Horrific... happy to take your money and then the lines of communication are dead. Unbelievable they can still do business. After taking our order and product not showing up, I tried for months to contact them with zero response. Then an idea hit me... I'll pretend to be a new customer!! I emailed them from a different address saying I was interested in buying some stuff and BAMMO!.. they immediately got back to me. When I called the guy out on it, he was trapped and had to respond. They're pretty darn awful
