Okay so the reason why I m giving this high end ...

Okay so the reason why I m giving this high end Salon a two star review is due to two different interactions with two employees.

Employee number one: the girl who did my eyebrows. This girl did my eyebrows every unevenly blaming her poor handy work first on the actual eyebrow wax, then on my eyebrows. She stated my eyebrows are too light and she could not see them. So this lady who WENT TO BEAUTY COLLEGE TO LEAN TO WORK WITH ALL DIFFERENT TYPES OF HAIR could not probably do her job right because, her own product was too hard for her to use and my eyebrows were to hard for her to work with. I m upset with the lack of responsibility taken here, I honestly feel like it s my fault she could not do HER JOB right. It makes me wonder if she does this with all her customers when she does not feel like working.. I need to pluck my eyebrows to make them even. It really sucks to pay for something I still have to do my self. I m sorry I eyebrows were too difficult for her but I m sure she s not sorry she still took my money.

Employee number two: the lady who did my pedicure: overall the pedicure felt nice however my toes were done uneven. But that s not the real reason I m livid with this lady. The reason I m so upset is because there was I miss understanding with my appointment. TWO WEEKS AGO I called to schedule a manicure pedicure combo with a full gel coat almond tip set of nails.
So once she was done with my pedicure and moved on to my manicure I noticed she was about to paint my nails with out the actual nail set on them. When I said about it she said that s not was what scheduled and she would not have to time to do my set. Honestly I was pretty sad about it so, I told her to just finish the manicure but do not put any polish on my nails. Once I told her this she insisted I come back on Monday So she could do my set offering a discount. I didn t want her discount I wanted my nails that I made plans to have TWO WEEKS AGO. I told her no more than once before she understood. The other nail tech heard us and quickly offered to do my nails of course I said yes. So wail the other lady is doing my nails the girl who was supposed to do them just sat there the hole time with no other appointment the only person who did come in to see her was an elderly women who needed a nail fixed which took this lady less than five minutes to do. The rest of the time I was getting my nails done she just sat there doing nothing. So I m not sure if she had An invisible Appointment or something but I felt like she had the time... the lady who did my nails did a wonderful job her work is the only reason I gave this salon a two instead of a one.

Over all I m very disappointed, I spent A lot of time reading reviews to get the prefect Salon experience and even drove a huge distance out of my way. I really hope the lady who did my nails find a better salon to work for because she really did do a good job it s two bad no one else there did. I have a hair appointment there that will now be canceled do to my overall experience.
