HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! LCP just lost a customer of 10+ years due to poor customer service and turn around time. I called on 1/26 and was told my parts for a government contracted job would be done in 7 days. When I called this morning I was told those same parts wouldn't be done until 2/10-2/14, because the customer service manager did not know it was passivation. Now a good customer service manager would have called me when she found out she gave a wrong date on the original turnaround time. She never called, she never emailed to inform me of the date change. NOTHING. NO APOLOGY. You have lost yet another customer and this isn't our first issue with LCP. We could talk about the time they left our parts in an acid bath for DAYS and billed us for the parts that weren't even usable. I strongly recommend everyone stay away from LCP.
