Love the hospitality with all staff especially housekeeping, F&B, Front Office and Concierge. And the foods.

The price is four stars and the level is three stars.

It is suitable for accommodation and dining, and the location is slightly okay. It is located in the middle of 2 MRT stations.

The room is a bit old but the items are kept very good. The door is unlocked by the key, but it is safe. I don t see strangers wandering around the building. The room is very good. It is BVLGARI. I have stayed for the third time. I hope. Can continue to maintain this quality!

We went to the Toscana Italian restaurant in Xihua Hotel. The decoration was very elegant, especially the part with glass house. The atmosphere was very good at night, it was not very noisy, the meal was delicious and very satisfying.

The internal moving line is more complicated. There is a special parking lot, but the entrance and exit signs are not obvious. If you go to the labyrinth (it will let you go to the warehouse and kitchen).

The 30th Anniversary Lobster Steak Project is very good value for money! The rooms and services are also great~~ The gym swimming pool is almost exclusively reserved on weekdays

The noble hotels of Minsheng East Road, Dunhua North Road and Fuxing North Road are not noisy and the service is appropriate.

This 5 star hotel near Matsuyama Airport, the rooms are very spacious, the amenities are great, coffee, tea, tea, all high quality things and I thought it was a comfortable hotel.
I stayed 2 nights this time, but when I returned to the room at 15:30 on the second day, the room was not cleaned! It was the first time that I have traveled abroad several times and returned to the room at 15:30 and the room has not been cleaned.

I immediately called the front desk and a House Keeping person came, but there was no excuse for sorry, so I just tried changing my trash and towels and asked, What do you need to make a bed? "When.
I was amazed and no words came out. I usually do bed makeup.

The next morning, when I checked out, the staff at the reception left the hotel with a real sense of discomfort without apologizing for forgetting to clean the room.
It's no wonder that this hotel has a 5 star rating.
I will never stay again.

A quiet and calm atmosphere though it is as close as 10 minutes on foot from Matsuyama Kikai. The bus stop in front of the hotel is also convenient. I am staying for the second time, but I want to stay next time.

The environment is beautiful, the atmosphere is good, the quality of service personnel is quite different, and the senior is very good. Some rookie interns or construction interns are not ok.

In fact, my home is within 10 minutes drive from the hotel, and I want to bring a child to swim. As a result, I checked in at 15:00 and the swimming pool was closed at 17:00... Previously it was open from 06:00-22:00, because of the preferential program or domestic guests. Change it like this? Yongle Xihua Town is open until 20:00. We wanted to go in at 19:00. The gentleman at the door said that we would take it again tomorrow. Another mother behind was also rejected...but met the next day. The service staff are super friendly

This is an excellent hotel in every aspect. Definitely 5 stars!

The breakfast was a buffet style and there were a wide variety. The correspondence of the staff is also very good. It is located, but when you get off the station next to Matsuyama Airport (Zhongshan Guochu), if you walk to the right, you will go to a big intersection and it will be just after your left turn.

Because attending the wedding banquet to Xihua, the service staff and Chinese food are very good, the basement parking space is enough, but the space is not big, still need to drive carefully.

Elegant old hotel, but not obviously old, well maintained

Clean. Tidy. Service for a moment. Downtown. Next to a Chinese restaurant and another, Indian, and amazing steak but the prices of New York.

Northern Europeans will enjoy the sauna (gender specific) on the 20th floor. There is also an excellent fitness center with a view of Taipei 101. The changing rooms and showers are super clean. The roof top pool is indoor so you don't need to worry about the weather. The pool is very shallow though.

The rooms are as exciting as white bread, but they are a good size for Taipei. What really amazes me is how quick the service is. I needed a repair on the toilet and bam, they were right there to fix it.

The breakfast I would consider average. If you want it, be sure to book room to include breakfast or pay NT$700 which is not worth it. I found the selection lacking and sometimes the items are not replenished quick enough. I've had better hotel breakfasts in Taiwan.

The highs: pool, fitness center and service. The lows: unimaginative rooms and breakfast. In summary, a good business hotel, but for a tourist hotel, you can find better in more exciting areas of Taipei.

I have a Korean speaking staff and everyone is kind. Breakfast is also substantial. It is clean and very close to Songshan Airport.

Although it is older but elegant, although the equipment is not like a new hotel, it is very comfortable to live in
