The staff clearly goes above and beyond to ensure that "wow" experience, and they did not disappoint! I will say, I've never been a "spa" person ... after this experience, I have certainly become one! The staff attends to your every need and makes you feel like royalty. I've never felt more special or pampered. Felicia (at the Golf Resort) handled the details before our visit, and ensured that everything went smoothly (which it did). I can't thank Felicia or the staff enough for making this an experience to remember!

Beautiful hotel and nice employees. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. My boyfriend and I had a beautiful trip there. I took 1 star off because it bothers me that the pools and hot tub aren t open after sundown- all other ritz hotels I ve stayed at have allowed swimming at a minimum until 10 pm, if not 24 hours. I d probably stay at the ritz in south beach or bal harbor before coming back due to this.

Did not stay overnight, just stopped for dinner at one of the onsite restaurants. Right on the beach, beautiful views. Food and drinks mediocre and ridiculously overpriced, but you're paying for the view, not the food.

This Hotel is amazing. We had snacks and drinks at the indoor lounge Bites and Francisco our waiter was amazing. Very friendly and sweet. We went to celebrate a birthday and everyone had the best time. Money well spent.

Beautiful pool/beachside spaces to relax during your stay but can get very crowded during high season. Order food and drinks to-go at the Sand Bar and take them down to your beach chair. You can also order beverages directly from servers at your beach chair.

Fantastic facilities! The staff is knowledgeable, very friendly and extremely helpful. The spa was amazing and definitely worth the price of admission which earns you the right to use it all day until it closes at 7 pm.
Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi stinks. I'm also surprised how this place charges for the little things that are routinely free at lower end places.

I've never had a bad experience at a Ritz until this weekend. I went to visit friends in Naples and went to the Ritz beach. I have a family member that's club level and he was finalizing my reservations for the night. I've stayed in Ft. Lauderdale and Siesta Key which has always been amazing in regards to service, but not this hotel! I explained to the guys on the beach my situation and they said no worries, pick chairs out and we'll set you up. We had the chairs set up (which were old and falling apart) and then we ordered a round of drinks. I saw a lady earlier that was being sort of arrogant to other Ritz guests and thankfully, she wasn't assisting us but after about 15 minutes, came over and asked for our room number. I explained again that we're club level and waiting for everything to be finalized for the night and she asked for my info which I gave her. I also offered my credit card. She came back saying she didn't see my reservations in the system and this is for guests only. Obviously it wouldn't be in the system yet, but she should be able to see my history. I offered to pay for the umbrella upfront and tipped the guys on the beach well, but because she didnt see me in the system yet, she was "doing her job" and we could not stay there. She was so rude and arrogant, and didn't listen to anything I was saying. I told her because of how poorly she was treating us, I was not going to stay for the night anymore and she didn't care at all, not typical for Ritz. How are you going to set guests up with chairs and then tell them black and white, they can't stay. That would have never happened at Sarasota or Ft. Lauderdale which are by far nicer properties. Thanks to her rude attitude, this put a bad taste in my mouth and I will think twice about staying at another Ritz. Why pay top dollar to interact with staff like this? With so many new hotels popping up with impeccable service, thanks for making it an easy choice Ritz.

Hotel has been modernized since 2013 and while I disagree with the aesthetic change in the rooms, the hotel remains quite spectacular. Service is wonderful and truly the reason to come here. Unfortunately during our stay the beach restaurant Gumbo Limbo was closed for maintenance and the beach service suffered greatly. I hope for a better more consistent experience upon our next stay.

We did not stay here, we were guests at a fund raiser for the Florida Cancer Specialists. Still I was deeply impressed with how personal, yet simultaneously stately, the place is. It's almost like an art museum tailored to suit ones own taste.

This the most luxurious 5 star hotel that's on the beach. The food and service are great. The rooms are very nice with a Nespresso coffee maker, flat screen TV, and large living room/bedroom.

