I had attended my company's D&D in this hotel and lost my iphone during the party.The staff were kind hearted to return it to me...

Overnight at Marina Sands Bay. The view is superb You can enjoy the luxurious time of seeing Marina Sands Bay and Merlion while soaking in hot water in the bathtub.
The Japanese staff were stationed, and it was very helpful for me to make sightseeing consultations and shop reservations from 8 am. The doorman, the restaurant staff, all staffs are excellent in correspondence.
Also breakfast . Not only eggs but also egg Benedict can be made on the spot. There are, of course, dim sum, Chinese, Malay food (such as curry) and pho, which bothers me to eat.

I went to the Colony for lunch. The food was good, lots of variety and fresh. I love the buffet. The only thing that may need to be improved is the management of the queue at the raw food counter.

This was our first trip to Singapore. Staying at the Ritz Carlton Milennia was the most incredible and memorable experience of our stay. From the time my husband and I walked through the door we were welcomed and escorted to reception by Shahira at Guest Relations. At reception we met Velvelyn who ensured that we were upgraded to a suite overlooking the Marina Bay. During the course of our stay we were pampered with chocolate and cake treats as well as champagne. It is these little gestures and acknowledgments that keep guests returning to establishments of quality. Certainly the Ritz Carlton Millennia in Singapore is an impeccable establishment of quality. The staff make guests feel at home with their friendly and efficient service delivery. This establishment is definitely highly recommended and deserves an international all star rating.

Greeted by friendly hotel staff at the lobby, in the toilets. Good vibes all around.

I stayed there with my wife for 2 nights and we wished we had more time in the city so we could continue to enjoy the hotel.

We stayed at the 30 floor and had the view towards the lagoon....it was amazing! You must ask for this because it's a total game changer.

All the staff is super friendly and helpful.

Also the food is really good and it's in a great location because you can go walking to the Bay gardens or to the Marina Bay Sands shopping mall.

Dining room was nice and the food served was very good. Enjoyed the general atmosphere as well

A home away from home with the service rendered from the hearts of all the employees here. You will never felt nobody in this hotel due to the concern of the people working in this hotel. If you want to make your vacation a joyful and hard to forget, come and stay here. You will certainly feel at home.

lunch at Colony Restaurant is a great idea to catchup with friends and share experiences

Had a 2 night staycation here for a small honeymoon. We booked online and requested a Deluxe Marina room on a higher floor and they went above and beyond by giving us the highest one! We were also pleasantly greeted with a congratulatory note and some sweets for our wedding.

We had a great view from our room of the marina skyline! The service was very friendly and accommodating and the room was spacious yet cosy.

We ordered in the hotel breakfast which was rather pricey (but standard for luxury hotel rates I suppose), though it was average.

We didn't take the chance to use their amenities, but given a longer stay we would have!

Giving it a 4/5 for the room and experience! Would have been 5/5 if the breakfast was nicer ;P

I would have to say it was more than wonderful stay at the Ritz-Carlton Millenia for 3 nights. My wife and I totally enjoyed the stay. Proper service and warm welcoming made us pleased. Special thanks to Mr.Dickson at guest relations dept.

Amazing hotel great service giant breakfast which closes at ten you don t have to wait for the elevator it is really quick because there is six of them, hotel is great.

Colony seafood buffet.. food was not as nice as the price for it. I would honestly rate it only 4/10. As for the seafood itself it is 8/10, but everything else is below par to hawker food.

Luckily, I upgraded to the Millenia Suite and experienced a wonderful space. The club lounge was also relatively open, the food was delicious, and there was no need to eat outside. It is the best bath to enter while watching the night view from the octagonal window.

Room is clean and spacious. Location is the prime location to watch fireworks during Ndp!

Colony is one of the best choice to have have a luxury buffet dinner.

Huge rooms if compared with other 5 stars hotels in SG. The breakfast and lunch choices is also aplenty.

Delicious food at the Colony with excellent service from the waitresses, especially Miss Clarissa.

My family and I had a very mixed experience staying at the Ritz. One of the manager at the check-in counter was really nice in informing us a check-in time but then we waited past that time to find out our room was not ready - so the hotel moved us to another room that had a floor leakage problem! The leakage was painfully obvious to the point that the bell staff even voluntarily contacted the concierge to rectify the situation. Overall we didn't manage to check in until 5/6pm of that day and we almost missed our appointment for the evening.

To the manager's credit, she and her team did try to make up to us by upgrading us to a bigger and nicer suit along with some wine and chocolate.

Hence the overall experience of staying here is bitter sweet and mixed.

We had a great room with a great view. After it was too crowded and loud for us in the breakfast area of the hotel, we changed to the club lounge area of the hotel. A very good decision! Quiet and pleasant. Very friendly staff, best atmosphere and very, very delicious food.

Beautiful skyline view of Singapore, the best place to see Marina Bay Sands, Merlion, Fullerton Hotel, Gardems By The Bay and the tall skyscrapers. Very attentive and friendly staff too! It was worth every cent of the premium price paid for such a view and experience. Its strategically located just right beside Millenia Walk and Marina Square which offers plenty of f&b options and public transportation. Ideal for tourists and families.

Enjoyed my stay at Ritz carlton. Beautiful hotel with expectional city view of Singapore. I celebrated my wedding anniversary there and the hotel gave a complimentary cake. Such simple gesture enhances my living experience at the hotel. Did I mention the gym was superb as well. Clean and very chic. I feel like I could stay in the gym the entire day!
Do check this hotel out. It's not one of the best hotels in Singapore for nothing!

Attended a wedding lunch banquet. The food was unsatisfactory and not to standard. Only the soup is supreme. I suppose the other hospitality aspects should be fine, though.

We went to dinner at Colony at Ritz-Carlton, service and food were excellent.

Perfect in EVERY WAY! It was phenomenal experience staying at beautiful ritz. Amazing and caring staffs. You will feel so happy to be there! The amazing friendly staffs im gonna miss the whole thing! Omg the breakfast and the live stations! I wish i could stay there forever! Thank you to our friendliest concierge Celina, trust me she has best recommendations! And big thanks to Mr. Lewis for showing care and spoiling us on our last day. We truly appreciate every bit of our stay in ur hotel. The buffet dinner at their Colony restaurant offer the best spread of quality food which include 2or 3 different type of oysters.

The hotel is beautiful. The review of the Colony buffet at the Ritz-Carlton is a must try. Elegant, and a wide assortment of food. Lots to go around. You will be greeted by excellent service and a full stomach by the end of the night.

Had dinner buffet at the Colony. Selection and quality of food is good. Nice ambience. Service by staff is good too, but sometimes they are too quick to clear the plates. Would recommend others to go there :)

Went for the buffet lunch only, so it is subjective. The variety is decent enough and the sashimi and prawns were absolutely fresh! The staff pay close attention to you and provide you with assistance whenever they can. This is definitely the best buffet I've have in a while

Cleanliness is very well maintained. Excellent and satisfying service at all times for complete facilities. Just be comfortable and don't want to go home because the view is pretty good It's good to avoid getting bored.

Nice and cosy place to work chill out after dinner. The higher floors provide a great vantage point to view fireworks over the Marina Bay area as well.

Wonderful nite scenery of city...much more if exciting if you are in F1 nite race season in September...location near to clubs and pub..namely places like Boat Quay, Clarke Quay..Arab St..
Day trip at Marina Bay will experience Convention ctr, Concert Hall, Casino and list goes on and on..
