Such an amazing experience. Chloe did an absolutely amazing job on my nails. I am so happy with them. She suggested I get chrome and that was a great idea. Overall an amazing experience and the staff was very friendly.

I have been here 4 times the first time a gift from my daughter, the girl cut my hair did a good job but when she highlighted my hair she got the solution all over a new shirt and said nothing. The second time I went I had just a cut by a differentperson one my daughter suggested. She cute my hair 1 1/2 inched shirted than the other side and it cost my another$35 fillers to have it fixed. Years later my stylist retried and I went back a few months ago and had my hair cut in a layered Bob. The girl did a good job, I really liked it. I went back for a trim but I wanted to back shorter this time and a few more layers SAME GIRL cutting it! Well it is no longer a Bob, it looks like someone put a bowl over my head and cut it. She new she messed up before the cute was done and said she felt bad. Then she did a half ass job drying and styling my hair and on top of all of that she charged me $35. Of course the one who ruined my shirt charged me$75 . Need less to say I will never return nor will I recommend it to anyone eles
I had a great first experience with a friend and took my daughter the next time. The manicurist cut two of her fingers and the pedicurist made my toe bleed. Disappointing for sure.

1st time at this salon for my partner and I, and it was amazing!!! I had a pedicure, and she got a full set. We are both suuuuuuuper happy with the results!!! You want to feel absolutely SPOILED and REFRESHED this is the place for you!!! Clean, friendly, and they make their own products!! WHATS NOT TO LOVE?!?! And yes I had to try the mood changing nail polish, I am not disappointed!

Thavy Chan is one of the most amazing people on this planet. She gives an excellent haircut and she has a huge heart. Today I accidentally assumed my appointment was at 6:30 when it was at 6:00 and Thavy waited for me for 30 minutes even though she had things she had to do. I've gone to this salon since I was young and I have never been disappointed with the outcome of my haircut. Thanks Thavy for many years of great haircuts and thank you for providing a friendly/caring atmosphere to get them at!
I have lived here for almost three years and been through countless salons trying to find the right one. I have been through expensive and cheap ones. Finally, after my latest disappointment, I read reviews on google in my attempt to find a new place. The Salon came up with high star rating and lots of good things being said. So, I thought what the heck, let s give it a go. I called and spoke to Clint. He was able to get me in same day. Very impressed already, just by that. When I arrived (early) I was met by a couple of friendly people. I was informed that Pam was almost ready for me. That impressed me too. Most of the time you make an appointment and still sit waiting a bit because the previous one ran over. Pam was friendly and I felt at ease right away. We discussed my frustrations with my previous haircut and what I truly desired in my hairstyle. She asked the right questions, but also gave her own opinion. All these things led to me being VERY pleased with my haircut. I was so happy with the cut, and Pam, that I set up appointments for my husband and son right away. I left feeling that I finally found the right salon and hairstylist for me and my family, after all this time. I felt good walking out of The Salon, and that s what it s all about.

Love this place! Excellent customer service. They did my nails exactly the way I wanted and had the real nice thick shiny glitter gel polish that I couldn't get at other nail salons I have tried. They have quite the selection and they do a great job.

April did an incredible job! My previous stylist had moved away and I put off getting anything done for a year. I was in pretty bad shape but she took the extra time to do an incredible cut and color and I look like a whole new person! My husband loves it too. Okay so the reason why I m giving this high end Salon a two star review is due to two different interactions with two employees. Employee number one: the girl who did my eyebrows. This girl did my eyebrows every unevenly blaming her poor handy work first on the actual eyebrow wax, then on my eyebrows. She stated my eyebrows are too light and she could not see them. So this lady who WENT TO BEAUTY COLLEGE TO LEAN TO WORK WITH ALL DIFFERENT TYPES OF HAIR could not probably do her job right because, her own product was too hard for her to use and my eyebrows were to hard for her to work with. I m upset with the lack of responsibility taken here, I honestly feel like it s my fault she could not do HER JOB right. It makes me wonder if she does this with all her customers when she does not feel like working.. I need to pluck my eyebrows to make them even. It really sucks to pay for something I still have to do my self. I m sorry I eyebrows were too difficult for her but I m sure she s not sorry she still took my money. Employee number two: the lady who did my pedicure: overall the pedicure felt nice however my toes were done uneven. But that s not the real reason I m livid with this lady. The reason I m so upset is because there was I miss understanding with my appointment. TWO WEEKS AGO I called to schedule a manicure pedicure combo with a full gel coat almond tip set of nails. So once she was done with my pedicure and moved on to my manicure I noticed she was about to paint my nails with out the actual nail set on them. When I said about it she said that s not was what scheduled and she would not have to time to do my set. Honestly I was pretty sad about it so, I told her to just finish the manicure but do not put any polish on my nails. Once I told her this she insisted I come back on Monday So she could do my set offering a discount. I didn t want her discount I wanted my nails that I made plans to have TWO WEEKS AGO. I told her no more than once before she understood. The other nail tech heard us and quickly offered to do my nails of course I said yes. So wail the other lady is doing my nails the girl who was supposed to do them just sat there the hole time with no other appointment the only person who did come in to see her was an elderly women who needed a nail fixed which took this lady less than five minutes to do. The rest of the time I was getting my nails done she just sat there doing nothing. So I m not sure if she had An invisible Appointment or something but I felt like she had the time... the lady who did my nails did a wonderful job her work is the only reason I gave this salon a two instead of a one. Over all I m very disappointed, I spent A lot of time reading reviews to get the prefect Salon experience and even drove a huge distance out of my way. I really hope the lady who did my nails find a better salon to work for because she really did do a good job it s two bad no one else there did. I have a hair appointment there that will now be canceled do to my overall experience.

I have naturally curly hair (with a mind of its own, a combination of waves and tight curls) and sometimes its hard to find someone who knows how to cut these curls right. I saw April for the first time today-she has naturally curly hair, said shes been cutting hair for 20yrs, and has a lot of clients with narurally curly hair. She truly listened to what i said about how my hair is, what has worked and not worked in the past, how i normally style my hair. She asked great questions and explained how my hair would lay if she did certain cuts. She was very easy to talk with and i LOVE my cut! The salon was very clean, everyone was really nice, and the cost was definitely affordable. I will certainly be back to see April and I will happily refer others to her! Thank you April!
I love this salon! I've been having Lisa McAndrews do my hair for over 10 years. This salon offers a wide range of services and products, which I also take advantage of often.
I go in every 6 weeks to get my hair cut and its always up to par. The people are nice, the place is very clean and sanitary. I would recommend to all my friends!
