The Royale Chulan Damansara Hotel Review

Went here during 2nd MCO. Pool already open with restricted people.

I love the hotel very much so beautiful place, very entertaining and very nice view of the city also welcoming and beautiful scenery. Easy excessively and shopping mall just around the corner, a lot of choice for food that you can enjoy with your family and friends. You should have a great holiday here please welcome

I paid for the Work From Hotel thing your hotel had and I was very happy to have this experience.
I asked to borrow a set of fork and spoon and the staff at Coffee House could not even to me provide a proper set and I was not impressed with the staff attitude towards me as a guest

I have work stress to deal with and thus, this is unexpected from Royale Chulan.

I'm very disappointed with the service quality.

Black curtain torn badly at room 541. Bathroom ventilation fan inoperative at room 602. Tv reception blur on many channels at room 541. Mini bar at 602 not functioning but later house keeping replaced it. As for photos, plz request the G.M to visit site personally.tq

Friendly staff, Clean, great location, beautiful. The only problem is the really cut cost. No topup of toiletries.

Been here a few times, room is adequate, food is ok but i think the tea break food is better than the main food.

Went for buffet lunch. The food is average. And limited option despite calling it an international buffet. Felt like the kind of arranged lunch for a team event. A big disappointment. However the staff was polite but not very attentive.

Had buffet ramadhan at royal ballroom. Nice arrangement and variety of food. The Taste is normal with no wow effect. Staff are friendly and helpful

When there for office high-tea. The food so so je.

Kalau sendiri nak kuar duit utk pi high tea, memang tak lar.

the hotel a bit old, but overall very good.
Big portion of good breakfast, so-so coffee. clean and spacious room.
Right beside The Curve, walking distance to IKEA Damansara.
