We enjoyed our stay at the MGM Grand but felt your prices on food and other items were quite expensive. As an example, your yogurt store called Blizz in your hotel charges 9.95 for a smoothie but the same.smoothie.at the Mirage hotel is 7.95. We were also expecting a.fridge in our room that we.could have used for some food items we wanted to bring but the fridge in our room.was.full of.items.that you.are charged for.if you use any of them. We wanted to eat or own breakfast instead of.spending so much money. So.we liked the hotel but felt it was overpriced.

Room was very nice and spacious. We travelled with our young son, which is the reason for 4 stars. It wasn't an ideal hotel for us, it's location made getting around difficult with a child if you want to avoid casino areas full of smoke. Not enough dining options for my liking for us with a child, unless you like food court food which I dont. Just more of an adult orientated place. The lazy river in the main pool area was really cool though. Still a nice place to stay though but won't be coming again.

This is our third stay at the signatures suites. Great place to stay, kitchenettes are awesome too keep costs down on food and snacks. Management is great, doormen leave something to be desired however. Overall a great stay. Your should try it to!

Great place, walking distance to the strip (two blocks). Very nice. I had a little issue with Housekeeping. I left the room in the morning and they never came. Then at 11pm, as I am falling asleep they knock and ask if I need anything. I did not request them.

The hotel was very nice, the staff was excellent. The check in line was long but that is normal in LV hotels from what I observed. There is a resort fee attached even if you book with points so be aware. Otherwise, very excellent stay. The towers are connect by a tunnel to the MGM Grand. It was a very convenient way to get to the strip though that takes you further south of the strip. If you are planning to go walking North on the strip just go out and walk on the street. Very nice clean rooms that are huge. We got the deluxe King suite. Very happy with our stay and would stay again.

Horrible valet service. We waited 3 hours to get the car. Check in experience was also terrible. They didn t give us the room card and told us to find the security to open the door by ourselves.

Staff is actually really helpful. Coffee makers in the room and you don't have to deal with a smoky casino every time you go out, but still connected to MGM, so best of both worlds. Downside is they were doing some balcony repairs which got kind of noisy, but the did offer to switch out rooms.

Fantastic All Suite Vegas hotel. Modern style and modern luxury. Connected to the MGM Grand with all the benefits of that huge hotel a short walk away. The Signature has three exclusive pools with plenty of shade if you want it but you can also use the pools at the MGM. Our favourite place to stay when I'm Vegas

We booked a deluxe suite for $144, so we probably got what we paid for. The room was incredibly outdated - very old TV and a weird, staticky television in the bathroom. The sofa bed mattress was completely deflated and had rips throughout the mattress. We called down once for an HDMI cable (they didn t have one) and extra shampoo/conditioner, which they never delivered. We then went down in person to ask for shampoo/conditioner, and they said again that they would deliver it and didn t. The hotel was not full at all, and this level of service was very disappointing.

The signature suites are fabulous. Large, comfortable, homey. Great strip views from our 22nd floor balcony in tower 2. Nice not to walk through a smoke filled casino to access your room. Enjoy the calm pools at the signature towers, or use the pool complex at MGM. Great restaurants in The District.

Lovely hotel, compromising of three identical towers that conveniently interconnects through a tunnel with the MGM Grand Hotel on the strip. Rooms are clean, well maintained and WiFi is the best I've ever experienced in a hotel. Gym facility is excellent with high end equipment. MGM Grand breakfast has a phenomenal range of high quality food. Valet parking is excellent my only slight gripe is staff in one instance the staff were on the verge of coercive for the way they sought a tip.

The entrance is hard to find, there is no big sign showing up. Valet parking guys don't have enough know-how to guide you in right spot to park when they get several cars coming together. Swimming pool doesn't have change- room, you have to use toilet to change your swimming suits.

Inroom-Dining - disgusting
DryCleang - almost 24 hours delayed
No room cleaning on weekends

No longer, what it used to be. Okay for young travelers without expectations

We stayed at the MGM grand last year for a family members birthday.

The staff member who checked us in was friendly and helpful, but the hotels itself had a high incidental holding fee .

The room was very spacious and clean , the bed was comfortable. The balcony was also a plus.

The rooms do require to be renovated as its quite outdated,

Nice rooms but it feels way off strip. You have to walk for what seems like forever to get to a casino or a restaurant or even the strip. It is close to top golf which is nice, but I don't come to Vegas to have a quiet getaway. I suppose if you do for whatever reason this is a good place for you.

Really loved this place. Will, the guy who parks the cars and what not was awesome. He represented MGM very well. He also helped us out with checking out early, great guy, will definetly go back soon.

