Very disrespectful. I rented a room for 40 people for my son's birthday. When we got there a staff member that was behind the desk told us to go to the small room next to the pool. After setting up, we were told that we were in the wrong room. Then a male staff member who sets up the tables said, "I found it kind of weird that you guys just walk in here and start setting up your decorations." I told him that we were directed to this small room by a staff member and he did not believe me or my lady. He looked at us as if we were liers. It was embarrassing. The rest of the day he was completely disrespectful. He gave everyone a bad attitude and was completely unprofessional. I paid over $300 to get disrespected and humiliated in front of my family and guests. I will never go there again. NEVER. Plus, on the application it says that my son, the birthday boy, gets a free pass for a future visit.... I never got it. I also paid for 40 people. They only gave us 13 gift bags. Never again.

My sons favorite place to go everyday all day. I checked it out for myself and I love the place, I wanted to join but my son said to find my own favorite place to go because that's his. The only thing I don't like is the area it's in, that's a bad spot but on the plus side it does keep alot of kids off the streets.

This is such a "feel good" place. It's clean. The staff are both helpful and friendly. It's up to date and inviting. Parking is available and it's right in Boston, which helps me save time and gas money. I no longer need to travel far outside of Boston to enjoy an indoor water park with my family. The Kroc Center is the best. So thankful for this place!

Booked my daughters 12 birthday party here, mainly because she loves to swim so we had a pool party, and she did not have a great time. She complained about the slide being continuously opened and closed, the pool time allotted was not alot. Would have been more helpful if they provided a music device! There were HDMI hook up and a projector but i forgot my laptop! Was an ok experience, just wish I got more for my money

Way too expensive! This is supposed to be a place for helping poor people. Rich people don't buy clothes from the salvation army, poor people do. They should be ashamed of themselves. I wouldn't even give them one star.

Offers all the amentities one would want in a community center, except for a few things. Having security is fine, but going through a metal detector is beyond bizzar. The hours don't meet my needs. Nothing available before 7am and after 9pm. It's in my community but the YMCA better serves my need.

I'm blessed to go there once a month the people are so friendly they like family and they've helped me gratefully put food in my house when other food pantries will closed down or not notify you and being agoraphobic and being a person with disabilities for me to come out as a challenge but I enjoy visiting everybody there they're very kind very sweet and I I feel like I'm talking to a family member or friend

We love the Kroc Center. The facility always is very clean and the staff are very friendly and quick to help. The one problem with the Kroc Center is that the pool, and occasionally other activities, are regularly closed or the online schedule is not followed. You really need to call ahead to make sure it is open if you don't want to get there to find out you can't follow through with your plans. I do think they are trying to work on this as they have a text messaging alert system set up now.

I hate the Kroc center. I've never been so humiliated in my life. I went to the pool today with my sister and we go to this pool every week, today we went and had to leave because I'm not allowed into the pool with my tshirt. They had no sympathy for me and I feel that this isn't right because I am VERY self conscious about my entire body. People should be able to go swimming without feeling uncomfortable and pressured to do something they don't want to do. My sister is furious with the manager for passing this so called "rule" that we have never heard of in all the times we have went to the pool!

I went for a tour the other day and I must say the customer service there was remarkable. The gentleman who gave us our tour was very professional and knowlegeble as well as friendly. I am seriously thinking about getting a membership.

I'd give this place a 5/5, but the last two times I've come here the pool has been closed for repairs for a week.

That said, the staff are friendly and the patrons I've met are big boosters if the programs- especially for little ones. The indoor water play space is insane and by daughter loves it here.

They kids in the pool are a bit rough leaving my son with a gash so deep it took 30minutes to get the bleeding controlled. Poor kid was out of school for a day and almost needed stitches. smh

Love it!

Open. Clean. Mostly friendly staff. Great programs. Not too preachy!

It's my 1st time here. My son came years ago and loved it. Upon arrival, everyone associated with the center was super friendly and wanted to be of help. Literally every single person I interacted with.

The facility is big, bright and open, with tons to do everywhere you look... And who can resist a waterslide that starts inside, turns into an outdoor tunnel, then winds back inside and dumps you into a heated pool??

And did I mention the lazy river? We will definitely be back, and frequently.

We went on a school vacation week and it wasn't overly crowded and only paid seven dollars per person, which is not bad at all considering the fun the kids have. Also the lifeguards are very attentive. And they have family changing rooms. We have been going for years here.
