The Signature at MGM Grand Reviews

Absolutely had a wonderful time here! But, it is a decent jaunt to walk to get to the Entertainment and gambling, bars and shows plus more! All in all a great spot to enjoy yourself. A lot to see if you go inside or even outside. The penthouse rooms are amazing as far as a view goes!

Didn't feel like a hotel. More like a Airbnb type of place.

If your visiting the property they try and make you park at MGM and walk about 1/4 of a mile to Signature. Stupidest thing ever in 100 deg heat. The common areas and hall ways look straight out of tje 80's with pink and gold tones throughout.

We really enjoyed our stay!! It took me a long time to narrow down a hotel because I read reviews and I like to get my money's worth. So after some very through debate, we chose this hotel. We stayed in Tower 3 which was right next door to Top Golf. The rooms were amazing and beautiful! The jetted tub was very deep and relaxing! There was even a phone and a tv in the master suite! We stayed in the One Bedroom Mountain View Suite. It had a full kitchen, full-sized sub zero refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, a cooktop and oven! The living room featured a beautiful balcony, pull out couch, flat screen tv, dining table, and a seperate full guest bathroom. I would definitely recommend! Reasons this was not given 5 stars was the resort fees that were not included in the reservation, we got the shock of the price when we checked in. They also require a $200 hold for incidentals when checking in. This hotel is not on the strip and although you can walk within the hotel to the MGM Grand, the walk is over half a mile from tower 3. The internet was spotty and tv kept freezing due to servicing that was taking place. Lastly, do not drink the bottle water in the room, it will cost you $9 per bottle if consumed. Go get some groceries to save money on food, the vending machines are extremely expensive as well. Take an Uber or Lyft, we used Lyft because it was cheaper to get around. They compensated us for the issues that occurred, so overall it was a good choice! We would definitely stay there again!! More pics coming soon

Loved the space, easy access to the hotel, the MGM arena and most importantly Starbucks. Little bit off the hustle and bustle main strip but easy walk there. Loved the room , the full kitchen, the balcony and two full bathrooms

Terrible beds: They're "pillow topped" but old and uncomfortable, everyone is hurting after sleeping here. Other than this, the place is great. 'Though you do have to ask for what you need (for everything from an extra towel to a fork). But except for a bed topper, they seem to have everything somewhere. Also, the service has been impeccable - very responsive and prompt enough given a hotel of this size. Disappointed the pools aren't open longer hours in fall/winter. Unfortunately, next time we'll probably have to stay elsewhere because we can't sleep here.

The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff is so kind and friendly! Stay here if you are looking for an awesome experience in Vegas. Close to everywhere and quick access to the tram at the MGM to avoid the long walks. The hotel is perfect because is private and not a lot of traffic goes in. Access is controlled at the gate. The rooms a very clean and well maintained. Some minor wear and tear on some of the furniture but overall is very nice.

This hotel was very nice to stay at and overall I enjoyed my stay. The rooms were clean and accomodating and the valets were very nice and helpful. The hotel staff were not as friendly as I would have liked, but i understand that days can be stressful and busy. Although it is my opinion that you shouldn't allow neg as tive attitudes to interfere with your job in a hospitality role. The common spaces and elevators were not super clean or kept up as well as I would have expected for a Las Vegas hotel. Also, the location was about 3/4 of a mile walk from the strip. I would still recommend this hotel to others, but with conditions.

Got an upper penthouses suite for $75/night. Beautiful view, great service.

I love the somewhat remote and secure location within short reach to the strip. The rooms are in very good condition and everybody is helpful and friendly. The upgrade to the penthouse levels was a very nice surprise and the lady at the counter seemed to have fun, when she offered this to us. What a win win

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! As a local, I don t need to be right on the strip. The Signature is connected to the MGM via corridor and that s all I need to access downtown. The rooms are amazing. The oversized jetted hot tub is our primary reason for staying here. I ve frequented the place so I ve had a few of their rooms. None of them disappoint. The hot tub is the same size in all rooms. My only complaint is that the rooms should come with two white fluffy bathrobes for post-hot tub, instead of bringing my own, in their defense, I know I can call downstairs to have some bathrobes sent up; I just feel they should already be there. Definitely not enough of an issue to give this place anything less than five stars though. I ll be back for sure. The little cafe in the lobby has great breakfasts too.

Ideal choice for going to mgm grand conference center

Love that it was more quiet than the strip but I still had views worth sitting on the balcony for. And no cigarette smoke in the entire place! Reprieve!

