I park in a lot shared by Ross Group and another company. The other company has been wonderful and responsive to me. Whereas Ross Group has been quite the opposite - instead of consulting the company they use for parking, they simply booked my parking spot to one of their tenants then called a tow truck on me when I had to park in another spot (which I reported to my company IMMEDIATELY that I was parking there). Fast forward a week and a half later - still not reimbursed. For something they did that was completely uncalled for. The property manager has become unresponsive (Jacob's Lofts) and doesn't quite seem to understand the impact she made. I will never do business with Ross Group because of this, and recommend others don't either.

My working relationship with The Ross Group over the past 7 years has made my company exponentially more successful.

It took them 89 days to pay us, and we had to keep calling their payables every week. I don't understand how a company can operate like that but it wont happen to us again. We wont ever do business with the Ross Group again.

We had the same experience with the Ross Group.. We worked on some projects for them and it took them 117 days to pay us on the first project. We wont work with them again either.

I ve dealt with Warren Ross and always found him to be honest, fair and kind.

They took so long to pay us for our work. It was so bad trying to get them to pay us. After 91 days we finally got paid for the work we did for them.

They just paid $2.8 million because of fraudulent claims.
