The menu we got in the afternoon was very short of options. Drinks and food we're good, not great. Good service.

I really enjoy this hotel. We normally travel with our dog and they are very pet friendly. There are many hotel options and each provided something different. We love the balance of a lively atmosphere, style and affordability. And, the location is really good.
Construction no direction ...cafeteria for employees only and terrible front desk customer service
We're in their conference room for a class for 2 wks and have been there for 1 week so far. Their restrooms need to be cleaned more. The conference room has no cell phone service & it was a lil stuffy and smelly for the first 3 days. The "free" Wi-Fi keeps cutting out. The front desk people and the restaurant employees are nice. My instructors both complained about their rooms & the no complimentary coffee. I wouldn't stay here.
We attended the Paradise Road Show that was hosted at the ever so colorful Saguaro Hotel, which is basically a bowl of fruit loops that a genie turned into a cool and modern hotel. Each room has a different color theme, a patio or balcony so you can relax and enjoy all the views, cozy bath robes, a view finder filled with pretty photos of the desert (yes, the little clicky picture thingys), delicious Mexican food at El Jefe, and so much more that I don't want to ruin for you so you better get over there for a weekend to explore for yourself. The beds are comfortable and the pillows are like little clouds to lay your precious head on.
PS - they will literally deliver fruit loops to your room for breakfast.
It's a oke hotel! Rooms where clean and staff was friendly. Perfect stop for when your on a road trip.
The exterior is eye-catching with the pretty colors. Has a convenient location. When I stayed there, the pool was under construction which was a huge bummer but the shuttle brought us to another pool at another hotel instead. The interior needs some major renovating though, ugly 70 s carpet and kind of dirty, saw some cockroaches. Overall decent experience but I probably wouldn t stay here again.
This is a beautiful hotel but not a hotel for families. Not really a place for relaxation. more for a party. We got there and Sunday and there was a pool party it was really fun but we didn't sleep very well because of all the noise from the drunk people next to us and above us. Otherwise it's a greay hotel.
This hotel is definitely a party hotel. Which is great, I love a good party. HOWEVER, this place is in need of some serious updating. It s like the hotel itself has partied a little too hard, and is starting to look it. Hallways are scuffed, elevators are cramped and damaged, carpets need to be replaced. Pool water looks dirty and murky, but I suppose that s typical of a party hotel. Room was OKAY, a little cheesy with the purple carpets, weird brown tile in the bathroom, but sufficed. Our phone wasn t working and took me and my boyfriend calling it in 3 times , and stopping by the front desk for someone to actually Come fix it. Also - check in was bizarre. They said they would call when our room was ready but low and behold I stopped by the front desk to see them handing out keys to people checking in. I was very annoyed to say the least - also get this apparently our room had no one staying in it for a week and was ready long before they started giving out keys as we found out from housekeeping.
Redeeming quality was the el jefe restaurant and tequila bar! Love Theresa and Michelle, super sweet, very accommodating. Both even stopped by to see if there was anything they could do to make our experience at the hotel better. Including Theresa dropping by our room to give us a complimentary cocktail. These ladies are what accommodating looks like, and the rest of the hotel should take note. Food was also delicious! Try the tacos and the tipsy cactus cocktail.
It was a nice space with a great pool view, but how hard is it to get face towels? I called housekeeping 2 days in a row for extra face towels and they didn't have any. Super annoying.
Nice hip hotel.... Basically Motel 6 with a facelift. But pool area was nice.
The colorful Decor of the rooms dated me to 1985. Could use a facelift and some TLC, but not a bad place for an overnight guest
It looks like they have tripled the price with their paintings. The rooms are small, you can buy a nicer hotel for a lot less money.
Nailed it! I felt like I was at Disney World - EVERYONE who works at this place smiles all the time! The food was extraordinary in the bar, restaurant, and at the pool! In fact, it was probably the best food consistently on my whole 6 day trip!
The weekend pool party was insane, but it ended early and they definitely warn you about it and accomadate their guest's room requests. They advertise that they have the best margarita - NAH, but they have a great selection of tequila!
Kind of rowdy but worst of all the actual price you pay winds up being a lot more than thier online rate
Aside from the unfortunate death at the pool over the weekend. I really did enjoy this place. It was my first stay and it wasn't so bad. The rooms are super colorful which I loved
The Saguaro, a beautiful Hotel, colorful for sure. My kids loved it, definitely reccomend a stay here.
The Saguaro Palm Springs is a visually STUNNING place! The bright colors combined with the desert Palm Springs backdrop makes it the perfect setting for a fun loving couple wanting an intimate wedding with tons of personality. I have been lucky enough to photograph here a few times and I can't get enough!!! What a fun place! So excited for the next opportunity I get to shoot here!

One of my favorite hotels in Palm Springs. So much to do nearby, the hotel is such a fun experience. Come here yearly for ALT summit, and always glad its held here.
