The best service I have seen on so many hotels ... High customer care and resort explains the chest ... All thanks to them

The personal of the hotel is warming and friendly. Especially Essam, Front Office agent, who is not only changed my room to a room with nice view and bigger terrace because of the construction noice ( even outside of the hotel ), but also, with apologies for inconvenience, surprised me with a complementary dinner in the hotel restaurant Al Liwan ( best lamb yogurt ever ) complemented with bouquet of roses and petals, spreaded all over the dining table .
Vlad, the waiter in Parisa restaurant ( delicious dishes in hot pots and nice view from the terrace ), was very informative and gave me helpful tips about the city overall.

It is one of the best place to reduce stress I hv visited in Qatar . Professional & friendly services.

We had lunch in Parisa Persian restaurant in Sharq village. The food was delicious and the staff were very polite and welcoming. The location of the restaurant is also great with a spectacular lookout to Persian gulf. We will definitely go back there.

A beautiful and upscale place worth visiting and experience

The people working here have such great service. Everyone is so kind and helpful. They help carry bags and carry shopping bags back to your room. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Wonderful hotel, especially Al Liwan Restaurant, wonderful staff, including Samia, Insaf, Lamia, Maria, Alaa, Badr, Bilal, and Ali always greet the guest with a smile and provide their best services

If you in love with culture this the place to be.. Arabic food, Arabic restaurants, Shisha Palace, place is Cozy and a nice beach views, last but not least Spa amazing

Relaxing hotel with an Arabian theme. However, I wasn't happy with their food service. Food was served cold and took so long to arrive. The restaurant was not that busy too.

Food is kind of overpriced and not the best, But nevertheless, the swimming pools are clean.

Could do a bit better with with the prices they have. Especially the pool area. The waiters could be a bit better trained.

Great place to relax in Doha. Entry 150 qr. Very clean. Good music by the pool. Cocktails from 65 qr. It is recommended to book places in advance.

They have conducted a watersafety training for kids... They all had fun!!!

I was there for a night only to attending in conference. Valet staff was too rude un necessarily. But one of security staff helped me out carefully.

Most wonderful Christmas and new year experience staff are amazing food is excellent and rooms are beautiful lots of activities spa swimming volleyball

The worst days I spent in the hotel with my whole life ,,, Mother gave birth to me because of the choice of the resort services failed and attention to the Gulf poor, unlike the blond foreigners who treat them best treatment ...

It was an absolute pleasure staying at Sharq Village...our 2 days staycation was so relaxing and we loved the service and facilities of hotel...the staff was extremely friendly and helpful...the resort is beautiful and you feel like you are in old era as it has heritage vibes...it was our 25th anniversary celebrations...they have outdone themselves as beautifully decorated our room to made us feel special and provided complimentary mini cakes for 2 consecutive days...their spa facilities are also excellent and the lady who did my massage was thorough professional...highly recommended for everyone who are looking out for some relaxing and enjoyable staycation!

one of the classiest place I've visited. Accomodation and restaurants are just amazing and decoration is astonishing. The staff isn't the most friendly, they often not reply when said "Hello" and they are not always helpfull, especially the reception,event manager and concierge... On the otherside the staff of the room service is perfect.

Perfect place for the business and not only traveller. Sure planes fly over, however the quality and service more than compensates..

When you think to visit this place don't hesitate to visit the restaurant, the food is amazing, but what makes it more delicious is the amazing hospitality that the crew is giving to you specially the Samia , Alaa , Omer the Filipino guy and the other staff

The most peaceful and quietest hotel in Qatar. Great brunch, specially on Fridays. They serve the best iced lemon mint in the world, it's wonderful!! I will never forget every second spent with my beloved husband there.

Wonderful experience! Almost everyone went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. They even went to the store, after I asked for sunscreen and they realized they were out, and had it delivered to me at the pool. My only complaint was the service at the Al Seef Snack bar, near the pool, was painfully slow even when we were the only customers. Even with this minor hiccup I would stay again in a heartbeat. Excellent food, beautiful atmosphere!