Went for dinner as non hotel guests. Staff was polite but didn't give us very good directions to the beach side restaurant and then not only was the majority of the restaurant "closed for unexpected maintance" unless we wanted to eat at the bar, but the staff at the front didn't mention this and just sent us off walking in the vague direction of a closed restaurant. Ultimately we ate somewhere else in the hotel and the wait staff there was awesome and interacted amazingly with my preschooler, and the food was fantastic, but, we still had spent a lot of time trying to figure out what was going on with the beach side restaurant when someone could have just told us in the beginning

My wife and I are staying here celebrating our Wedding Anniversary and well it s been slightly disappointing. First off before we arrived I called and made sure to have a bottle of wine in our room upon arrival, I ve done this at different RC properties with no issues, but there was no wine to be found, yeah not happy about telling my wife I have a surprise for her and open the door to an empty room, I called the front desk and they said they would send some up...my wife got tired of sitting in a empty room and we started talking about what to do...finally over an hour later it arrived. Also before we arrived I called and told them on two separate occasions we would be needing a late checkout and both times I was assured that it wouldn t be a problem and they would put us down for a 4pm checkout at 8pm the night before checkout we get a phone call saying we have to be out by 11am due to high occupancy...really? I confirmed twice a 4pm checkout and then the night before get told oh well, we can hold your luggage for you after 11

The property is nice the Valet and restaurant staff are great but attention to detail from Customer care is definitely lacking. And flat out lying about the checkout time is really lousy customer service especially when you pay well over $1,000 a night for a room that btw looks almost identical to a standard Marriot room.

Overall I wouldn t recommend this property if you re expecting more than a room and a fake smile from the staff.

We were in Room 418. The decorations in the whole hotel were superb! The food was excellent (especially the steaks in the Grill Room).

The staff were the best we have encountered in any hotel. They made us feel that we were the only guests that mattered to them.

We cannot find anything at all to complain about. This is what a five star hotel should be.

Attended an event here yesterday. Consistently exceptional food and service. New guard gate at the edge of the property expedites valet parking which is always slow due to the volume of vehicles.

We travel almost monthly to do training and the Naples location is always consistent. Excellent service as expected and staff that always go out of their way to make your stay just a little better. What I mean is they anticipate your needs, every interaction with a staff member has just the right amount of customer service that is not over the top or fake. Its all genuine. That is hard to find these days. And if you have a stay planned ask for Watson at the pool. He is the best. Hard worker long hours takes pride in his work and really views the guests as family.
Concierge level is always the highlight of our stays here. It is on the 14th floor and the food and staff are amazing. I highly recommend paying the higher price for a room with concierge level access. For a couple, it will save you at least a couple hundred a day if you plan on drinking and eating on property. Don't expect to order a steak or burger, it's well planned menus of appetizers that are always excellent.
I read a review just recently by someone who attended a wedding a gave four stars because food was not that good. Same person gave burger King 5 & holiday Inn 5 stars. So anyone reading this, please use common sense when making decisions based on reviews.

Went there on July and I just loved it. A very friendly staff and the most excellent service. The beach was excellent, the sea was incredible blue. I recommend it for all. I had an excellent time there

My granddaughter and I go one a year for tea for her birthday. This year we were very disappointed in the service. It took 30 minutes for our order to be taken. Not sure if we will go again this coming year.

Everything was beautiful. Location was very nice, beautiful view of the beach. Rooms were clean and very roomy, hotel felt like a palace with huge grounds and gardens. Only issue was the price but I guess that's a given when you're staying in a ritz

We went there because we were staying at the golf resort facilty and could take the shuttle over. We went to the beach restaurant Gumbo Limbo, staff was slow and lackluster. Would stay at the golf resort everytime where the staff was AMAZING!

we were eating at the restaurant on the beach and waiting for our table, and naturally we went down to the beach. I was with my friend, who had surgery TWO WEEKS ago on her ACL and she wanted to sit on a chair on the beach. The worker there did not let her despite the fact that it was not healthy for her to be standing for long periods of time simply because we were not staying at the hotel. I understand not letter the rest of us have a chair but SERIOUSLY?? Disgusted with the inhumanity of this employee.

One of the most outstanding resorts in the United States. Impeccable grounds and top-notch service from the finest group of ladies and gentlemen. All restaurants are awesome and the staff is tremendously hospitable. Outstanding beach service. The spa is also great. This is our 15th visiting and it always gets better.