Casually cool hotel. It's a club vibe on the weekends. Very loud live DJ over the labor day weekend. Music could use some varying styles, breaks for occasional calmness, and volume could be turned down from 11 to 8. Adult atmosphere laced with sexually suggestive behavior. We brought our kids but we saw only a few other kids. Dogs are free and welcome. There were many dogs. Service was very friendly and competent. Room service forgot 3-4 items we ordered but was rectified by a simple call. Overall great hotel for people looking to party. Pool is open up til midnight.
Excellent happy hour and delicious margaritas. Also pretty chill vibe and environment, good for a date or to catch up with old friends. Would visit again!
Really fun hotel, funky colors, large rooms, plenty of storage in drawers and closet, great bed, cute patio off second floor, but too cold to enjoy pool and hot tub this visit. Bikes, free wifi, free yoga classes and more with the resort fee. We got it waived for our package. Only negative is the bathroom light and fan combined switch which causes a huge racket. The walls are a little thin too, and you might hear your neighbors.
Nice place in general, and it would be particularly pleasant when the weather was warm enough to enjoy the lovely outdoor pool. The outdoor dining area attached to the restaurant was very nice as well, and that area is pet friendly.
Nice colorful hotel
Swimming until late at night
This hotel was on a deep discount when we booked and so therefore my expectations were not very high, that being said I will never go back even for the same sale. This Saguaro is very run down. The rooms were dark and dingy, there were stains on the carpet, we had a very large maggot in the bathroom (yup, you read that right), and our AC was so clogged with dirt & dust they had to come fix it at midnight when it couldn't cool down the room. I really wanted to overlook how bad this hotel was for the price, but I never felt clean in this hotel.
The pool party was fun... but the water turned every white swim suit yellow. You are better off staying at the motel next door (which HAS to be cleaner) and just attending this pool party by paying the entry fee.
Absolutely the worst hotel I have ever visited. There was a pool party going on when I arrived with my family, not very easy when your three kids want to take a dive when it is 115F out there. The pool party was finishing at 18:00, but the staff suggested to only swim in the pool after they had done some serious cleaning as the pool party guests had urinated in the water! On top of this the shower didn t work at all, the airco was not sufficiently powerful to cool down the room and was incredibly dirty, we could hear all our neighbors all night and we couldn t lock our door. My advice: do not go there!
I actually liked it the pool was cool the service was okay they do treat you okay in there actually just different characters and different people at the swimming pool I'll say this much you can't swim with everybody crazy I know but overall it was a pretty good experience enjoy peace to all
A somewhat unusual but thoroughly recommendable hotel. We liked it. We also relaxed at the pool.
Rooms are much better since they painted them white!
Its ok nothing special for sure not a 4 star resort.
Old school look, very cool colours. Beds are. Little worn out but good overall.
Fun, colorful hotel. It's a big place, and it gets a little crowded. Food is good. Beds are comfortable. Rooms could use a little updating but overall we had a really great visit.
Very cool and uniquely themed hotel. Very vibrant with lots of cool colors. The room was comfortable and overlooked the pool in the courtyard. Had a nice themed room with magazines on the table along with an old school camera. Sitting in the balcony with a cocktail was nice. Had a great view of the pool with the mountains in the background. The pool is nice and has plenty of seating around and also has a bar on site. All in all a pretty cool place. I will stay again if the occasion arrises.
I love all of the colors!
The room we got was a little plain. It was mostly just colors. But I looove the outside!
And the cool thing about the pool area is that they let you take your own alcohol.
The restaurant El Jefe inside is also very very good!
Would definitely be coming back.
I had one of the best days EVER here! So much fun! I found out via online that Saguaro opens their pool to the general public for FREE during the week! What an amazing deal! Pool is open 8am to midnight. Beautiful pool, lush grounds, stunning colors abound & the views are breathtaking. The best part though are the people...staff & guests! So friendly. There's also a poolside bar that serves drinks & very good food. Children are welcome. Saguaro's pool is a must experience!
The pool area was packed shoulder to shoulder on Saturday. No social distancing in pool or pool area. Restaurant was ok but wait staff didn't know the menu, was perplexed when I asked for salt, told me they did not have mayonnaise and forgot our drink order. The restaurant was not busy. Our shower was broken and it took several calls to get help to fix it. It needed a whole new head. Tub did not stop up either so couldn't be used. Multiple bicycles were broken down so unusable. We tried all weekend to ride but with so few bikes up and running it was impossible to get a bike ride. I was at the hotel for my birthday and despite apparent staffing and leadership issues and total disregard for a covid protocol in the pool area on Saturday, I had fun. Not sure I'd choose this hotel again however.
Me and the wife will be going back loved this place.
Loved the vibe of hotel, decor, colors, staff was nice.
The rooms have so little sound proofing you won t be able to sleep past 6am when all the hotel cleaning begins. You can hear every single thing anyone says in the hallway and i guess they can hear you too! unless you re going to go to bed early, i d stay somewhere else.
