Not as nice as I was expecting. Great location. Rooms just okay.

Awesome location for us avid pool players and didn't have to walk far to the pool. We had a great time.

I can't wait to stay here again it was beautiful, and priced well

Amazing venue, loved the rooms and ameneties! Very modern and up to date! Comfy beds, awesome staff. I just can't say enough good about this place.

My nephew booked this resort during our stay in Arizona, it's like having your own apartment and the fireplace was a very nice amenity, the bar was cozy and friendly and you could order food and drinks there, service was excellent

Had a good time here. The pool area is quite nice. Staff was very accommodating and pleasant. The restaurant just outside the pool serves a very nice Sunday brunch, as well.

I don't remember only clicking two stars, now changing it to 5, as is appropriate, because this place was great.

Spacious rooms, very comfortable beds and pillows, excellent service. Sort of dated but still very nice. I got a free upgraded room due to lack of availability.

The resort is beautiful. We had a suite next to the cabana courtyard and the room was great. The staff here is excellent and so accommodating. The women that provided maid services were so friendly and did a great job cleaning the rooms. All of the pools stay the perfect temperature. The landscaping is so nice. There s also tennis courts, a fitness center, and a putting green. The resort is excellent.

loved the room, fireplace, two tvs, lots of space! the staff at the bar and diner were wonderfully helpful and friendly, super nice even when we got drunk! the rest of the staff was super nice, great pool and hot tub, plus golf cart rides around the property, wonderful time!

Helpful staff, suites are nice and quiet. Will stay here again next time I'm in the area.

Nice rooms that are well maintained. Grounds are well kept but the staff is slow. Check out took me 15 minutes. I would not call it inexpensive but it was not rediculos either. Food was decent and it is easy to find.

The Scottsdale Plaza Resort ist a great place to have workshops / meetings and other work related events where you need great facilities and caterings!
Apart from that's it's an amazing place to relax after work or simply go for a holiday. It's many pools can cool you down during the day and the massive jacuzzi will warm you up at night.
The rooms are simply amazing!

Great hotel. Perfect showers. Great location rooms are amazing. I know it's a very odd and small thing but, their lotion is amazing for dry sun burnt skin.

I had a great experience here. I was really happy with the room and the condition the room was in. The conference center was large and well taken care of. The grounds were clean and well-manicured. The weather was absolutely perfect and I understand that the hotel doesn't control the weather but it sure makes it seem nice. I would recommend the front desk staff being able to hand out bottles of water rather than having water in a large jug with ice and lemon in it. I'm looking forward to coming back and staying here again. This Resort is centrally located in Scottsdale.

This hotel is fabulous. The rooms a big and comfortable. The whole place is very nice. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. There are 4 pools & they are all great. Stay here!

Always a favorite spot to stay in Scottsdale. Great location, great rooms, and great staff

Parking is a headache. Not only there are not enough parking space, under scorching sun and extremely high temperatures, there is no covered parking, almost zero tree shades. All hotel amenities are long way away from rooms and no covered or airconditioned walk way. Basically exposed to all elements. So the constrution and layout of these rooms are just a bit better than motel setups. Really not suitable to be operating/pricing/sellling it as a luxary hotel.

Absolutely beautiful Resort! Had such a wonderful stay I'll be back for my birthday in April.

Place was great for my group and I . We were in one of the villas which is a regular 2 queen bed room with an attached living room. The place was wonderful and was quiet as well.would recommend this place for future stays. To add this was a staycation.

I was here for a friend's wedding. Everything seemed well coordinated, though bathrooms were far from the event.

We had a great time at The Scottsdale Plaza. The room was great and located right by the pool. If you eat at the resort I highly recommend the sweet siracha fire wings. Service was fast and friendly. All in all it was a great visit. We will definitely be staying here again.

Rooms are nice, property is large but the service is just not there. Reception couldn't activate our key and once they did, we drove to our room only to find out it didn't work. Second time, the key worked but somebody was already occupying the room. Gave us a new room, but it was a hassle. The property just seems understaffed. Plates not picked up from the pool area, etc. Wouldn't stay there again.

Totally fabulous! 24hr pools, Jacuzzi, the staff was at your beckon call. We enjoyed our stay!

This hotel is very veteran friendly. If you are a vet, stay here.

People here are extremely helpful, and will drive you around in golf carts, and pick you up from the airport for cheap! Food is pretty good. Love the pools! Hot tub is amazing.

This is one the best kept secrets is Scottsdale. Wonderful resort with great service, Amenities, and facilities. Highly recommend.

Great rooms, great pools, great service, and friendly staff. The grounds are beautiful and extremely clean. Great place for a family vacation or just your significant other! Great location to get to all the Scottsdale night life and restaurants. The food on site is great as well.

Great place, had one of the executive suites. 1200 sq ft and and semi private pool right out our door

We did an overnight for spa services and it was the best idea in a while. Spa was excellent,we did pedi and the vitality wrap, the head and neck massage was amazing, the hotel room was a villa with a back door to pool and that was so peaceful but the food and entertainment were off the charts. White truffle pizza is now my favorite pizza and the band was perfect. We asked for thier card and gave a big tip!!! We will be returning: )

I have never STAYED at the Plaza Resort but in 1973/74 I was the Sales Manager under General Manager Frank Widman who had previously been the International Director of Sales for PlAYBOY CLUBS INTERNATIONAL. At that time the property was known as the Scottsdale Sheraton Inn & Villas. It was then and is still a fanominal property. It is much larger now sitting on forty some acres. I just attended a politial ralley there on 2-18-20 and reminised a lot. Great property, great location.

This would not be my top choice for out of town guests. It is a bit dated but you can't beat the local and the views from the property. I understand the suites are the way to go here.

Big resort with nice rooms, big and clean. The fonic isolation between rooms isn't so good. Nice bar outside near to pool with fire places, JD's. Nice staff.

It's ok. Needs updating. My husband had to unclog the sink in the room our first night there and we were in a King suite with a balcony. Our bedroom door was so warped, it wouldn't close. It took room service 45 minutes to bring three spoons to our room. It was mediocre for what that room type cost. Probably won't stay there again. Better places to stay at.