Stayed here before in 2013 so I was very happy to go back. Sarah at check in in tower 2 was amazing!! We were supposed to have a regular suite but got a complimentary upgrade to a one bedroom suite with a balcony. Thank you Sarah!

The suite we were in was 11-608. The room comes with a kitchen that includes a stove, microwave, dishwasher, and a huge fridge with a freezer on the bottom! For sanitary reasons all dishes are available upon request. The suite also has two bathrooms. One half and the other with a jet tub. It's a very spacious room perfect for if you traveled with a few people. The room also has a safe and huge closets to store your clothes and belongings.

The views from the balcony are amazing!! Especially at night!! So beautiful!

Okay so let's get on with the cleanliness of the room. Now I don't want to get anyone in trouble but the room was dirty. The second bathroom had dirty tissue that was stuck on the door and the time we were there it was never cleaned. The carpet in the room was filthy!! Spots everywhere I never walked around without my shoes on. The bathtub was dirty as well. We called housekeeping and it took forever to have someone come up and when she did all she did was wipe the dirt, no water or rinsing or anything. The couch also had spots on it and smelled old or dusty. Gross!

The bed was very comfy. The carpet and the furniture is outdated but the room service was good! I ordered the pasta primavera 2 times and my fiance got the pasta with salmon one night and the steak another. I would definitely recommend the room service.

We arrived Tuesday night and our plane wasn't scheduled to leave until midnight Friday. So we checked with the front desk to see if we could stay another day. We were told check out is at 11 and to stay till noon is $40 but for another day would have been $468!! Ha! So we had to book a plane ticket to leave a day early. That wasn't accommodating at all. I was not happy about that it really messed up our plans.

All in all I do like The Signature and wouldn't mind staying again. The rooms just need to be cleaned better and if you're a guest need to stay another day you shouldn't be charged that much because the rooms aren't even that much on the website.

Excellent to the core from the moment you come in the sweet aroma hits you & the looby Christmas tree is so wonderful. The landscape is nice & peaceful. The hallway & elevator is so exquisite just like the room space with the balcony it's the best hotel to me in my opinion. The staff is friendly and good with whatever you ask them. I shall return in the near future to this hotel.

3 towers with super spacious rooms. Connected to the mgm grand (the well-known green building) and in the middle it has shops, food court, restaurants, etc.
The bathroom is a dream not only with the whirlpool tub, it also has a large shower.
The room has a mini kitchen for 2, a small refrigerator, a microwave oven, coffee maker and small electrical appliances.
In the closet you have an iron with its respective ironer and a safe.
It has room service but beware breakfast is not included. On the lobby floor there is a starbucks where most have breakfast

Only thing is it's quite a hike to the closest casino at MGM Grand and the elevators are slow. Hotel is beautiful and the views are amazing.

Navigation around the hotel is difficult but it's very beautiful

Loved the rooms and everything about this hotel. Very well maintained, excellent facilities and great team. Remember to take your key card if you're nipping to the MGM though, as the adjoining corridor locks.

I really love it the staff here are really nice they make you feel welcome and the rooms are great I highly recommend if you stay in Las Vegas The Signature at MGM Grand is the one to choose.

The hotel is very nice to look at, but the customer service and cancellation service is terrible. The hotel cancelled half of our reservation then tried to charge us 50% of our reservation as a cancellation fee even when the reservation is 2 months away. We had to go through a third party company to be able to get any of our money back. Will not book with this hotel again

Awful, can't explain it any other way. Was treated like 2nd class travelers from the start. They did not have our reservations correct and all they did was blame Southwest Vacation for the mistakes. Room keys continuously wouldn't work, had to make 5 trips to the counter to have them reprogram them. Had a half naked man passed out 15 feet from our door on one occasion when the key wouldn't work and my wife couldn't walk so I had to break the little latch at the bottom of the door so my wife could get in the foray while I went to the desk to get the key programmed "again" and they charged me $400 for the door. Absolute worst place to stay. Highly recommend you finding any other hotel in Vegas other than this one. I truly believe that MGM created these hotels just to keep the economic travelers away from their more privileged guests.

Probably will not pick this hotel next time we go. There are some good and some bad. We stayed in the one bedroom balcony suite as we did last year.
The Good-Rooms are very large. Big balcony and great place to stay for 2 adults. Our room had 2 bathrooms which was a necessity. The master bathroom is huge and has a nice hot tub. A full kitchen is great but we didn't really use it. The housekeeping service is excellent and the overall service was very good to excellent. The master bed was comfortable. The price of the room was very reasonable. Easy check in and check out. They also accommodated us as our flight left late for $80 we were able to check out at six o'clock. Fast efficient elevators. Attached to MGM which is like a city. Great selection of food and fun. Loved the lazy river.