It was a beautiful hotel experience with a super fun environment
I didnt stay here, just ate at the Mexican tequila bar and restaurant inside. But it was nice decor and seemed cool. Nice and hip place to hang out.
Great atmosphere. Great service. Great staff. Fun decor.
We love this place!!! Fun. Energetic. Colorful. Friendly. And amazing Jefe food! Perfect place for a wedding. Pool is always packed and festive. Weekends always a party. Completely recommend this place!!
Nice colorful hotel.
Great pool.
Dining at the hotel sauteuer ...
Spa application also 100+ USD.
Otherwise, I was satisfied.
We didn't actually stay here but we did walk around and do a photoshoot. No one seemed to mind which was amazing. We also enjoyed a game of table tennis in the lobby that was the We'll be back for sure. This time for a sleepover
Beautiful and vibrant. It had such a good vibe all around and would love to come back soon.
Lovely place, pleasant climate, good supermarket nearby.
Great place for a relaxing vacation. Pool, two hot tubs, outdoor bar, gym (no barbells) two restaurants, colorful design and landscaping.
Nice spot. Good location. Friendly staff. Better for young singles but not necessarily bad for families either. Pool gets very crowded but is still nice.
Nice hotel with nice garden and nice pool. Well too few lifts for all houses. Service at breakfast was very slow but breakfast was good. A lot of noise in the evenings when eating too few seats for such a large hotel.
AMAZING. Attended splash August 2018 and I was blow away by how beautiful the hotel and the vibes were.
Actually nice place but a labyrinth of stairs and corridors and in the evening long very loud: music by the pool and late returning guests
There is nooooo way this is a 4 star hotel. This hotel is outdated as in 60 years old without any sign of updating other than retro paint. Furniture in room is retro to have continuity but retro in a dilapidated way. No sign of vintage or boutique, just weathered retro.
Water damage from ac unit mounted to wall (no central air). Huge moth flying around when I first entered room. House fly on wall. Scratched furniture, chipped glass table top, broken lamp, yellow and orange walls...I could go on as there is more.
A decent place to stay while in Palm Springs. The amenities were average. Although I'm not sure it's worth the price even though we went during Dinah. They would not allow early check in and we had really loud kids yelling outside our door late into the night (front desk seemed to do nothing with multiple calls).
The hotel is really very beautiful and colorful, has a very nice pool (and useful given the Palm Springs temperatures). The rooms are very spacious and the beds very comfortable. The only niggles are the lack of a bar for juveniles (since a Tequila Bar is not very suitable), the absence of corridors between blocks of rooms and the annoying smell of pastel was in elevators.
This trendy Palm Springs hotel will not disappoint. It s friendly and easy. The bar in the lobby is fantastic too. The pool is very clean.
The overall experience here was dull I was very displeased with the cleanliness of my room. I found that me second bed was still dirty and stained. In addition to this there were what appeared to be blood Mark's on the sheets and coffee, I would hope to be on our pillows over all disgusting with this room and hotel
Didn't feel welcome after entering the bar area, odd experience
Great property close to downtown. Pool is great, a hip crowd and great service all around!
Had so much fun at their Beats and Brews event! I would definitely attend again and get the VIP all access pass!
I want to thank I want to thank the management and the staff outstanding VIP hospitality I had a blast
Nice special place for youthful events beautiful pool and beautiful environment
Was a nice stay but has its issues, a few of the elevators were out for maintaince when a lot of people were staying. Some room issues but overall it was nice.
Great hotel with awesome service and friendly face.
I highly recommend
Very good experience in Palm springs, already excited to come back!
Beautiful outdoor areas, clean pool. I watched them clean it everyday during my spring break stay. The whole outdoor property and the surrounding areas are very well maintained. Stunning! The rooms on the other hand need a little TLC. They are a bit run down and what you would expect to pay for a hourly rate for "stuff" at a cheap motel. The tables have stains on them and one of the only 2 outlets in the whole room has a burn mark around it. The bedding is great though and the housekeeping amazing. The pool drinks are WAY over priced. I am NYC girl so I'm used to paying a lot for everything. For this place, it isn't worth it. On the positive end, the drinks did seem strong and not watered down. The staff here is great and the food at the Jefe restaurant definitely passes with an A+. Absolutely delicious as well as amazing server attitudes. I would have definitely given this place a 5 star review but I just feel that my room was not what I expected compared to the pictures. P.S. no microwave but there is a mini fridge but they dont allow you to bring your own drinks to the pool area.
If you love color, then you have to stay here! It's a colorful paradise in the desert. The pool is really nice, relaxing and refreshing. Every room at The Saguaro is super colorful! Plus, the tacos at El Jefe's are rad!
El Hefe seemed busy, though there weren't a ton of people there. Forgot our drinks and just a little out of it. Food and drinks were excellent though
Love the colorfulness of it and I just got hired PT !!!!to work in it.
It is beautiful and colorful, though sorta a basic hotel
