The most rude and unprofessional customer service.they switch off the line in our face and no one cam speak arabic as we are living in arabic country. Unrespect

Sultan Style Luxury in the Desert

While the Resort might be in the city of Doha, it is practically a secluded village with all the vibe, charm and character of a remote oasis in the middle of the desert! Radiating Ritz Carlton luxury all the way from the moment you get picked up by the Limousine chauffeur at the airport to the time you check out, this is a paradise away from the crowded center.

LOCATION: Closer to the airport and a bit away from the city center, it is only a quick taxi drive away from all key points of interest

DINE + DRINK: Wonderful Lobby level REstaurant that had a MIND-BLOWING spread of Middle-eastern and international food for breakfast. Do make sure you wake up for it! Apart from that this village comes with its own set of bars and restaurants that you dont even have to venture out into the city. They even have a CIGAR lounge and a Club on site!

ROOM: We stayed in Villa 512, so this review is based on that; VIEW: Sweet view of the Sea and the Skyline at a distance; SIZE: VEry spacious Suite with more of a villa vibe; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part to put me to sleep; BATHROOM: Stand in shower; TOILETRIES: Excellent Spa Quality cosmetics

FACILITIES: Just like the resort, the Gym itself was humongous and felt like a mini village by itself. They had multiple rooms and areas for various types of activities (like free weights, aerobics, yoga, etc) that you could easily get lost within the Gym Building(yes, it has its own building!!) They have multiple pools on site, and you can even jump into the sea if you want to swim in the ocean!

SERVICE: Friendly staff that took care of all my needs with a smile and made us feel pampered and well taken care of. Special Shout out to the Front desk staff

HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Free high speed Wi-Fi that works well all over the property. Big Plasma TV screen dishing out dozens of channels spanning sports, news, music, movies and a wide variety of entertainment in multiple languages

Magnificent attention on everything, the pools, places, bars, and the unforgettable beach, sunset on the water is a dream ...

A place where class, cost and cozzyness meets. A nice and exclusive resort for vacation or business stay. You will love the beach, pool and environment. But to me the room was not that nicely decorated. Staffs are super professional and warm.

Very good resort, my company held a party in this resort, the view of corniche side of Qatar was superb. The staffs were friendly. And they have variety of swimming pool.

We went for ftar at Ramadan... Can't be worst!!! Never again!!!

Amazing hotel. Has its own private beach. The rooms are large and the hotel staff is wonderful. Look no further if you are staying in Doha for a few days but want to stay away from Downtown.

We had fun and enjoyed every moment we spent in the hotel, the exquisite modern interior catch my attention and the food was very good, this hotel is one of the most prestigious hotel I've ever been in qatar so far. And its a highly recomendable to my friends. Money is well spent in this kind of facility. Kudos to Gaurav from Parisa. His service was excellent.

What do you expect from a 5-star hotel? This has everything but if you hate walking in the outdoors then this place is not for you. The beach also has not so much to be desired, it's small and not very good for beach activities.

I was there for three nights with my family last weekend, services are perfect & staff is friendly & professional, My wife s scarf felt down from the balcony, the Lost & found department was very cooperative, and Mr. Augustino (the morning Security Supervisor) who followed it on cameras and found out some family took by mistake and checked out, he contacted them and kept updating us even after we checked out till he got it back and sent to laundry and told me to pick up, where he hand it to me personally ,, Really I felt super safe.

Best place to spend and to have a relaxing time with yourself

Entrance is difficult...so much time to reach from the main gate to the hotel because of the small way. Liked the food very much!

The Sharq is quite elegant and even featured a live pianist. The atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing.

Very nice, well-kept and clear area, short distances, pool & beach, good gym area, courteous staff. All fine. As a frequent traveler and trained "hotel expert", there are very few small weak points. We would go back!

Best spa in Qatar by experience I love this spa and I never get disappoint specially if have guest from Europe I take them there and we enjoy a day spa Best thing is Hammam and they offer huge rooms so you will feel like a king. If you wish to have a dream experience ? Just book here and believe me you always think to go back as l do... l tried Hammam facial, pedicure and manicure. 5 star service.. A beautiful spa and resort and 1k a night rooms. Beautiful and elegant for the most part. Cigar lounge was somewhat loud with coffee machines etc. Some construction outside didn't help either. Door staff were alright but definitely seemed biased towards a thaub! Good place overall. Expensive obviously.

This luxurious hotel is ten by traditional family under Ritz Carlton brand, addressing all issues for bespoke service and superb comfort. Just 15min away from international airport, close to city downtown, it s perfect for doing business as well as vacation. Beach is not the best that I ve visited but honestly it doesn t matter. Thumbs up from me

I really enjoyed my time here.. The pool design is amazing.. the beach is the best in doha, not one of the best in doha but the BEST In Doha..

MOST of the thing that I want to comment best is the hospitality, especially for your staff name Jai, he managed the good communication and remember customers drink in each way.

I mixed my Stella with my lemon from my gin tonic coz I don't want to bother him but however he brought next order which is Stella with lemon which actually made me surprised coz he just brought it without me asking for it.
So yeah, I like the special touch he did which supposed implemented by anyone in any place.

However bravo to your hotel!
