax and leave your worries behind.
Overall it's a great location with excellent service and hospitality.
Excellent hotel with location in town. Overlooking the corniche. Private club on the beach. Excellent service most of the time. The food is average (breakfast and lunch). Excellent hotel Good location on corniche road. They have their own private beach with a connecting tunnel from the hotel. Excellent costumer services. Food was average (breakfast and lunch). Rooms are of good quality but a bit small.
The most amazing service, all staff went the extra mile to make this a memorable and incredible stay, great value staycation offer. Not too busy, amazing food, beautiful surroundings.
Super serving spread for breakfast, clean, neat and tidy with very nice customer service at the reception. Excellent location with great view. Perfect place to stay for business and short vacation
Although we only stayed for one night, we enjoyed our time at The St Regis Abu Dhabi. We were pleasantly surprised with the staff and their catering to our needs. We were happy with the breakfast buffet and the extra attention given by Rindi. She and many others treated us as if we were guests in their home.
absolutely beautiful hotel, the staff is super helpful, everything is clean and very luxurious. the bed and pillows are super comfortable. I stayed on the 36th floor, the view is magnificent.
All I can say is that this hotel has spoilt me so much that all other hotels pale into insignificance. What a beautiful place. Defiantly coming back. My first experience of Abu Dhabi is awesome
Very nice beach area, a bit of a walk under Cornich rd. Nice spa, ok gym, there is actually two, one by the spa and One by the beach, everything but a rowing machine. Super friendly butler showing us around the hotel, guided us to the beach from our room. Very nice spa inclusive of room with steam & finish sauna and jacuzzi.
Lovely place, were greeted by live music by a pianist at the entrance. We went to Azura to have shisha and were very happy. Staff go out of their way to be helpful.
Amazing experience on the new year's eve. Needless to say that the hotel is elegant and the staff are friendly and helpful, but the amazing experience was the dinner and celebrating the new year. The terrace and azure are amazing places to eat in. Happy 2019.
Location great the people who work here are exceptions at what they do.At all times attentive, dress deportment and carrige excellent.Nothing is to much for them. The rooms are of the highest quality with nothing forgotten, with views across the surrounding area breath taking. All in to consideration this is by far one of the best hotels we have had the pleasure to visit. Continue success which you richly deserve