The Bad-the hotel has old stained carpet. The fixtures in the bathrooms constantly leak and are loose. My hot water nob on my sink was loose. Place needs a renovation. Prices on vending machines are crazy expensive as are most of the stores and shops. Most restaurants closed much too early 1045 for Vegas. Had to buy a raft for $35 to use in the lazy river for 1 day. People in lazy river are supposed to be moving but many are just standing in the way with nobody policing it. A long long walk to MGM from tower 3. I walked miles back and forth. At least the people movers worked this year. Pick tower 1 if you can. Its closer. Broken poker table in poker room. The buffet is one of if not the worst. We stayed away this year. Booking and changing reservations was actually the biggest nightmare and biggest negative.

I came here for my bday with my girlfriend. It was great, apart from the long walk to the strip. The room was exceptional. The Jacuzzi, awesome. Our balcony view was great too. We called the front desk to ask for a wine bottle opener and not only did they bring one, they brought two wine glasses as well. We tried to ask for the same thing at planet hollywood and they tried to charge us $20. No thanks. Customer Service is key.

The room, while small,. Makes for a great getaway once the money dries up.

The bed was not comfortable, the double sofa bed is so thin you feel the springs in every bone on your body and they charged extra per person for this. Coffee maker did not work. TV had limited channel and it would get stuck and not work at times. The parking is an issue, but the location is ok.

Nice place to stay off the strip. Down side is the locks hate the key cards and requires a game of Yes, No, Try it now, for 10mins a time

Very far from casino and night club. Dull hotel. Understaffed but staff was very decent and cooperative. Views were good from higher floors.

Love the free WiFi throughout the casino and surrounding areas. Also great selection of food in the casino.

Very large rooms, but all pools are not open from October when it is over 30 "! Average value for money.

Very nice room with kitchen without a fork, plate or glass. No robes, small towels. Long walk to the MGM (15-20 minutes) for anything to do without driving or to get to the monorail. If you are asthmatic don't go, they inject perfume in the air of the lobbies and hallways, needed inhaler.

Now other than having a few issues at check in ( I was not allowed to take my own luggage to my room. The bell hop service then lost our luggage taking them nearly two hours to find it after four phone calls).
The place itself is great, lovely suite not the best views but it is off the strip. Easy walk to MGM and not far from Miracle Mile Shops.

Room is clean and roomy, but there is no sipervision for extremely loud guests at the pool. But staffs are super nice and willing to help you with any means necessary.

The hotel is a bit too far from the Strip for me. The rooms are fine. Housekeeping doesn't go to your room everyday because they are considered eco friendly. But even when we put the light on for housekeeping to be sure they came, they did not show up and we had to call the front desk so we could get more towels. The service is all around pretty bad. Took a half hour for someone to show up to bell service to hold luggage even though there was a crowd of nearly 50 people waiting and employees of the hotel laughing at us. Valet service also takes forever. We'd be better off parking ourselves. Pool complex is large and enjoyable.

Huge Rooms. A little behind the street but connected to MGM.

The only thing that distracts from a 5/5 rating is the distance from the strip. Which isn't a problem usually, but there is no direct route to get there when you want to go. The walk through the halls until you reach the MGM Grand can seem to go on forever depending which tower you're in, then you still have to get through the grand before hitting the street.
Or take the front gate exit and walk up a side street, which also takes 10-15min.
If you don't mind a walk and enjoy a quiet place to get away from the bustle of the strip, the Signature is one of the best choices you have.
Rooms are spacious and well equipped, staff is friendly and the rates are quite good for the rooms compared to usual hotels

Rooms were amazing and so we're the maids but the front help desk and bell boys etc... had a tendancy to act like the guests were bothersome and were rude even when not busy.

The Hotel is nice but in reality they are departments of different owners that it is very difficult to find the one responsible for an inconvenience. My family was housed half on the 8th floor and the boys on 5 and I could not solve this.

One if the few hotels in Vegas offering smoke-free rooms AND lobBy without a casino.

I would stay here every trip to Vegas! Great price, great rooms! The whirlpool tubs are just what yhe doctor ordered!!

The hotel room is not bad. But they do mandatory valete parking which is so stupid that we waited for more than one and half hours to get our car after check out.

Love this hotel, huge, luxurious, comfortable, one of the things i like the most is the jacuzzi in my room!
