My wife and I are staying here celebrating our Wed...

My wife and I are staying here celebrating our Wedding Anniversary and well it s been slightly disappointing. First off before we arrived I called and made sure to have a bottle of wine in our room upon arrival, I ve done this at different RC properties with no issues, but there was no wine to be found, yeah not happy about telling my wife I have a surprise for her and open the door to an empty room, I called the front desk and they said they would send some up...my wife got tired of sitting in a empty room and we started talking about what to do...finally over an hour later it arrived. Also before we arrived I called and told them on two separate occasions we would be needing a late checkout and both times I was assured that it wouldn t be a problem and they would put us down for a 4pm checkout at 8pm the night before checkout we get a phone call saying we have to be out by 11am due to high occupancy...really? I confirmed twice a 4pm checkout and then the night before get told oh well, we can hold your luggage for you after 11

The property is nice the Valet and restaurant staff are great but attention to detail from Customer care is definitely lacking. And flat out lying about the checkout time is really lousy customer service especially when you pay well over $1,000 a night for a room that btw looks almost identical to a standard Marriot room.

Overall I wouldn t recommend this property if you re expecting more than a room and a fake smile from the staff.
