One of the most amazing hotels I have stayed at in Taipei! The service was out of this world. They have a harp player playing as you walk into the hotel. The breakfast buffet is huge and has western options like waffles,eggs, and bacon. There is a massage chair in the dressing room as well as a sauna. The staff is super helpful and can help you get anywhere you want to go. There is also a heated indoor pool with city/mountain views.

The Chinese and Western-style hotels are very professional and friendly. The lights are bright and clean. Very comfortable.

The meal on the second floor of Yiyuan is very delicious, but the attitude of the hospitality lady at the door is too proud to catch the guests at the door. Friendly and well-trained staff at an upscale and comfortable hotel. Rooms are well sized with lounging and working spaces.

Very bad accommodation experience, the room equipment is not maintained or cleaned at all, and there are still two droppers used by the last guest in the bathtub? I don t know why it is used. The shower head is very dirty, and the air-conditioning outlet is full of mold. This room is just waiting for the lights to be turned off.