These suites were beautiful-big livingroom, ensuite bathrooms, King beds, full kitchens. They have decent views of the strip, balconies, etc. The Signature also has 3 smaller pools of you decide not to go to the big MGM pool.My only complaint is that even tho they are technically part of the MGM , it is a long walk down a couple long corridors to get there from the MGM.
However, we did not pay for these as they were free for playing My Vegas on Facebook. We only paid the resort fees. Google it!

NICE!

NICE!
I really enjoyed this place. The rooms are awesome, no people running up and down the halls all during the night and quiet for when you actually want to get some sleep. The only thing I would complain about and it's not really a complaint, is the distance from the rooms to the actual MGM casino. Other than that this place ROCKS. You should certainly check it out. Tell em I sent ya! Drew

Room is really nice, the large jetted tub was amazing and much needed after walking all over the strip, but tower 3 is really far away from everything and pool hours were different from online

Very pleasant stat on a weekend 2-night company from myvegas. Great value, even with the $40/not resort fee. Parking was cheaper than most casino resorts since the valet was complimentary. Fairly quiet lobby and grounds. Comfortable but small deluxe suite (studio) with kitchenette. Only real issues were tv system. Would stay again.

I am not sure why this property gets high marks on the reviews. The room I was in was stained and the furniture looked very used. Time for an upgrade. The check in process wasn't much better. We were told our rooms would be ready and they weren't. We ended up having to transfer to a different tower and a check in well after 3. I was told by the person checking me in that the 3 check in time was for a room and not necessarily the one I had. I will not be staying here again. The price was right but as the old adage goes. You get what you pay for.

We spent 4 nights, Very good hotel.
Valets, check in / out, no complaints,
Cleanliness of the hotel and the room ditto,
The two little snags:
-hs electric curtains, reported as arrival, except the first evening, the guys did not come, even during our absences, to fix it.
-the water bottles available in the room,
$ 9 per liter bottle if consumed, the joke (recycled bottle and water, blah blah ...).

For Vegas knowing to have great service, this place do not. I don t enjoy their rude behaviors and low level service. I love the hotel, but the staff definitely annoyed me during my stay

By far one of the best hotels off the strip. I booked a Jr. Suite for 4 days and paid $289 + resort fees totaling $520 .
The suite was awesome! We had a king bed with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave and a awesome view of the strip. The is a walk way that takes you from your hotel directly to the MGM grand. I will definitely stay here again if I go back to vegas.

One of my favorite places to stay when I'm in Vegas. The rooms are very spacious, nicely decorated but the main reason I stay there, is the balcony. I love being able to open that door and get tons of fresh air. I have a hard time staying in hotels that you can't even open a window.

This hotel is so terrible. They charged resort fees($37) to all guests regardless of your usage of the service. There were not much resort services provided anyway aside from the gym and the pool, which closed at 5 p.m. DO NOT drink from the two water bottles in the room. I did not realize they charged $18 for the two water bottles I took which did not have any particular notice of charge. Never come back again.

The room itself was great. 31st floor, however housekeeping/security not so much. Husband opened shower door a& discovered old dried blood on shower floor, stains on towel. Called front desk to nodify. Toilet flushing issues & iPod dock not working. Not once were these issues awknowlged or rectified once addressed with front end staff. Hot tub barely warm, pool staff said temp could not be turned up. Bed was comfortable. Valet ONLY here & they DO EXPECT TIPS! EVERY DROP OFF & PICK UP. This is expensive if u leave & return a few times a day. Resort fees about 43.00 per day. The worst part about staying here was the theft of my clothing. I accidentally left some clothes in closet & when remembering on our way home, I immediately called. I was transferred to security/lost & found who said nothing returned. I expressed that the clothes were 100% left in closet because I had put them in there to dry shortly before check out, & forgot to grab them. Staff said they'd call room and ask new checked in first to look in closet. Was told no answer so msg left. 2 days later I called again only to be told nothing turned in & security had not followed through on my phone call. Once again, security called room and guest not answering. Was told they would call me back once they heard from guest. STILL NOTHING! Either housekeeping stole my clothes or this new guest! I'm very disappointed in the way this is being handled.. ps, don't drink the bottles of water on counter, if u do be prepare to pay 9$ please don't forget all of your belongings when you leave the room because either housekeeping or guests after me stole my clothes. The checked out of the hotel and when I realized that I had left my clothes hanging up in the closet I called the hotel back immediately... Apparently another guest had already checked in. Housekeeping and security full said they did not receive the clothes and that any attempts to contact the guest in the room or unsuccessful. They refused to help me recover the clothing

Absolutely amazing!! Great service, from the valet helping you with your car to the front desk! Very polite & attentive. All masters of their craft! I believe I just found my new spot in Vegas!
